We have a 2020 Dodge RAM and have had it serviced by this dealership several times. Most recently we had to bring our truck in because someone hit our driverβs side mirror and we needed it replaced.This happened in Portland and we were staying in WA. We called dealerships up in that area and no one could get the parts we needed quickly, because of the part shortage. I called Albany and Jeff and the parts department went above and beyond to get us the parts we needed quickly.This would be a five star review except weβve had several issues with one of the service advisors. Truthfully, if it wasnβt for Jeffβs assistance (several times) we wouldnβt be back. The service department should be customer friendly and helpful, instead of unaccommodating and flippant.The parts department and mechanics/shop has been great too. Thanks for all your help with our mirror. Itβs so appreciated.
Was looking for a new Dodge Durango. Went to the dealer I bought my last NEW car from. Not only did they not offer anything near what my trade in (high value used car right now), they got indignant when I challenged their offer. So, since they didnt respect me, I looked elsewhere.I ended up on the phone with Ben at Albany about one he was just getting delivered. He was polite, respectful, kind and fun. So I drove the hour to look at it. No high pressure, remained respectful of me, and the dealer offered the correct value for my trade in ($2,500 more than the dealer in Eugene).Absolutely everyone there was kind, willing to help, respectful and did the right thing to gain a new repeat customer.This is my new dealer!
Just bought a dodge challenger there yesterday! Worked with the salesman Jariah and had an above par experience. First time buying a car from a car dealership as I always worked with private sellers, but was honestly surprised with the service! People werenβt pushy, but willing to understand how I was feeling and what I was looking for. Jariah even turned on the NBA finals while waiting for my paperwork! Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to buy a car! Avoid the name brand places! (Fingers crossed the car runs well over time!)
They did awesome at looking over all the things we wanted for our jeep. But dang, for that money, they didnt wash it, or vacuum (when other places do that)? We might just make the drive to Corvallis where they do the extra stuff. (Didnt even know it was extra!) Other than that, everything was great.*Edit! We didnt realize that the pandemic had affected the services. Thank you for this information! (It seems to affect different places differently). I really appreciate knowing this information now & will have my husband contact you guys to set something up when it is appropriate for you. I am not a serial car buyer but have had my fair share of poor experiences with buying a car. Grant was a dream to work with (lets be honest, they all were). They gave me a fair price on my trade in, did not pressure me into a purchase and were able to help me save money. I was actually able to purchase my new Hyundai on my time. I filled put the credit app, left and returned to sign when it was ready. Sharing my experience with friends and they are amazed at how easy and straightforward it all was. Completely happy with everything about this experience and will absolutely check them first for all future purchases. Highly recommend!

Mechanics arenβt trustworthy. Bought a vehicle and realized later it needed some work no problem I got good warranty with it. Took it to my mechanic and he found so many things wrong he said take it to the Jeep dealership ok did that. They threw out everything my mechanic said and did what they wanted still had to pay too much money somehow even with my warranty still not explained. Warranty has since run out and Iβve got a vehicle that could have been fixed with my warranty but didnβt because their mechanic said there was nothing wrong with it. Newsflash bad mechanic! I do have an oil problem. They lie, have lazy workers and still find a way to get more money from you. Donβt go there.
We are here from NH and barely limped into town with a transmission problem. They were able to get the truck in within a few days, they repaired a warranty item and off we went. Thank you so much.

