The manager here is so rude and unprofessional. He talks to you as if you’re an acquaintance and not a customer. Doesn’t ever have a solution to any questions asked and denies to make arrangements. Always finds his way around be right. The first and only time we missed a payment by a day he was banging at my door with no notice of what they were doing.

Frank.and Crystal are amazing. After a not so good start...Frank offered me a better and brand new product. Very happy. Thank you both for your help.

Today u went to Rent-a-center on the corner of Lomas and San Pedro in ABQ, NM. I accidentally forgot my mask in my car, I do know however that the store dose provide a mask for a customer to wear while in the store. As I walked in and approached the counter, the assistant manager Ralph immediately made a huge deal about me not wearing my mask, even as he handed me one. He continued over and over about how I was breaking the law by not wearing my mask due to Covid19. He totally forgot that his customers are human and they forget things at time. He made it seem as he has never ever forgotten a thing or too. He is the most unprofessional and argumentative individual I have come accros in a long time.

Jonathan Chavez showed outstanding performance in customer service today in delivery. Wish we had more kind and professional workers like this. Hope he gets recognized. Way to go RAC. Excellent worker.

Store manager Frank is very rude, when phone was answered he did not want to help at all hung up the phone multiple times. Was not able to answer many questions and had an attitude the whole time.

The sales manager is very rude, incompetent and unprofessional. The location itself is unpleasant they treat their customers as if they’re criminals if they are just a few days late on their payment. If you go to them be prepared that they will come slamming on your door as if they’re the cops to inform you that they need a payment or will take your stuff. They need better training especially when dealing with existing long term customers. They are disrespectful and are famous for belittling people.I suggest going to a different location and/or Aaron’s.

I personally use to drive outta my way to go to this rent a center . But my most recent visit the guys I knew where no longer their. Young guys on their phones headphones on?? Just looks like its gotten sloppy and has alot less stuff than before??
