If you’re looking for a GREAT price on furniture, this is definitely the place you want to shop. I bought a brand new sofa and coffee table and paid just under $500 with taxes included.I bought my first sofa here 15 years ago and over the years I’ve purchased multiple other pieces of furniture for around my house, and I’ve loved everything!!! Their prices simply cannot be beat.

My experience was a pleasant one. We were there to replace my sons twin size bedroom suite with a full size. The woman that worked with us was very helpful. We were able to find exactly what we were looking for. Our furniture was delivered in a timely manner with in a few days, and was set up when delivered. I am very happy with my overall experience and purchase.

Customer service department for scheduling mattress delivery was rude. I was aware upon buying the mattress that the delivery would be delayed due to back order from the mattress company. However, after waiting 6 weeks (as told originally) I called on a Tuesday to determine a delivery date. Was told the computer systems were down and to call back the next day. Okay, no problem...that is not the sales/customer service person fault. The next day I call to get a delivery date and the woman who answered the phone was rude. Told me they had the mattress in the warehouse and it would be delivered the following Thursday. I requested to know if it would be morning or afternoon, as I work for a living and would have to make adjustments to my schedule to be home. She could or would not tell me approximate times (morning time frame or afternoon time frame). I could continue this review, but am out of characters. Needless to say I will NEVER buy with Ivan Smith again nor will I recommend them.

I drove all the way from Florida to purchase a table set with this store. I’m a military family and can’t believe I’m being dismissed like this. Once I arrived back home in Florida I noticed my table was peeling my husband and I contacted the manager Heath Williams via email and phone whom stated he would resend the parts. Months later we never received the new pieces and Heath no longer responds. I contacted the store over 6 times and email Heath multiple times and still have not received a response back or a remedy to the situation. I would like for district manager to contact me immediately. As a consumer I should have been given the right to receive a undamaged item once I notified the manager . If someone is driving this far to give you all business you should do your best to make it right.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The young lady that sits at the front desk which is the face of the company is rude. Well she was rude with me I don’t know about anyone else I stood there for 5 minutes while she continued her conversation with another employee before greeting me with a, ” someone will be with you in a just a minute ma’am”!.. I bought a table in may, was given a date called back the next week, no table, gave it two more weeks no table, gave it a month a week no table, now it’s almost JULY no table… I won’t ever order anything from this place again. But this was the only local business that the table I picked coordinated with my decor ..go somewhere else where they value your business ..

Service was great. The sales man was very patient and friendly. We were allowed to select the items we wanted and to make changes as well. Definitely will shop there again.

Bolts were not provided to attach head board to frame. I went to Lowes, 45 min away.. bought bolts. Got home and some of the connector plates were backwards on the head boards. So instead of having my very expensive items assembled I basically assembled it myself. Also the delivery people left all their tools here and we had to arrange to get them back to them.

The only reason I am providing one star is due to our saleswoman Mrs Shelia . She was fabulous. The delivery team . HORRIBLE . The manger Mr Heath never returned our phone calls after we called an made a complaint. We have patiently waited months for our above $ 2,000 purchase . Finally we decided to ask for a refund for our coffee table after being given poor delivery service & the run around .I would honestly rather order off of Amazon at least my local UPS man provides his name an has respect for the customer an his employer.Another friend of mine equally had the same situation .

Excellent customer relation, very helpful with selection of furniture. Delivery crew set up furniture but failed to bring all the parts for the couch. Furniture delivered on Thursday was not able to use recliner feature until the Store Manager brought the missing part Saturday evening and set up the couch. Delivery crew brought it down to a four Star rating.

I have been a customer for over 25 years and now I will never buy anything else from them. The salesman was not attentive or listening to me and therefore I paid the price. I have been waiting on a regular boxspring for a month. The salesman Kelvin does not return my calls and the manager doesn’t either. All they want to do is make a sale. I will never buy anything or recommend them to anybody.

Great customer service Mr.Kevin helped me find exactly what I needed however my furniture was damage on deliver but, they quickly made a replacement order for the damages and it looks wonderful Im very pleased with my new living room set.

Upon arrival, was greeted by Kevin. Were looking for bedroom set. He helped us find what we were looking for. He then showed us the way to financing, was approved in minutes. Delivery was scheduled, within a few days furniture was delivered. Love it.

After being told wed prefer to shop alone, were just looking, and would come get her if we had any questions, a saleswoman constantly followed and wanted to convince us to get every item she saw us sit on. If you prefer to shop at your own pace and not be badgered, go elsewhere.

I will never buy any more furniture from Ivan Smith. We spent $3,000.00 on a sofa and love set. It was infested with bedbugs! That has been a year ago. We are still fighting with them. Ivan Smith wouldnt do anything!

I visited the store on 7/29/17. I dealt with Mr. Jimmy. He was a really good salesman. He wasnt the typical follow you around and hound you type. Great experience! The couch we purchased was double at every other furniture store in town. Our salesman Kevin was both friendly and knowledgeable but not pushy on making a sale. Everything was delivered timely ( the week we purchased) and the delivery men were on time for the delivery appointment. Well definitely be visiting Kevin again on our next purchase!

We had a great experience while purchasing our furniture. The salesmen were good and polite and very helpful. The checking out process was too long and the ladies werent as polite as the salesmen. The furniture was delivered fine but the loveseat had to be fixed within a week. But works fine since.

I had quiet a few issues to begin with, but Ivan Smith worked with me to to fix the issue.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, they let browse before trying to sell the minute i walked in. So many beautiful things and furniture is reasonably priced. My husband and i bought a Tempur Cloud Breeze Mattress and the lift and massage frame, it was a little more than we wanted to spend on a mattress however, our nights of sleep have been amazing and well worth it. our sales associate (Phillip) thank you for your help, the office clerks for getting the 36 month no interest plan and the delivery guys that gave white glove service! very Happy buyer!!!

Looked at beds for about 2 weeks. I have severe acid reflux. So i was wanting a adjustsble bed. Looked around, spoke with Brian severely times. We ended up with a Serta Perfect Sleeper adjustable head/feet queen bed. I am in love with it and have had it 3 days, and i have had the last 2 nights acid free. Would recommend them and will use them in the future. Go see Brian, he is awesome.
