Got the free oil top up... only to be left with NO OIL CAP on the engine. Complete mess, oil everywhere..

I stopped at this location because I was having tire trouble. The managers Su and Henry helped me to find the cause of the problem which was a faulty sensor. They added air and eased my racing mind as I thought I had a very bad tire problem and that wasn’t the case. Just needed air and had a faulty sensor.. When I’m ready for an oil change, I will be back to this location for sure. They were very professional and provides great customer service! They went above and beyond!

Took the car to Jiffy Lube for service since I was going on a road trip. Super nice folk! They cleaned the windows -lots of areas not cleaned or clear. Tire check light on and noted on the report back to me but not mentioned on checkout or any attempt to reset. You dont do any A/c work but you did top off all fluid levels. Had a successful trip. Thank you Jiffy Lube for changing the oil in my car.

Had the oil changed. They did a great job vacuuming, cleaning the wheels and topping up all fluids. They did leave some oil smudges on my front bumper, but came right off.

I always enjoy coming here. Theyre quick, courteous and are pretty transparent about prices. They always make sure to check with you before going ahead and fixing anything and typically explain how and why something needs done. Theyre great about topping off my fluids and making sure my tire pressure is ok when I dont know how to do any of that stuff. 😂

Fast service. Very friendly. Replaced wipers and oil filter and oil change took about 10 minutes. Great service. Opened doors for me too. Bonus!

My wife and I trust this shop. They have great service and the most dedicated team. They have a customer first mentality and it is a pleasure to interact with the team whenever I am waiting for my car to be serviced.

On 495 my cars low tire pressure warning light came on. I did not want to pull onto the side of the highway so I was hopeful I could make it to a service station. Luckily Jiffy Lube was very close by. When I pulled up to the bay the first attendant gave me the bad news about a nail being in my tire angled toward the side wall which made it un-patchable. I was going to need a new tire. They did not have my size tire in stock so they had to order it from another shop. Apparently this other shop couldnt deliver it until the next day so Jonathan sent one of his employees to go pick up the tire himself. My new tire was put on and I picked up my car just a few hours later. Everyone working there was so friendly and helpful! If I didnt live 40 miles away, I would come here for all my vehicle needs!

They just took two hours for service they recommended but didn’t have the qualified staff to do. They delivered my truck with the dashboard, steering wheel and gear stick full of grease and didn’t even apologize for it! I wouldn’t go here for service under any circumstances.

This is my favorite Jiffy Lube location! The team is very professional and kind. They take great care of your cars needs and are extremely courteous. Have never considered visiting another location, thanks to their great staff.

Waited outside this location for over 20 minutes and wasn’t seen once or asked what I stopped in for. Meanwhile a guy that pulled up behind was seen after only 5 minutes. Some guy pulled up to sell sneakers and about 6 guys working there went up to talk to him and check out the sneakers. Also reeked of weed. Would not recommend.

Ive been going to Jiffy Lube for years when I dont have the time to change my own oil. Hands down, just had the best experience at this location. They are super courteous and did a great job.. especially Aubrey, hes incredibly kind. Thank you!

This is the best of the worst places in customer service the Lady who charges your money is the most toxic person I have ever seen in my life, she gave me the worst treatment, unacceptable, she thinks you are there to ask her for a favor, she has to understand that with your money on hand you just want to make busines, I suggest everyone not to go to this place for any reason, I dont give it less than one star because I cant. Its a shame they employ people with such a bad reputation ... wake up Jiffy Lube

I am just going to start out saying that I as well as my sisters are very blessed to be alive and I am glad that I did not run into the back of any other drivers. I went in to get some brake work done. They ended up messing up my whole entire braking system. And there was brake fluid in the car But the car would not stop at all and the braking lights kept flashing on and off. The car only slows down but will keep moving, even when I press the brake all the way to the floor, the car still keeps moving.,. I have never been so scared in my life and my sisters are traumatized. The car is officially not drivable. Which is a huge inconvenience because now I have to rely on other people to transport me to work. Its at a dealership now, but it looks like the problem cannot be fixed. In fact, the mechanics at the dealership said Jibby Lube put faulty parts on the car. I really learned my lesson. When is comes to severe repairs like brakes, its best to go to a dealership. Its super pricey, but they will get the job done correctly. Do NOT go to this Jibby Lube for any major service.

The lady who charge the money was very unprofessional she need to learn a lot about customers services. Please talk to her and teach her how to communicate with the customers!!!