Wonderful Experience buying my 2021 Ram! I canβt express how happy we were with the team at Albany CDJR. Ben, Brett, and Jon went above and beyond to help us get into the truck we wanted for the price we wanted to pay. Those guys were straightforward, understanding, and truly listened to what we needed and wanted from the deal. They worked hard to get my loan just right as we had a few hiccups with my trade in and my not great credit. We were treated with respect and dignity. Didnt really have an idea of exactly what I wanted, but when I started talking with Richard Thomas, he helped me figure it out! He asks questions and listens. My wife and I purchased a new Jeep Cherokee from ACDJR and are very pleased with the vehicle. Since this is very different from the last Cherokee we had (a 1980), we have needed help with the new controls in our 2020. The folks at ACDJR have been very patient and helpful in walking us through all the features this vehicle has.We have just had the first scheduled maintenance and it was very easy to make the reservation and make necessary changes to the reservation. The check-in service was great, even with our face masks in place I was made to feel acknowledged and comfortable.The work was done, completely, and efficiently.A little extra time was necessary to walk me through a couple of the features and they were glad to help me and didnt make me feel like an idiot because I didnt know how to do it.I can whole-heartedly recommend ACDJR for your business, they are fair, honest, and will go the extra step to help you.

Bought my car on 15th Jan 2020, its been almost a year and I love the car, the drive and the places it has taken me. Had no major problems, with regular maintenance, still going strong.Sales team was very helpful, special mention to Trey Wood, a professionally enthusiastic young guy who drove all the way from albany to hillsboro to pick me up and give me a test drive, he showed me what to look for when buying a new car and I wish him all the very best. Kris and Brett were very cooperative, stayed after closing hours to complete the paper work and helped me process the documentation with my Bank. Communication was easy, they responded quickly to emails and phone calls.***One recommendation I would like to make is to update the software to latest on the cars you are selling. Android auto is supposed to work on my Impala 2016, that was one of key selling point for me but Chevy released an update months after car was released and that update never made it to my car. Disappointed that I cannot use android auto unless I pay another 125$ at the dealership near me.Thank you Albany CDJR, Ill hopefully be back for my next car purchase.

We are traveling from Michigan and needed an oil change. The service department is top rated. Leah is an excellent first impression for a business.We found the dealership as a whole as clean, friendly, and professional.
I scheduled my Jeep for a Saturday appointment to get the rear window defroster repaired, and as an after thought I figured while it was there Id get the oil changed since it was only 400 miles till it was due.The window repair is a warranty covered item, the Jeep only has 10k miles and this cable disconnecting from the rear window is a known issue. I was told they were going use some sort of adhesive to connect the cable back to the window. That sounded great to me and I left the vehicle.About an hour later they called back and said the vehicle was done and ready for pickup. I asked if the defroster had been repaired the guy said oh I thought you were just here for an oil change. So after a little back and forth he agreed to fix the window and call me back when it was done. He called back shortly after that and said it had been repaired and we could come pick up the Jeep.We get there and everything is going normal until when were at the cashier hes trying to charge me for repairing the window! Im not sure why he was trying to charge us for the window but he asked if we would pay for it. I said no this is covered under warranty, and so we were then only charged for the oil change, which should have been free too because its my understanding under the Jeep Wave program your first 2 oil changes are free. They also didnt put a new oil change reminder decal inside on the windshield this time for whatever reason.Overall not a terrible experience but bad enough that Ill probably just use Wilson Motors from now on.
They got my Ram in very quickly to get some warranty work performed, and called me 5hrs earlier than expected letting me know that it was all fixed and ready to go. And they went ahead and took care of a few small recall issues while it was there. Im very satisfied with the service and I will continue to have both my Ram trucks serviced here. They earned my business.

Received horrible service from the Service Center. You would think this day in age repair shops would not try to take advantage of woman, but not this shop. My car was having some serious issues, I took it in on good faith they would properly diagnose the problem. All they did was see that I was overdue for an oil change (my car takes synthetic oil, so it can go more than 3,000 miles between oil changes) and changed my oil. Kevin the mechanic said they tested my car and it was good to go. Kevin also stated that my car was a quart low and this was the reasoning for the malfunction. Not the case, it was still stalling and sputtering just the same. I called back to ask what they would do to help me as I need my car. I was told I would have to wait until Kevin was back in the office to rectify the situation. I ended up taking my car to an independent shop who diagnosed the issue was a bad coil and spark plug. Theres a huge difference between a car needing an oil change and a new coil. Next time, just because a woman brings a car in with issues, dont look for the easy fix. Spend the time to diagnose it and fix it right. I will never come back to this repair shop.

