One stop shop all your video game purchases with moderate prices too. I’ve been here multiple times with my nephew and niece. I’ll just stand by and let them have fun picking what they love and also feed my eyes with all the gadgets on display. The place is pretty small and always crowded.

Corporate atmosphere doesnt connect with gaming culture. My last trip ai was waiting for an employee to check the back for a controller. After 15 mins and two trips between the register and the back I saw them speaking with another customer. In that time I was able to find the controller I wanted on Amazon for about $40 cheaper.I did have to wait two days for delivery, but it was easily worth it. For trades and used games local stores are better.

Great staff. Always helpful. Always curious. Always friendly. This store reminds me why I dont buy all my games digatilly or online with its great service.

Only good for theyre decreasing used sections. Many places to get games and accessories for cheaper.

We were Christmas shopping last night and decided to look for a few games, with it being a busy shopping weekend the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Extremely condescending employees who dont know how to check inventory. Honestly, Im not surprised at this point- its a GameStop. When have they ever been known for being good in any sense of the word?

One of my favorite places to shop for videogames they have good deals at times and they are very knowledgeable about the games

This is now GameStop in crossgates mall no longer EB games due to the buy out years ago but overall it is one of the best GameStops in the area, the staff is always knowledgeable and friendly, alot of GameStops get a bad rep but this one is one of the good ones, a smaller store overall but has a great selection of games new and used along with collectibles like statues and pop figures.

Deserve a zero been there twice in two days to buy red dead 2 both times the game froze both were purchased brand new I will ne in again at 10 am be prepared getting my money back and plus

The 1 hour drive to Albany was a huge waste. Overpriced bs, they are also selling xbox 360s for $80, but if you want to trade in your xbox they will basically offer you a Jolly Rancher for it. Go to Jay.st, not worth the waste of time

Staff really doesnt seem to care or know about their products, and are on the edge of being outright abrasive when asked for help. Only ended up getting the controller I reserved online because the manager happened to walk in. On the plus side they dont care if you browse.
