Very helpful employees with great attitudes! Nice selection of phones. They even helped me to activate the phones that I purchased at Walmart for Cricket wireless.Cricket wireless is on the AT&t network. Living east of Albuquerque in the East Valley ... Crickets coverage is better at my house than all the others that I have ever tried. I live in the sticks, so that is important to me to even have service at all. Where other phone companies dont even reach there, it is very nice to have decent service inside our home, and even inside our metal RV. The service I receive is 4G on purpose because I do not approve of 5G and its damaging effects. Yet still our service is fantastic!
Sorry I forgot to do the review. I was at the store to pay my sister -in-laws phone bill (shes in California) It was about 15 minutes before they closed and I couldnt find it so I called the store and the gentleman that answered was nice enough to tell me that they were right across the street, and I asked him please not to close. When I got there some people were before me so while I was waiting I was looking around store was so clean and organized and I wasnt trying to listen but sometimes you cant help it, anyway they were explaining that they wanted to continue the deal that they had gotten a few days before from the manager and he was explaining that he didnt have the authorization to do that, he did what he could and they seemed to be very happy. All that to say Ive been in alot of wireless stores in a few different states and none of the employees in any of them were as professional and pleasant as this young man. My receipt says his name is Martin M, if all the employees at Cricket are this nice and professional I might have to look into changing my cellphone company. Even though the customers before me had him working after he should of been closed I was in and out in record time with a very satisfied visit. If your thinking about a visiting a cellphone store try the Cricket at 1415 Eubank Blvd NE.
I am new to the area and have had some bad experiences. I came to Cricket on Eubank and was greeted by Michael, just want to let yall know he is very nice kind & respectful well mannered and has People soft skills. KUDOS to cricked with this wonderful employee. Michael your the best and I will be back. He made the turn over, adding the extra phone and the plan so easy I was in and out faster than I anticipated, and with so much care and respect. Thank you Michael.

Great option for someone on a budget...the phones are good.. theyre not the high-end phones you will get at a bigger phone company but theyre pretty good. The service is great if youre in the city and even then I would sometimes not have any missed calls but if get voice mail notification. The data was very good and I was never throttled. Its a good option if you dont mind month to month.
They have a hard time accepting CASH! Can you imagine that? As a matter of fact--and figure this out- if you pay your bill with cash they actually charge tie EXTRA! Crooks. Definitely not for the hard working customer.
Terrible customer service!! Went by around 2pm and only one customer ahead of myself. Lady said it would be a little while. 25 minutes later told me that it was going to be awhile more. She was on phone with someone from different store asking questions she should know. Decided to leave and come back. Returned around 4 and still only one customer ahead of me and told me it would be around 15 minutes. 10/15 minutes later, she said it would be awhile more. I get it if there were multiple customers, but only one other each time! She seemed put off and didnt want to help! Never going to this store again!! Ridiculous!!
I am currently on a shared plan. When I had trouble with my old phone they were able to help get me set up. Did have to pay a re-activation charge though. I am happy with the product I got, and will continue to use them as my service provider.

Manager NOT helpful, had problems with a new phone IMMEDIATELY after purchasing & she insisted that what she did to the phone would fix the issues ! Now its worse & SHE WONT DO ANYTHING TO HELP ! If she would have exchanged it instead of messing with it & stating it woud fix the phone. I wouldnt have a broken phone that Im paying for services that DOESNT WORK! IT WAS TAKEN IN BEFORE THE 7 DAYS!!!!

The guy wouldnt let me buy a phone from him a couple months ago in this location because he said, you have to pay $25 dollars to get it activated or you will take it home and you wont be able to do it yourself. I told him I had done it last time I bought a phone and I would just like to buy the phone and leave with it Ill come back if I cant do it for free by calling them. He said...It doesnt work that way and I said so what if this was a present and I didnt want to activate it now anyways. He shook his head and said no...so they lost about $400. I went online and purchased one off cricket website then called and had it activated for free in about 5 mins. I dont know if he was just stupid or trying to scam me. Pretty sure scam me! He didnt know hes about half my age and I have been using cricket since he was born Haha! Dont let anyone fool you you dont need to pay the 25 dollar activation fee!

Jazmin C signed me up for phone insurance after I declined it SEVERAL times. I have had to spend the last hour dealing with cricket to get it taken off. DO NOT GO HERE, THEY WILL SIGN YOU UP FOR SERVICES WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT AND CHARGE YOU FOR THEM.
