Albany Carpet Warehouse did a phenomenal job all around! We needed a new floor for our kitchen and family room, and a new carpet for our staircase and upstairs hall. Dennis and the team did a great job spending the time to help us narrow down, and ultimately pick the floors that were the best for our budget and taste. The level of professional touch with personal care is unmatched compared to our other experiences in our 2021 home remodel project. The installation was top-notch, and there wasnt a bump on the wall or nick of the freshly painted railings. I would highly recommend Albany Carpet Warehouse!

My project was a kitchen with old peel off flooring and a basement with green golf course turf-like carpet from 30 years ago for my townhouse. David showed me all options and demonstrated a real knowledge of products and kept my budget in mind. My space was measured the same day, and 5 days later, I have a transformed kitchen (vinyl wood-plank) and new carpeting for the basement, washer dryer area and stairs. Im beyond impressed. Great selection and friendly, knowledgeable staff that works with you to make sure you get exactly what youre envisioning when you walk in the door. We bought carpeting for a staircase and had them install it, and the installer (Jeremiah) did such a fantastic job that we went back a week later and bought flooring for two more rooms and had them install it. Will likely go back to them every time we have flooring or carpeting plans, because they make it so easy and have very good prices. Highly recommended.

Dennis from Carpet Warehouse was awesome. There was no high pressure sales! He went out of his way to help us with two separate installations very quickly. His installers Justin and Lisa were great! They were very polite and clean. Justin even managed to install a basement carpet by lamplight during a power outage! We will be contacting them again for any future carpeting or flooring needs!

We searched all over Albany for new flooring. This was the last place we stopped at. Once we meet the owner and his team we wish we had came here first. The owner is one of the nicest and knowledgeable flooring gurus you will ever meet. He took him time in explaining all the different flooring and helped us to match what fit our needs. A+ experience! So much better than working with Lowe’s / Home Depot and cost effective. I found Albany Carpet Warehouse through Google Maps because I needed to replace a carpet in one of my bedrooms. I had to do this remotely from out-of-state (with Megan’s help) and not only were they able to do the work quickly & at high quality, but they were also very transparent about pricing and helped me keep to my budget.

We found the perfect carpet for an area rug but we were told that it could take up to a week to have it bound. When we mentioned that it would be nice to have it for Easter Sunday they said they would try. A couple of hours later we got a phone call from Paul that the carpet and padding was ready !!! Great service and price. We highly recommend these guys !!!

Love the Tarkette Laminate and Berber. The installation took less time than time allotted. Justin and Lisa did an extraordinary job. They explained the procedures ahead of time and the entire process was very clean. They were very careful not to nick any furniture, they put felt pads on furniture to prevent scratching. Remarkable job.

We purchased a carpet and stair runner. The sales people were excellent and very professional. The price was very good. We had the carpet and runner bound. A week later we took pieces of the runner back for extra binding. It was done on the spot. I would recommend Albany Carpet to anyone.

I recently purchased beautiful hardwood floors (at 1/3 the sticker price!) which I installed myself, and also some carpet runner up the stairs, which I had Albany Carpet install. Both came out great, the service was good too. I would definitely recommend for quality products and affordable prices.

Im giving 5 stars only because I cant give them 6. In the last month weve purchased new carpet and a number of area rugs and runners (with pads). Everyone weve dealt with was terrific - knowledgeable,honest, friendly. From shopping to installation estimates to installation (carpet and tile that wed bought separate) - weve dealt with everyone from the saleswoman, installers and the gentleman in the warehouse. Id recommend them to anyone.

Dennis and David were absolutely great. They were very informative and helped us through many different types of carpeting and padding to suite our indecisive needs. From the moment we walked into the store to after the carpet was installed they stayed in contact with us to make sure we were kept satisfied and the carpet was installed perfectly. What I loved the most is how the owner directed us to the remnants to offer us a cheaper price, instead of trying to sell us the highest priced rugs, which is what most stores try to do. In addition, the owner and salespeople listened carefully to what we wanted: budget friendly, high quality area rugs that fit our particular measurements that can also sustain wear and tear in a busy household. We got it all..plus they cut the rugs, sewed them, and delivered them to our house in less than 48 hours. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly, professional, and hard working. What an amazing company! Total dedication to customer service. I had an issue with stains on my carpet that wouldnt come out. The owner not only ordered me a brand new carpet at no cost or hassles, and gave me a free cleaning kit ($40 value) for stains in the future, but then delivered it himself to my house over 50 miles away. I tell everyone I know to shop there and I will never shop anywhere else. Great prices and excellent service what more could you ask for.

You know its so refreshing to do business with a company who employ extremely nice, helpful people. The manager gave me a fabulous price on a beautiful plush carpet. EVERY SINGLE PERSON, the manager, the loaders were just so cool and helpful. I wish they sold more than carpet so I could visit them more often. I have been here twice to get area rugs and non-slip pads. This place is awesome! The people are very helpful and informative- ie. Carpet experts! There is a huge room in the back with all kinds of remants at great prices. They will cut and bind any carpet at a very reasonable cost. Im so glad a coworker suggested I go here. They have so much more to offer than the box stores. Just walk in and talk to them, you will leave with what you are looking for!

My wife and I visited Carpet Warehouse Albany today afternoon in search for flooring options for our entire house. To be honest we were confused of our options and definitely anxious. From the moment we walked in to the deal at the end of the evening.. I cannot express enough gratitude for David, Dennis and Megan for all of their help and support. Their guidance, recommendations on product properties and help with pricing option was the best we have ever experienced in the recent past. So much so Dennis visited our residence for quick measurements and gave us more choice for colors to go well with the future decor as well. In addition they worked more than an hour and a half beyond closing to see to it that we got the best. Absolutely incredible experience so far and I can just imagine what the finished home would look like under the care of these thoroughbred professional experts and their quality material. Outstanding service and experience! David makes every customers needs his priority. Our carpet binding was done in 24hrs! This is probably unusual as we were told it would take a week. We were pleasantly surprised.

After being complete jerked around by Home Depot and Lowes, I was at my wits end :( Dennis answered the phone and immediately and graciously worked with me. He was able to deal with the fact that one party is in Utah trying to get this done, and the other party involved is in Marsaille, France! To get our new, thick carpet upstairs, the installer, Steve Gorton, had to dismantle a bannister post that had been anchored well below the floor. Had three bedrooms of carpeting we wanted to remove. Visited the showroom- Dennis assisted us on choosing the right hardwood to match the floors in our hallway outside the bedrooms and came by the house a couple of hours later to measure the space.
