Loved the experience. From the very beginning Dewin & Anthony were all about making sure I was so content especially with making sure all my needs were met. They were always available when I called & needed any information. I also commend & appreciate the insurance agent Charles they referred me too!! Up most Gratitude Thank you !!!
Great service, I would definitely return in the future
Let me start off by saying the overall purchasing experience with DePaula was good. However, they lose 2 stars because...1. The car listing we responded to was inaccurate. The car had more than double the miles listed.2. When we purchased the car, I noticed DePaula put their name on the car with a dealership tag. I asked about removing this, and they were going to send me instructions on how to do this safely, without damaging this practically new car.I have received no follow ups, except asking for a 5-star review, from multiple people. When I responded to those follow up inquiries, asking about the ONE thing I requested (removing their dealership tag)..radio silence.
I can say for a big name dealer Depaula should have used cars that dont have problems the first week from making a purchase. Need to do better!!
Not good
Guys we’re all really nice made me and my son feel very welcomed during our time there. Eric Bauer was fantastic helped me out a lot made everything smooth sailing! Thank you!!!
I understand we are going through a difficult time with Covid 19. However, I inquired about a 2010 civic. An internet lady responded that I had to fill out a credit application just for a price. Such a rediculous concept. Anyway i filled it out and received a phone call. I called the salesman back an hour later and he said he was going to the bathroom. That was 8 days ago. Next, I contacted the internet girl again only to be told they would get back to me DEFINITELY tomorrow and to be by my phone. ZERO response or phone call..I know my choice of vehicle was only 6k and firmly believe they can not be bothered with that small of a sale. Too bad for my son as he is the one disappointed.Awful customer service.
Great selection. Friendly and helpful staff. The entire buying process was easy and painless.
1st.. no pressure or haggle on price of new vehicle, which is a good thing. Vehicle price was the best around for comparable and had lower mileage .2nd.. I NEVER felt that I was being low balled on my trade. I received pretty much what kbb, Edmunds, and a few in person dealer estimates had offered.3rd fiance was a breeze and I even got a better warranty terms than my credit union offers . I was definitely pleasantly surprised. Finally. They made sure since I am an out of state buyer that my new vehicle was registered immediately on the first business day (bought on a Saturday) and emailed me my registration to print out so I could get my states inspection done right away.I was so impressed with my experience that I bragged about it to my family members. An Aunt and Uncle went up 2 days later and purchased a vehicle as well....
Wasted almost 2 hours of my time beware. Instead of giving you a trade in value for your used car they use a cash figure number which is thousands less then you should be getting. Rebecca who apparently is in a call center for them gives customers wrong information such as how many cars that are currently there in your price range, plus was told a independent third party wholesaler would be there when I scheduled my car trade in value appointment. Wrong again ...trade price is 7,500 for my car they offered me 4,000. Unbelievable how dare they. Also Rebecca gave me incorrect information even on a sale price of a 2011 Suburu. Not professional they need to make sure people give correct information especially when you are driving an hour each way...just terrible
They were very helpful and make us very comfortable while we are buying a car.
Depaula contacted me about a vehicle I had listed on Craigslist for 7k, well within the KBB value. I was trying to sell the vehicle private party and was expecting to be negotiated down. They has us bring the vehicle to them so they could check it out and offered us a super low ball price of $4200 dispite having no issues with the car. I expect that a dealership is going to try to low ball you on an offer for a used vehicle but why would you contact me knowing full well what my asking price is then waste our time bringing the vehicle to them for such a bad offer? I can only assume theyre trying to prey on people that unfortunately, just need the money and cant afford not to take it. Just seems kinda shady to me.
Brought my daughter there to look at a used Cadillac SRX. After road testing the car sat down with the salesman who proceeded to tell us that there was no wiggle room for negotiation on the price because they bought the car for $100.00 less than they were asking. So Im led to believe they bought this car expecting a $100 profit and the ran it through there shop. Come on John. Not buying it. And this is just the beginning. I could go on and on about this story.Update;Spoke to sales manager Mr. Grimley after the original review and was told he would check into this and get back to me. Well he must have lost my number because he never called back.
We went in about a month ago and had a tough time finding a car, everything we wanted to look at sold while we were sitting there. It was frustrating but Dewin was so great dealing with us we knew we would go back to him. He was not pushy at all, and super friendly. We went back yesterday and bought from Dewin. I dont really ever give out 5 stars but he and Nick really made our buying experience great. They are very friendly, honest, and not pushy at all. He is really a great person to do business with. I will highly recommend him to anyone looking for a car.
Great place to buy a car. Truthfully. Clean cars. Great selection. And easy to do business.
Nightmare. I bought a car for my son to go to Georgia for school. eight miles from the dealer the clutch went. they towed it back two days later. eighteen days later they replaced the clutch. this one lasted 1,500 miles. it was sent to a vw dealer, they said the clutch was installed wrong. Depaula took nineteen days to do a second clutch. now my son has to go to school with a car with 28.500 miles on it and the clutch is wrong. I TRADED THE USED CAR FOR A 5,200 LOSS AFTER HAVING IT FOR LESS THAN THREE MONTHS. I bought a new one from NEMER VW. BEWARE I TRIED TO TRADE WITH THEM FOR THE SAME LOSS THEY SAID NO. if you buy a used car from them your at the end of the line for service and warranty issues. I could elaborate on how they treated me when I called them, but you have to at the very least give them one star
The salesperson really went above and beyond to make the deal happen. Very good experience buying my truck there. No issues at all......
Best car place around if you go ask for Mike Zanchelli hes a great salesman he will go above and beyond for you
