Had a good experiences. Provided me with a loaner while they changed the oil and placed two new tires on my Benz for a day. Also offered to deliver my car back home when they finished and pick up the loaner car. They also let me pick which car I wanted to drive so that was a plus.

Chris McGrane, the service advisor at Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria went above and beyond to get us an appointment when our Sprinters check engine light come on. With his help and Brian in the parts dept we were able to trace the cause to a bad fuel filter and get on our way.