They changed it for me at the Albany Dodge dealership and last night it went out again. I had to send in an invoice showing I purchased the part last year from another Dodge dealership and the next call I got was Kevin calling me to tell me my van was ready to go. Kevin, sorry I cried to you on the phone but you brought out the happy tears for sure! I am a single mom of 2 boys and commute to Salem for work and for so many reasons its crucial to be up and running. They did it for me this time. To whom it may concern:Two years ago I came to your dealership to purchase a Ram 1500. My experiences was horrible! So I went to Eugene to Lithia Doge and it wasnt perfect but I did get the exact same truck for $6,500 cheaper with $2,500 more for my trade. It is sad to have to go out of town for a good deal, and to be treated with respect.Today I was in the market for another new vehicle. Understanding your dealership was under new management, and since you are local I again came to you first!Our salesman was very good and enjoyable. Then the price negotiations began. The back and fourth rhetoric was as usual, but, we could not come to an agreement on payment.So we left. Not to bad so far.Then I got a call from Chris, a manger I was told trying to come to a closer agreement. Again not to my satisfaction, so I declined.Not bad still pleasant.Then our original salesman called back. Trying to save a sale, he offered another vehicle. Then offered to go over the last deal Chris had offered. In trying to lower the monthly payment they extended the term of the loan, but insulting my intelligence they raised the price being financed by $1000. When I brought this to his attention, and that the car was being advertised for $6,000 cheaper online on your web page he began to get belligerent and insulting!! I was so close to saying yes and buying the car, then he became rude and disrespectful!I do not believe the current management is any better than the Mark Thomas management from two years ago.The feeling of a smarmy fast talking salesman is all I got from my experience todayA satisfied customer tells 2 to 3 people and an unsatisfied customer tells 10 to 20 and with social media these days those numbers can be multiplied by the thousands!Sincerely an offended and insulted an unhappy customer?

The experience I had at Albany CDJR was great! If youre looking for a car, I recommend DJ. He was transparent, straightforward, and wasnt pushy. Unlike my last two car buying experiences, there was no trickery because of my gender. (While yes, this is the 21st century and women are just as capable as men, car buying seems to be a mans game. At least in my experience.) DJ was completely honest and went out of his way to help me out when I had to drop off our one car to my husband for work and take my kiddos to their auntie so I could finish the process (it was a Friday afternoon). Our last 4 cars came from another popular dealer but Ill probably look DJ up next time we need one.

Bought an almost brand new Jeep Cherokee (less than 6k miles) and have taken it back to them twice for issues within 4 months and less than 2k miles. The most recent was for a front tire where the belt inside the tire had separated and the tire needed to be replaced. I had a different tire shop look at it and they warned that it should be replaced as the separated belt could cause the tire to blow unexpectedly. The dealership said there was nothing they could do about it because they werent the ones that put that set of tires on, they offered no assistance. Their service is lackluster at best. I will not be taking my business there in the future and will look for a different Jeep dealership to work with for any future issues.
I normally dont like going to big car lots to have anything done on my car. Id been having trouble with my air conditioning, just in time for summer. I called and was directed to the service center where I spoke with Steven. He advised air conditioning service and got me a deal on it so I agreed and dropped my car off. Still wary, I waited for the inevitable we found more things wrong phone call. Steven did call, and let me know they had finished the a.c. service and I could come get my car, not even 2 hours later! I thought it would take longer because he mentioned theyve been fairly busy this summer. No extra random charges, I paid exactly what I was quoted. Refreshing! Now I wont die on my long commutes to work, the a.c. is working like the day I got the car!! Thanks Steven! Excellent customer service, really went above and beyond! I will be coming back for more work.

