Alright i gotta admit who doesnt love!!!!!! The smells i mean it smells great. But then after awhile the smell goes away. And its not even towards the end of the day. Not only that they should really come down on the coast. That would be wonderful

I always get amazing service each time Im there! Every employee there is super knowledgeable and helpful! I especially love all the sales!

After calling and having an item held for my mom I drove an hour to pick up the item and whime waiting in the long line they sold my item to tne lady In front me. I spoke up said hey those are mine and the rude manager says oh well maybe next time be on time!

This store has a great layout and design. The prices are fair and they have some good deals.The store is very busy but seems to be very well-staffed. The Staff was also very knowledgeable in promotions and offers.

Its really not spacially efficient so that is icky if you have social anxiety like me. But if you are also obsessed with Halloween and like their Halloween stuff, then it is worth the slight displeasure of being in close proximity to others. Tbh I got a bat soap holder and one soap so i had one that fits. Imma refill it with cheap stuff cuz thats how I roll. Their soaps are worth the price tho but the candles are really where its at. Even a small one can make a whole apt smell amazeballs

I had the rudest encounter with the young lady at the front by the name of Analica. When I was approaching the door she stated “Are you gonna come in?” with an attitude and head shake when I was analyzing the antibacterial hand sprays. She proceeded to tell me the deal and aggressively handed my husband the bag almost hitting him. I don’t want to bring race into this but I noticed she was a lot kinder to the non-people of color as opposed to my African-American husband and I. I will NOT be back.

I went July 17th for the $15.95 candle sale and had to leave with nothing because anlica is the rudest employee ever and doesnt deserve my money maybe if she doesnt wanna do her she shouldnt have picked up the application when i asked her for help she looked at me and helped the woman behind me i asked to speak to a manager and she said “shes at lunch” i asked the front door girl the store number she said 148 and trust me corporate has been contacted

Is bath and body works ever a bad time? no. i bought ten bottles of handsanitizer.

Queuing for Covid-19 reduced capacity was well organized. Associates were handing out shopping bags, explaining sales and offering other assistance to people waiting in line to shop. Once inside, staff was friendly and helpful. Floor arrows kept traffic flowing and displays well organized for social distancing. I did not notice anyone sanitizing try me items on displays, however the checkout areas were clean and credit card terminals sanitized between each customer. I was told line waits were over an hour at times. I waited approximately 10 minutes.

Liked how they sprayed our hands with hand sanitizer before we walked into the store.

The best experience ever especially due to covid. We were greeted with info on sales while in line. Very professional and wonderful experience for my visit. Thank you

Very helpful staff. Handicap accessible. Lots of hand soaps, candles, lotions, body soap and perfume and cologne. Lots of variety for men and women. Plug in air fresheners. Lots of great deals and you can use tour angel card here.

The employees are rude, inattentive, and go out of their way to make a scene.I was waiting in line to enter this store today and saw one of the employees making rude remarks to multiple people waiting in line to enter another store. They also called security twice for no clear reason. It seemed like they were upset because the line for the neighboring store was close to theirs. The employees clearly need to redirect their energy to something more useful because when I was in the store and had questions they were too busy throwing a fit over irrelevant matters to care about customer service. I ended up not finding what I was looking for and leaving. I likely wont be come back to this location until they reevaluate their priorities.

Got me to buy stuff lol

Wife sent me to pick up soaps and to use a coupon for a free item up to $7.50 with no purchase required, so added an extra $7.50 hand soap.At the register the clerk informed me that the free item had to be travel sized and pointed me to the wall of opened, picked through, bad-smelling travel sized stuff.I asked where on the coupon it stated the free item had to be travel sized (which it didnt), and she said it just had to be. Ended up having to leave the $7.50 soap that the coupon should have been used for, and got stuck with an already opened, smelly small hand cream.They also only had one gross-smelling halloween item available -a soap- and nothing else halloween related. Wont be going back.

Always great deals on scents and home products. Body care line is always wonderful. Staff is friendly and willing to assist. Never a bad experience in this place. You can find something for anyone here. Male and female scents available. Candles, body wash, body sprays. Everything!

Great selection! The store is always pretty clean and organized. It only gets super packed during the holiday season but the store is so big that youll still have room to shop around.

Frequent sales. Friendly service. They have a new Mens line of fragrances that are wonderful. My favorite overall is the B&BW Black Cherry Merlot.

Bath and Body Works is one of my wifes favorite places to go! The selection of quality products is almost overwhelming! With everything from body butter to fragrances, this is the place to go when you are in the market for these types of products. She had even got me using some of the items from the mens area (yes, they have stuff for this too), and I am really impressed with the quality of the items that she picked out for me.

Clean store everything on its place

The products are always the best, but there was hardly any floor help. One cashier and a line to the front of the store made it hard to shop, but the store was well stocked and looked pretty.

I love the scents, and great prices when you wait for sales and use coupons!! Favorite smells: Champagne Toast, Black Cherry Merlot, Mahogany Teakwood, Leaves. Many others are great too!

There was excellent semi annual sale with great values. There werent enough cashiers to assist a long line but overall its a clean and well stocked store. Their return policy is excellent .

Clean and organized store. Friendly customer service. I love that they always have deals going on. The only reason I didnt give them a 5 is because a lot of products I used to enjoy are retired. Their new fragrance I dont like. I like sweet smells like strawberry, Paris, country chic ect. Hopefully the summer time they pick back up. They did a great job on the selection just recently for hand soap.

I visited Bath & Body Works about 2 weeks ago to spend my gift certificate to purchase a bottle of my favorite cologne/perfume, Moonlight Path, and I was told they no longer carry or make it anymore. I was very disappointed because they still had the body spray, hand & body lotion and shower gel. So, why do you not have the perfume/cologne to go with the rest of the other items? Is there any other place where I can use my gift certificate to purchase a bottle of Moonlight Path? I would really appreciate your help on this matter. This store has something for everyone. With the mens section, my boyfriend now opts to go with me. The prices are always fair. Got a couple of wall flowers today and the scents are amazing.

Delicious smells and pretty packaging at very turn and in every nook. Prices are slightly high for my budget, but I spend the money because its a simple way to feel luxurious. You cannot go wrong buying gifts from Bath and Body.

I returned three candles today when the $2.95 sale is going on for lotions and the lady helping me was so amazing she didnt mind doing a return and then redoing my transaction and allowing me to use my coupon this is why I enjoy bath & body works cuz its always an amazing experience.

Always great scents! Some of the scents Ive never tried and seasonal scents I want to test out but not every scent has a try me bottle and I dont think Im supposed to just open whatever bottles I want

This is a great Bath and Body, always a good selection and friendly staff.
