I’ve brought my cars here for a state inspection and to fix a flat. Both times they were extremely friendly, accommodated a walk in, and fast. Like super fast. They also waived the small fee for patching our tire and did it for free. I definitely recommend this place as they are honest and do great work.

These guys are wonderful! My truck broke down heading up the coast, and I was so lost. Had VanDorn recommended by another shop. They took in my truck on a Friday night, even stayed after hours to get us on our way so we werent stranded with a baby. Even Ford told us no! Was in a pinch out of town when the service engine light came back on. I knew what the issue was from the error code previously but because it went out prior to my trip I didn’t fix it. When it came back on during my trip I called several dealerships to see when I could get an appointment. They were all at least three or four days later.I found this on Google reviews when I typed in auto repair places and I gave them a call and they were able to get me in very quickly. They resolved my issue very quickly as well. They were originally going to say I needed two parts but because I was leaving earlier I didn’t have time to get the second part. So we did the first fix and it seem to work and the check engine light has yet to come back on so I think that has fix the problem.I was hesitant that the price was a little much because they knew I was in a pinch but I was very surprised that they weren’t trying to push me to get the second part and he seemed enthusiastic the first repair was good enough. He also noticed that my safety check was expired and also did that as well. I appreciate the follow up and would definitely use this repair place again.

Very service oriented business. Have used them for a few years now. I have an older Volvo and had to have it towed to the shop recently. Mr. Sachindra picked me up at the metro and loaned me a car while repairs were made. I think they are incredible. Very professional svc and quality work provided. A pleasure to deal with them. These are great mechanics that you can trust. I have been here twice and they found the issues and worked with my warranty provider to understand what would be covered.What impressed me most was when one of the employees gave me a ride home and told me how great his boss is. Rarely do I hear this from employees. One year later I made sure I went back to them.

These guys are great and very fairly priced. They were able to perform an intake cleaning service on my direct injected VW Tiguan and saved me a significant amount of money on a car we don’t drive much. They were also very competitive on their pricing to replace the front control arms. I’ll be going back for further service on that car in the future.

I work nearby and just drop my car in the morning before work. It is ready when I am ready to go home. Service is always excellent.

Van Dorn Auto Repair is a friendly and professional shop. They explained everything along the way, including sending pictures and videos of the repairs. They provided a variety of options to meet my needs. Left the shop with positive vibes, rather than feeling ripped off and talked down too typical of other shops/dealerships.

I’ve been going to VanDorn’s for some time now and have had them work on three different Honda vehicles. The team at VanDorn is always professional and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for service and repairs. It is also great that they are within walking distance to Olympus Auto Parts and I can go there while they are working on the car to pick up other do-it-yourself items like an air filter, cabin filter, and wiper blades to replace when I get home — like I did this week.

My husband has always done maintenance and repairs on our vehicles. My RAV 4 was smelling very strong of gas and stopped running. I was totally impressed by the reviews I read about Van Dorn Auto Repair. I had never been there before but was treated very well and my starter was changed out in a matter of hours. I assume if I had waited it may have been done sooner but I couldnt wait for it. Although I did get the call that it was done and could pick it up before I left work. Thanks for a job well done and I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

VDAR replaced my radiator + hoses, flushed and replaced transmission fluid, changed oil, replaced parts required by check engine diagnostic, replaced headlight bulb. Great service, professional + cares about the quality of the repairs they perform. I have trusted VDAR when I dont go to Mazda for service for my vehicle. So far, so good. Satisfied with service.

Mechanics I have taken it to in the past never actually fixed the problems my car was having, but these guys did! The manager, Aziz, blew me away. He communicated the problem with me and explained exactly how his team was going to fix it. He and his team understand quality customer service.