I came in looking for a used car in good condition and the service was wonderful and they got me a great deal on my new car. I had been to 5 other car dealerships before going there and they have the best service out of them all, I would recommend them to everyone.
We took our van into the service department for a check engine light, and after three days and a diagnostic test we found out it was going to cost $3500 to fix after being told it was only going to cost $900. Our van kept getting pushed aside for bigger jobs. After all that, they charged us $455.00 for the work even though they left us with no car for three days and we had interest in purchasing a new vehicle. Since new management we have noticed them up selling a lot more.When we told them we were interested in purchasing a new vehicle they offered a trade in for $2000 and told us we were lucky they were offering that much with the work that needed to be done on the trade in.We ended up making a purchase at Power Honda, and we are very satisfied. Its too bad that $455 and poor customer service made them miss out on a new vehicle sale.Although we have historically been a Dodge family, we can almost guarantee we wont be purchasing a truck from this dealership when it comes time for us to upgrade our truck.
The sales manager changed the price at the last minute and ruined the deal after agreeing to a price. The sales manager was very unprofessional. I ended up getting a better deal somewhere else. The folks in Albany are untrustworthy. I do not recommend working with them.

Horrible service and terrible sales people. They didnt let us look at the cars we wanted to, only the ones they wanted to push. Once we decided on a car, they made us wait for hours before doing the paper work. Then it took them 3 months to get us the plates after saying it would be only a week.The car they did sell us ended up having broken AC that they failed to mention. In fact, when we test drove it the sales person, Mike, rolled the windows down to get fresh air into the cabin so it would seem the AC did worked. When we finally got it home and saw it in better light, it turned out to be covered in sticky dried beer in the compartment with the spare tire.There are better places for cars. Dont waste your time here.
UPDATE: Got my Truck back again! Same Issues :-( so I was Offered a Very nice What I believe to more then Equivalent 2011 SLT Diesel 2500....It Seems to be an Amazing Truck! Thank you Again Jake,Grant Pierce,Chris anyone Involved in this deal that went Above and Beyond to Make me Happy!!*Iam Going to say what I feel and Hope it Does not come back and Hurt me in the End. While Im not happy at All with my Purchase from Albany CDJR (2013 Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn) Custom built for Somebody and now me!! Only bummer is I Paid Cash for the Truck. With a Service Contract. I know you Guys know this was not a small Purchase. I bought the Truck at the End of November. 30 min after Leaving the lot. Airbag Suspension Failure :-( Sales and Service were Awesome. Got me a loaner Truck got me back on the Road. The had my Truck over a month and then I got it back. 2 days later same problem. Back in the Shop. For over a month again. Got it back 2 days same thing its been there about a month again still waiting :-(I madethis purchase and have maybe got to put 100 miles on it. Its a bummer and I really hope it gets fixed. Absolute worst nightmare Iβve ever had with a dealership.Iβm honestly at a loss on how to write this review. Our experience was really positive at first which is why I wrote a very nice 5 star review. However, almost two months later I get a collections call. They failed to follow up on a complicated lease trade in and never paid off the lease. When I called they acted like it wasnβt a big deal that my credit was about to be hit, which then Iβd have to take time dispute. Iβm a pretty easy going guy and a believable sorry goes a long way. I didnβt get that. Instead I got lack of communication and a manager who disrespected my wife. Stay far and clear from this place - youβll get a better deal someplace else.

Worst service I have ever received. Jeremy is a piece of work. There was a recurring issue with my car and he returned it back to me twice to tell me there wasnβt an issue and that they didnβt know what I was talking about. Took it to the Salem dealership and they knew exactly what was wrong, took it in and solved the problem within the week. Also had a loose bolt on my brakes that leaked brake fluid. Asked Albany to fix it twice. They said they did, that they replaced the bolt. Took it into the Salem dealership and the bolt had never been replaced, and my back brake continued to leak oil because of Albanyβs negligence. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend going there to anyone.