This place is legit the real deal. Their customer service was exemplary and what I wish more organizations offered. Came in for an oil change and they did an excellent job getting that done and werent super pushy in their offers because I was already up to date on all my car services. They vacuumed my floor mats and topped off all the fluids in my car and said they would top them off again if I came in between now and my next 3,000 mile oil service. Being a veteran, they also offered a discount in there. Overall, best of the best service here and will definitely continue to do business here.

This has been a pretty interesting experience. I stopped here to fix a flat tire and ended up being pushed to buy a new tire. To be honest, pushed is a mild way to put it. Withouht completely inspecting the tire, they fixed the hole in the tire and put air in it. After doing so, they realized that there was another slash in the tire which they said that they cant fix. However, they insisted that they are going to charge me full price 40$ or I could just buy a new tire at their shop for 160$. And that my friends, how you pay 160$ for a flat tire when you go to deceiving businesses:)

As anyone understands, any business is as successful or not based on how management runs it. Sade greeted me outside as I was driving up to the site. Directed me efficiently and then proceeded to ask me questions as to what my issues were, as we were walking into the customer lobby area, again efficiently getting me acquainted to the service while other technicians/mechanics were working on driving my vehicle into the next position for service.Smooth operators.

Everyone was nice. They don’t let you out of the car anymore because of COVID 😒. Disappointed that they can’t do the full services that they used to do, like vacuuming the inside of the car and cleaning your windows. Other than that itWas good.

No one ever did this to me in 4 years. Went for oil change and how they change the oil left all the oil over oil filter hose and oil dripped to the belts and know oils is on the belts. Really thats how you do a oil change . Staff was good but really un professional they have only my car no hurry still very disappointed. Car Bmw 535 x drive . Jiffy lub train you tech more kindly so they don’t destroy customer cars kindly🙏🏻

If you value your vehicle, do NOT take it here for services. After the staff finished their cigarettes they did an oil change on my 4Runner. They were disrespectful and loud, and my guess is that my oil wasn’t changed properly. When they returned my truck, a plastic cover for my glove box, and the owner’s manuals were thrown into the passenger’s seat. When I talked to the manager he asked what they could do to earn my service back, but unfortunately I don’t think they’re fit to provide services to the public.

They are fantastic: fast, friendly and courteous, and thorough.What I also like, besides that I never have to wait for long, is that though they will suggest additional services and products, they take no for an answer when I decline. Very friendly, quick, and attentive to my needs as a customer. I pulled up with my wife, 3 little kids, and a dog. Asked us if it was okay before they did anything, let us remain in the car, and I think even brought over a few extra helping hands so we weren’t waiting too long. Great customer service. They even cleaned the rear window of my truck, which I don’t think has ever been cleaned!

I go to them all of the time. The last time I was in they recommended a repair that I couldn’t do at that time. I stopped by a couple of weeks later, minutes before closing and they happily took my car and made the repair. I was grateful because I didn’t know when I would be able to get back to do the repair. They are always helpful and answer my questions even when I’m not getting any service done. It’s a great team!

Ive been here a couple of times for an oil change and while you can possibly find a cheaper price, their service is always fast and succinct - quick in and out.Today, I had a nail in my neglected tires. I was hoping I could patch them and shop around for new tires, but when I arrived, they said the condition of the tire was too poor to patch (I kind of assumed but was hoping I could get lucky). I tried calling around to get quotes for new tires but couldnt get in touch with anyone.I did some online research of what my options were and stumbled upon Tire Racks ability to ship to Jiffy Lube. The team at Jiffy Lube also helped me with finding better prices through their dealer, but my tires are special tires so it was hard to find a perfect match. In the end went with Tire Rack, but greatly appreciated how patient and helpful everyone was.A+ service

I came in for an oil change and a free brake check. I was told that they needed to remove my tires to check properly. No one ever removed the tires to check. I assume (hope) the oil change and other included services were performed properly. They aggressively tried to upsell me on every service possible. Told me that I needed a coolant flush because of the way it looked and mileage. When I said I had it done not long ago at Jiffy Lube they looked it up and saw that I did 10k miles ago and started backpedaling on needing it. I dont want to pay for unnecessary services, but I was left not knowing whether it was actually bad or they were just recommending based on mileage.

I went to the shop for change oil and tune up and they provided a good assistance despite its holiday. Customer service is excellent and all technicians immediately attended to fix my car. They also provided a good recommendation to further improve the performance of my car. Thank you guys and keep up the excellent job!

