Still waiting for just an oil change. Its only been 2 hrs...I was flattered by an offer to purchase it. Its a Toyota so Ill stick with the Dealers, otherwise I would learn to change my own oil. Reasons why not 5 stars.

This group is unlike most Toyota dealerships. Very sloppy. Went to get a window fixed and door wasn’t put back on properly...Additionally, always leave with a feeling that this group tries to get you to spend additional dollars on service you likely do not need or could wait for. Example, break pads had ~50% of their life remaining and it was recommended that I replace my break pads. Cars do not need to replace break pads until they have ~25% remaining.

Visiting Albany for the day and needed an oil change ...and maybe talk a trade in of my 2008 Sequoia... waited in the service line for ten minutes .. three guys just walk right past me ..: no “no good morning sir be right with you...” etc...then they go to the car behind me and write them up for service ... finally just backed up and left... in a nutshell ... service today sucked... will go back to Toyota of Newnan... they do it right. ..and at least say good morning ....

My issue is the Prices. Came in for a quote on swapping out all four belt moldings on the windows. $215 for parts, reasonable. Labor would have been $250 for a 30 minute job. I literally did it in my back yard in thirty minutes. Got a quote for replacing a single TPMS sensor and it wasnt any better. Had it done by a local shop for over a $100 cheaper and didnt have to leave the car. Again my issue is with the crazy pricing.

Best service ever

Hutchinson Toyota has a friendly service team and Ive been dealing with them for several years. In my opinion, this is by far their friendliest team. Ive been a loyal customer, since they were Fairway Toyota, Toyota of Albany and now Hutchinson Toyota and Ive seen ownership, management and staff change multiple times. Ive had both good and bad experiences throughout the years and most recently it was good. I just believe if Im spending $900 plus dollars to replace tires and an alignment during one service they should have more customer saving and benefits, besides the buy 3 get one free tire promotion because thats a lot of money to spend at one time on vehicle repairs. I have loyalty rewards, but they dont seem to be available, when I truly need them. Overall, I had a good experience and will return to Hutchinson Toyota. I do recommend them learning repeat patrons name who visit regularly to PERSONALIZE THEIR VISIT and possibly send thank you cards for serving their vehicle with them. I gave 4 stars because theres always room for improvements with customer service and the service departments hospitality.
