Took my computer here to be fixed, because the screen was busted. Place had my computer for three weeks and computer was just sitting. Was told they was waiting on a part but after an additional week I just went and picked up my computer to take it elsewhere. Will never take a computer back to them.If it isn’t a phone that they can flash/fix screen you are going to be waiting.

They are very open about everything and very competent. The owner also made sure the repair was still functional a week later. My phone was ran over and they still were able to fix it.

They are not selling unlimited 4g LTE data so if you see a H by your network signal you are getting 3g speeds to 3.5g speeds not 4g. Which means they throttle your speed at some point. Been seeing a H for 3 weeks dang. Wasted my money this cycle.

Customer service is horrible. It was time for a new sim card for my device and I was told t I could drive a hour and a half to get the new sim card or they would mail it to me. If the mailed it I would not have internet for 2-3 days. My payment did not change. I run 2 internet business from my home, so I cant go with out internet for 2-3 days and driving over an hour to get a sim card is not an option for me. Also, I was told that a sim card would sent to me ever month for the last 4 month and was never sent. Find another company for internet.

It cheap and good survice

I went in to find a screen cover for my pixel 2xl, open the door and I had to go down a hallway of sorts, didnt even get down the hallway and was met with can I help you like I had met their customer capacity, and were nothing them with their current customers. I asked about the screen cover, and got an abrupt nope and then they all went back to what they were doing. Ive seen better customer service, at McDonalds on a Friday night and it was all teenagers.

Do not bring your phone here when to get a new screen and said 20mins we sat there for 2 hours and then they told me after it was to late that they had to reset my phone so I lost everything and still charged me full priceCorrection the camera and speaker were working before your employee took it apart so must have been damaged on your end. Never did they mention to us that there were other broken components.

Sell phones and do not stand behind there product. Bought a phone from them and seems it was faulty when I bought it. Horrible battery life and now phone calls barely come threw them. So do not buy from them . Horrible products. And just to add phone has been in protective case and has never been dropped .
