The customer service of the sales representative was very knowledgeable and good to talk to. We went through the picking of a mattress quite smoothly, he walked me through what I should be feeling and let me do the rest. He never tried to push anything on me just asked how it felt to me. It was a good experience.

Jerald made the experience so wonderful. He is extremely knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. We never felt pressured and he made us feel comfortable as he walked us threw the process. If I could give more than five stars, I would.

Once I got there, Tristan was an amazing representative of this branch - he helped me figure out my mattress comfort level, explained all of the features that could get to help me sleep better, and stayed in my price range. He helped me try out at least 10 different beds and discussed all of the features and warranty that are included with my mattress purchase. After only purchasing my mattress this past Saturday, I already received my delivery two days later. The delivery personnel gave me multiple notifications that they were on the way and stayed exactly in the time frame they were supposed to be here. I ordered a mattress online from the company as I needed it before the holidays for family guests. In August 2019, I purchased a Purple 3 Mattress from the store manager, Jay. I went into the store with my girlfriend a tad overwhelmed with the research Ive put into this future investment. Jay was extremely enthusiastic, witty, and above all, patient. She continued to inform my girlfriend and I about the loaded options provided in the store and open our perspective outside of purchasing a online box mattress to compare to other competitors. Overall, we are both extremely happy with our purchase and loved that we were able to have such a delightful experience with Jay.

I placed an order to pick up the mattress, however during this COVID-19 pandemic, I had to shift my moving date for another weekend, then had to keep pushing out my move in date week by week)... and she was extremely understanding of this to hold onto my mattress. I spoke with her on several occasions as I still have not been able to move in yet, she worked with me on getting it delivered straight to my unit. I was so thankful!
