I had a rough experience with one of the sales associates at this store but when I asked to speak with the manager, Nicole, I was very impressed with her ability to listen to my concerns and she provided clarification and offered to personally assist us on our next visit. Nicole is a great example of great management.

I made an appointment and was able to get right in and get served quickly. They helped me change carriers and keep my phone and my number. The whole thing cost less than $70 and my monthly unlimited bill will now be only $54 per month. The person that helped me was knowledge and very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone and as a matter of fact, my mother has since switched to T-Mobile herself.

The TMobile store clerk threw my sim card from another cell company into his recycle bin. I asked for it back, but was told it had a lock on it. The store clerk said I could get a replacement for free from my other cell company. That was not true! Obviously, I have no recourse with TMobile, but will not use their services for a LONG time. Adios TMobile muchachos!

Two days ago I went into the store because my phone wouldnt boot. The phone was the second defective phone from LG and T-mobile kept selling the phone.The phone caused my SD card to become corrupted and hadnt been backing up my files/pics since May of 2016. I turned in the phone for a new one, not knowing that my files were not at all saved until I got home. The files could have been salvaged by sending it to be repaired. I went in the next day to try and cancel the transaction and get my phone back and they flat out refused. There were pics of someone dear who had passed in there. I explained this to them and cried in their store for almost an hour. They could have cancelled the transaction, being that it was no fault of my own that the files were gone. This is the worst customer service I have seen in my life. They only want your money and could care less about you as a customer or a human being. The guy helping me was Josh. Hopefully this helps and warns consumers in the future.

In and out in just 10 minutes! Had gone to the store on Wyoming and Montgomery and they clearly didnt want to help me because they sent me on a wild chase. Stopped in this store after work and I believe his name was Dontrell! So sweet! He trouble shot my issue and in fact i didnt need a new phone! He took the time to look into it and fixed my issue without just charging me money or telling me to call someone else! Will only be going to see him from now on!

This is a Corporate location! I was able to resolve a lot of issues a third party location caused on my account. No hard used car sales rep in this location. All the associates at this location Ive encounter are the best representatives for the T-Mobile brand.

I switched to T-mobile based on price/customer service. Sadly, after a year of their services, or lack thereof, I will never be a customer or recommend them again. NOTHING in our contract has been easy. They are great at selling but once you sign, they cant do anything about ANYTHING. Bill has never been what they stated, $400 gift card that was promised, never happened, despite numerous attempts on our part. And every time I ask for the manager, to help us with an issue, she literally stated, there is nothing that anyone can do...This location is embarrassing and a waste. The company itself, horrible.

I called them asking in how many days would I get the iphone 8+ if I order it today, and the employee (Michelle) told me she would need to have a look into my account which she couldnt over the phone. I told her that I was not looking to order over the phone but only wanted to know an estimate number of days I would get it if I qualified for the order. She repeated that she would need to check my account. Surprised, I asked her if the number of days to receive the shipment varied with the standing of the account to which she said Yes. Just called the guys by the UNM, and the lady over there told me that the shipping speed would depend on the postal service I opted for and the basic (cheapest) would be $6.99 (if I remember it well) and would take around 7-10 business days (clean, quick information as you would expect).

I went into the store because I was having trouble with my Galaxy watch. Two Gentlemen immediately approach me and asked if I needed any help. They were very compassionate to the prpblem I was having. They spent over 45 minutes on the phone with customer service to help me resolve the issue. Okay everybody listen up you better read reviews because I went to three T-Mobile stores and almost quit and went back to Cricket but this location hands down is the best in the state Clint is probably the best sales associate they got not only did he find out the problem but he was incredibly polite considering how much cursing I was doing and he fix the problem and he kept me as a loyal customer and props to the management for hiring such a good employee great job Clint Corrie store 287 is the best

I called about the note 7 recall and asked when they are expected to get the replacements... according to an email I received from Samsung... they should receive replacements no later than September 21, 2016. The lady that answered the phone was extremely short and rude. I could not understand her because she was obviously eating something and spoke extremely too fast and when I asked her to repeat herself... she was even more unclear. She then just hung up on me. I went in to the store once and the service was bad.. didnt think their phone service was of the same quality. Obviously I was wrong.

Well I came here 2x in the last 3 months. I had a iPhone 8 plus which had a screen issue and after having this store volunteer to replace it the manager Jon gives me a vibe of omg whats he doing here. Then today I went to jump my phone after the rep I spoke to on the phone said i could. There retail sales associate Donzell is a complete a**hole and very rude & disrespectful. He said anything to shut me up and talked down to me so bad it was not cool. He kept interrupting me at every turn. Donzell is not manager material.

Now they have refused to refund my money due to how longs its been. Even though we havent even opened the box. Would have brought it back sooner had we know this was going to happen. I share similar experiences as previously mentioned. The entire service/sales model at these stores is ridiculous. The workers seem extremely unhappy and when dont know something technical, simply make it up. For example, I brought in a Galaxy S phone and told them that the 4G network was not working and I could only get onto wifi networks. The customer service rep, took the phone apart and told me that because the sticker was pink thatd meant I dropped it in water and therefore would not be able to pick up the TMobile network. I asked how that made sense, and she clearly started making things up about the motherboard being fried.. Hmmm, first of all, never dropped the phone in water. Secondly, how can the phone pick-up wi-fi fine and not the T-mobile network? It was clear she wanted to move me along to purchase a new phone and get me out of the store. I was a brand new customer and within a week I replaced my smart phone with a dumb phone for $75 as a temporary placeholder until I figured out if I wanted to continue to do business with T-Mobile or not. The rebate that I sent in for the dumb phone was NEVER honored. I got a response letter 6 weeks later from T-Mobile saying they did not recognize the ISN number on the rebate form. When I double checked the form (I made copies because I had a feeling this would happen) this was not so. This was a little maddening as the time and paper pushing of these rebate processes is purposely designed to detour people from doing it.So, I decided to return to the store and speak directly with the same customer service agent. She told me that I would have my data package pro-rated and additional monies credited to my account and advised me to call the rebates department for the rebate issue. When NONE of that happened, I returned to the store to speak with the same sales agent and she directed me to customer service 611. Then you call 611 and have to explain the whole situation over again because no one put any notes on my account. WOW! Great customer service. Telecom companies make sooooo much $$, you would think they could invest in their workforce better and treat their customers with dignity. I feel like I get high blood pressure by just walking into these stores...never going back.
