Eric always helps my husband with tires. When we have gone usual has him right in the morning when he gets off work to fit our schedule. Very nice. Definitely the #1 place to go.

My family was out of town and I got a flat one day and when the tow truck got me to the shop the gentleman at the front desk was super nice and willing to talk to my parents on the phone to help me get the best reasonable option for a tire. While on vacation our trailer developed a problem with the axles. It was a new trailer so I called the manufacturer. They suggested a nearby dealer to look at it. I called the dealer and they told me they use Tire Associates to fix axles. By this time Im getting frustrated. I called Eric at Tire Associates and he confidently tells me they can handle everything.I met Eric and the tech at my scheduled appointment. The tech confirmed the axles were bent. Then I contacted the mfr for warranty replacement parts. Eric set up another appointment when he received the parts. From beginning to end Eric kept me informed of progress and settled everything with the trailer mfr on my behalf. He was always professional and willing to listen. Best customer service Ive ever experienced. Really made a difference during a stressful time on our vacation.

Just moved to the area. My first minnesota winter started mild and my tires were trash! Not only were tire associates the most economical but they were able to get me in on short notice and everyone was friendly. Im back on the road not slipping and sliding everywhere. Thank you for the great service Ill be back for sure!

I had never visited the shop before, but they fit me in right away, were very friendly and helpful, and were able to quickly identify the potential problem and solution quickly... and got me on the road in just a few minutes. And didnt even charge me for their help! They just acquired a new customer!

Super nice staff, very knowledgeable and friendly. Helped me dial in my car with the alignment (I asked for some negative camber and positive caster) and they were more than willing to explain how it would affect the car and figure out how to make it happen!

Greg provided great customer service on the repairs on my boat trailer. He was always available when I called and kept me updated on the status of the parts shipping and repairs being done. The estimate they provided was very accurate to the final cost and there were no extra fees that you sometimes see pop up with this type of service. They even offered to drop my boat in a lake while they repaired the trailer. If I lived in Alexandria I wouldnt go anywhere else for service.

Charged me 200 bucks for an alignment after they told me 90 over the phone before i came to pick it up. Did good work just sucks paying twice as much really should get an estimate before you drop it off. I wouldve went elsewhere. Overall nice people
