So far they have been fair. Only thing I dont like is it takes Months to get anything fixed on my vehicle. They only have 1 mechanic. Very inconvenient for me as I have a busy schedule and time is money. Yet, they demand a MANDATORY 6 month inspection on every vehicle. Very contradictive. Other than that, Ive had no issues. Car is doing great.

Good service. Friendly and helpful. Im a single senior citizen, and theyve always been truthful about my problem. Ive had roofing nails in my tire twice. They fixed it promptly, and didnt charge me!!

Didnt fix my truck didnt put all my parts on and took all day with 3 other guy sitting around then I didnt get my lock tool back for my rims and truck drives worst then when I got it to them will never go back there again

We were in a bind. Flat tire. It was close to their closing time. I had to be at work soon. They went out of their way, even with a couple other vehicles there, and got us in and out quick. Very thankful. Excellent job all. Thank you Tosha, you were awesome, (we have the black Nissan).

Horrible service. Waited 2 HOURS to get 1 tire put on a rim. Go to somewhere else, NOT D&J. There are several better tires shops in the area than this one. If you are needing a tire change, this is NOT the place to go.

Waited 3 hours to have a tire put on a rim. Finally a tech shows up and starts working on the tire. Its been another hour and tire is still not fixed. Very poor service. Will definitely not come back here. The tech seems to think its just a joke. Worst service ever. And another customer has been waiting 6 hours and decided to go elsewhere.

It took a little bit to get the tires put on but we enjoyed the experience.

They had what I needed in stock. Sweet loving people who really cared. The atmosphere was inviting and the environment was relaxing.

Terrible experience. If you get new tires they woll not be aligned or balanced correctly and will probably wear down after 2 months. They denied that it was there fault. New tire intall should come with alignments and balance. They tired i moved to rear were fine. The new ones put on front wore on outside shoulder after a monthand a half. I went for a realign and to tell them there error. They say its my fault so i let them do realign and they didnt do it. correctly nor did they ever zero in steering wheel. The guys there are not mechanice. Because if you ask for machanic they say he hasnt come in yet. Then when he doeshe isnt knowledgeable. My experience was terrible. Id give 0 stars if possible.

Hot hard work but involvement is not bad for a man who has never liked his job as an inside job but other than that it was in the top 5 for me...lol

You will get what you paid for. They will pretend to fix your car but will just end up breaking it even more. I will never come back to this place. Lesson learned. I will just pay few extra dollars and go to Hauks than come here
