Mike and Tom responded rapidly and insured that my car was back on the road post haste. They ironed out difficulties with my insurance company and went the extra mile to insure my satisfaction. The thieves may have stolen my catalytic converter but Downtown Tire and Automotive restored my faith in honest people.

My husband and I were traveling across country. Right after we got out of the Mojave desert and got into Albuquerque our van stopped running. We didnt know anyone, we were nervous. We called some auto repair shops but they were not able to get to us. One recommended Downtown auto. Right from the start of our conversation with them they made us feel taken care of. They said no problem they could get to it right away. Carlos came and picked me up and took me to the motel. They did exactly what they said they would do. They fixed us right up. We love them!

Michael and Tom are the best! In September 2018 I had to give a public lecture for TEDx, and my beloved power wheelchair was grimy and dust caked after 2 years of heavy use. Michael made my power wheelchair look brand-new.Recently, it was time again for detailing, and once again Im in awe of how what a great job they did. Shouldve taken before pictures though. But the harsh winters and life downtown wrecks havoc on the chair, its better to keep it well maintained, as the electrical parts attract so much dust. I couldnt be happier.

When we moved downtown three years ago, I was afraid Id have trouble finding great auto service nearby, but this facility and its staff are some of the best in Burque. If quick, friendly and professional service are what you are looking for in a tire and auto repair shop, then this shop should be at the top of the list.I bought tires here and will buy again because of the great service and attention to detail. These guys remember my name and will still take the time to check my tire pressure, on the spot, when I go in to shop.Plus its right on the edge of downtown, so there is plenty to do while waiting for your service needs to be done.

They tried to charge me more than the book value on my car to fix it I didnt need exactly what they were trying to charge me for, I did not everything they quoted me. I Regret taking it there because I had to pay for the diagnosis, which contained parts I didnt need. I finally took it to my usual mechanic and he fixed it for less than half of what they wanted to charge me 🤔

The company I work for uses this location for their fleet repairs and maintenance.

I have never been more comfortable and well taken care of then I have here. I dont know much about cars and I love the honesty and trust I have with them. I wont go anywhere else!

These guys were great...I am going out of town and they got my 20 year old car to a place where I can drive it across the country. They were also very nice, very fair and honest and even dealt with my bad attitude when I was having a bad day. Highly recommend !

GREAT staff! Tom and his guys truly go above and beyond for their customers even after their superior automotive service! My only regret: that I did not know them sooner.They will educate you on your automotive needs, not just sell you a list of problems. You will leave feeling safer about your vehicles performance.

Lots of potential scam stuff here. Im a retired truck mechanic, recognized many add-ons advertised at the front counter, that are infamous waste of money extras. Get a second opinion on all things they find while doing the work you brought it in for. Just tell them you will have to come back (maybe) for the extras. Guy at the counter sounded very sure of himself, but actually was confused (lied?) about several things.

We were coming through Albuquerque on the 4th of July week. Our car started running rough and we couldn’t find anyone to see it. We brought it to the team here and they took care of us right away! I wanted badly to support this local business, but felt alienated by the conservative christian talk radio that I was obliged to listen to while on hold. I warmly accept the religious beliefs of my friends, family members, and neighbors, but feel judge and rejected when it is forced upon me given that I don´t share those views. I wonder how they would feel if they had to listen to the preachings of Judaism, Islam, or any other religion?

Excellent service. They went above and beyond, fixing my detached bumper and servicing my rear brakes for free. It wasnt cheap to replace my front brakes, but their attention to detail, honesty, and true desire to help were well worth it. I definitely recommend this shop and will be returning there for future work.

Jeez where do I begin?! They took me in 30 minutes from closing on a Friday. Fixed a severe problem with my vehicle and replaced the tires. The ordeal lasted way past closing hours. All the staff were super pumped to help me out and kept me updated through the whole process. Highly recommend these dudes!

Kept me on hold for 7 minutes so I hang up and then when I went to call back they answer and hang up! Wth is your problem? Sell me a goddamn tire or say no but dont waste my time!

Took care of the problem, honest and fair

If youre female, do not go here. I went in for an oil change and came out with a $2,000+ estimate. I am disputing the need for serpentine belts (ALL the thieving mechanics tell you you need those, first thing...its a barometer for lying) and the almost $100 for labor to do the work!!!! Youve been warned.