Jiffy Lube on Van Dorn St. has always been helpful. I have only been there for an oil change and a serpentine belt repair, but the staff was really nice and genuine. They did try and up-sell me and tell me I needed certain things done, but I usually get a check-up on my car once a year and only get the services I need. They werent mean about it, that is just their job! What really got me excited was how quick they were! Every time I get oil changed, its done before I know it! Definitely worth it to go where the service is fast and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable!

Friendly staff. Price list not prominently displayed. I had to find stack of printouts myself. Immediately upon departure noticed low oil pressure indicator and warning light. Returned for checkout. Oil filter and drain plug loosely installed resulting in fresh oil across underside of vehicle. Truck raised on lift and treated with spray to remove residue. ~2 quarts oil added to top up level. Issue handled quickly.

Very friendly and polite, but pushed hard on the up-sell. Went in for just an oil change and seems like that was fine. But it’s always pretty annoying when boxes are checked that weren’t performed; mainly, the vacuuming. If you don’t do it, don’t say you did. And it would be great if the door handle, steering wheel, and shifter weren’t covered in dirty, black oil.Overall good, but I’d appreciate more attention to those small details.

This particular Jiffy runs incredibly efficient. Met Luis at the garage bay and he let me know right off the bat how much it would cost to change the oil in my 4x4 truck. Luis runs the place like a good captain runs tight ship! Very professional, friendly and courteous staff. They provide detailed information regarding your vehicle. Would recommend coming here to others.

If there’s less then one star than definitely I will choose it.Had my bad experience with them on my life,I used to do all my service at Jiffy Lube but I decided to not go back to them at all because when I went to them yesterday I told them to do all the service on my car and check everything because I’m gonna gonna drive from here VA to LA, we was agreed on everything then I went to set onside after 5 minutes the supervisor called me and said they can’t do the tires warranty for me because one of them teem members was trying to remove the nut from the tire and he broke it and said sorry we can’t do the warranty for you.Second, after they checked everything then I went to drive I saw the oil light and tire flat light on the dashboard also, they left the hood open.I went to them to do all the service and make sure everything is fine before I travel and I left them by some damages, bad service and expensive for no thing. THEY PUT ME AND MY FAMILY IN DANGER.

I’ve been a customer of this Jiffy Lube for a few years now. I’ve never had less than an exceptional experience. The technical and administrative staff is very professional and very customer service oriented. There’s two other Jiffy Lubes closer to my house, but this staff has earned my business because of the way they do business.

The staff is decent and the waiting area is clean. The staff are responsive upon entry and exit. The bay attendant who assisted me inside with my selection of services was a little difficult to understand at times, but was pleasant enough; since I only wanted a signature oil change, it was a fairly easy transaction.The waiting area was a little cold. Not sure if there is much that can be done about it; the doors are constantly being opened and closed by customers entering and exiting. Plus, its winter here.I forgot that Jiffy Lube offers tire services and was reminded of that by the bay attendant. Very helpful than going to a garage (unless you have a warranty that includes free rotations). It sounds like the guy said they can replace tires, but I wasnt clear (nor did I require the service).

The staff at Jiffy Lube was awesome I had an oil change on my new Denali Terrain, they rotated the tires, top off all the fluids, performed the oil change In 15 minutes!I definitely recommend them!

I went in for an oil chang but their cc machine was down, at first I thought it was my cc that was the problem so I called a friend to borrow their cc come and we are waiting for a very long time for my friend and my friend arrives my boyfriend goes outside to get the cc from my friend and one of the workers had asked him if he needed help he just told her that he was getting another cc and she told him our cc is not the problem it’s their cc machine I did not mind waiting at all the lady at the front was very nice because this happens it’s normal but after my boyfriend came inside with the new cc the lady he spoke to yelled at the lady who was helping us pay, they yelled at each other a little bit and the lady helping us said she could handle it and the other worker had said “ her boyfriend asked me for help that’s why I came in and said that” now that put us in an incredibly awkward situation because it made us seem at fault which my boyfriend had never asked the worker a question she just asked him if everything was alright because we were there for a long time which is fine but then the lady after realized she did need help and because of how the situation became we decided to just walk to an atm it was 90 degrees outside and I just wanted to avoid any problems as I felt very bad for her but it was not our fault overall I probably won’t come back here. The lady who helped us did apologize.

