We visit this location (for upgrades) and use the same store representative Rosie. Shes a peach and very knowledgeable. Give this carrier a top score.

Nice clean shop. Helpful staff. They are polite, professional & take the time to make sure you understand the products & services. I will go to them again for my future needs. I would recommend them if you are in the market for a new phone service.The only drawback is the parking lot is small & shared by other businesses in the strip mall.

Awesome service

I went into Boost Mobile expecting to get basic service but I was surprised... I received excellent customer service and A much better cell phone.

Not happy at all! My phone with Boost Mobile service broke so I went there to buy another one. My one star rating is because they had the phone I wanted but the only clerk that was there, he charged me $25 dollars for activation fee and all he had to do is take my SIM card out of the broken phone and put it in the new as Ive already have an active account! Thats was the first and last time I dealt with that Boost store and if I need another phone I will get it elsewhere! Only if you are naive you will think thats a good service!The next day (Sunday) Ive decided to get a cover for the new phone! I was going to go to a a different store. I checked the stores hours on the internet and all said they close at 5:00 pm but at 3:00 pm they were all closed (I went to 4 stores and wasted my time). The Metro PCS, however, it was open and I got my cover from there and deep inside I feel happy I did that! Im sure theyve lost other customers too for posting bogus hours on the internet

Cant ever link to mobile data. Out of service area most of the time. We paid $300 for our 4 FREE phones. We will be switching carriers for our family plan. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I enjoyed my visit here even though I did not accomplish what I was supposed to by going there. I say this because I had went there for a SIM card and they did not have one in inventory but that did not stop the employee as she called around to other stores to see if she could find one.

The ladies there were nice. They helped me get my phone working again. Cause my phone stopped working completely after I left Portales and headed that way.

Todays experience was the absolute opposite of what I experienced a couple of years ago. I wanted to buy a new Boost phone for my mom, who lives outside of town. The one guy at the counter simply would not sell me a phone! He gave me some runaround that I had to do the activation right there in store and cough up the fees. All I said was, OK, Im just going to order it online. And I did. Waste of a trip.

Old and musty store. Out of the phone I wanted to see. iPhones had been reconfigured by a customer, so couldnt examine the interface.

Was not open when i arrived and this one had Sunday hours listed as 11:00 to 4:00 i believe.

This store have done and over did all services I ask for.