They toke longer then they said, and while they say they preform a long list of checks and accomplishments, they never seem to bother to clean the windows, which is one of the things on the list. The only reason I go there is my bank is close by and Star Bucks, but Im never really satisfied with the pricy services. Maybe theyll get my name right one of these times, they think its Gary, not so.

This was a 5-star visit. Sade welcomed me as the last customer of the day and Jorge did a great job in identifying an issue which Sade communicated. A true 5-star experience.

(This is an edited statement from 3.2.19)I visited this site on Saturday morning. I was quickly greeted and escorted into the waiting area after I stated my business (oil change). There were a few cars in front of me but waiting was not a big deal because they service vehicles fast. Once my vehicle was pulled up, shortly after, I was called up to have some conversation about the technicians observations. I was given some recommendations and agreed to my initial request (oil change $70~), in addition to changing the air filter and having some engine work ($35~) (cannot vividly recall the terminology and I dont have the receipt at the moment of writing this), it totaled $160. I might have spent all of 25 minutes, with two vehicles in front of me, before I departed.Everything with payment went smooth and all members who provided service to me were courteous and professional.(These observations were made on the next day because the vehicle was taken straight home, 2 minutes away after service was complete.) On the next day, the dash was still indicating that maintenance needed to be done, the vehicle vibrated heavily as if it was running out of oil (or like it would when oil is running very low), also, the oil percentage level that was reflected after the oil change was at 15%. This prompted me to write a review on Google. (The reviews on google is what redirected me to go there to begin with)I received a response from the Regional Manager, Paul Burke, in less than 15 hours highlighting my dissatisfaction and offering feedback for a resolution. I was super appreciative of the efforts taken to help correct the discrepancy. After a few electronic exchanges with Paul and I also received an email from their Site Manager, Terrance Logan, we were on our way to a resolution. My wife brought the vehicle in on the day after, after work. Per our correspondence, Terrance was waiting for her to reexamine the vehicle and to ensure the vehicle reflects the changes made from maintenance a couple days prior. My wife stated she was there all of 10 minutes, didnt observe what the technicians were doing because she was attending to our daughter but once she left, she immediately could tell the difference ( in a good way). Vibration had stopped and oil level reflected 100%. Couldnt be happier!I appreciate the effort behind maintaining the integrity of great customer service. As an added plus - we were told that we were going to receive a VIP for the next service. We will definitely be returning because they do have our best interest in mind.Thank Paul and Terrance for everything!

I got my brakes done here and it could not have been more convenient. I was finished and back on the road much earlier then expected. The crew at South Van Dorn was super helpful too. Thanks to everyone involved!

Everyone was very polite, but Im not super happy. The signature oil change is supposed to include checking and refilling fluids, including windshield wiper fluid. I specifically mentioned that one to the technician because I had run out the day before and really needed to refill it. The next day my windshield was covered in pollen, so I turned on the wiper fluid to clean it - and nothing came out. VVer disappointed, makes me wonder what other parts of my service I didnt get.

The cost of a simple high mileage oil change is overly expensive. I have a late model truck and it cost $109.49 to change the oil. There is nothing special that needed to be done.Everyone was polite, and they tried to sell me other services; but, 5 quarts of oil and 15 minutes or less should not cost as much.

Have been searching for a new auto maintenance place since falling out of love with Auto Stop in Arlington. The efficiency, transparency, and communication from this Jiffy Lube location was refreshing. The extra few bucks for a signature oil change compared to a no frills version somewhere else is well worth it. Plus they have WiFi that allowed me to get some work done in the few minutes I waited (it was really quick) for my car.

I brought my car in for air conditioning service and oil change. The staff here is friendly and professional. I come to this location regularly because I can be at ease knowing that my car is being well taken care of.

Went there in the freezing cold and pouring rain, in a hurry. They were crowded. Staff was very nice and professional. Friendly and did not push upsales. Offered me Two levels of oil quality. Got me through in about 30 min. Would definitely go there again!

I have taken all of my cars to be serviced at this jiffy Lube for probably 20 years. I have never had a negative experience in all of these years. I highly recommend them for their fast, friendly, and professional service.

Not impressed with this branch. I normally go to the Duke St. branch but they did not have the required oil filter in stock. My first and last time at this location. Techs could not figure out how to put in a new air filter and I felt like they were doing damage to my car trying to jam it in the filter holder. Also, I felt like the service rep was trying to goat me into unnecessary services.

The employees here are great the management staff here is on top of everything. The are listing and looking at everything. Great Job
