Reading reviews about this place sounds like a lot of Karens complaining about their experience.. I took my car here for the first time it had an oil change since I bought it. (two years ago), and it was overdue for one! The service was really good, they treated me really well, and they helped me be aware of some issues that my car had, but I was aware of them anyway! Just glad they help out as much as they could! Times during this pandemic are hard for everyone so dont expect people to have the same expectations as you!
I take three of my black cars through the car wash and also my brand new 2021 vehicle which is also black and never damaged anything. Always looks good.

Took my brand new 2020 car through their car wash and it’s all scratched up now. The owner said that it’s normal with car washes and that it’s better to hand wash them. At least he was honest, but I wish they would post a sign on their building that said that. I would have never came here if I saw their reviews first because they really are awful. Take your business anywhere else but here.
With a mask order in place the car wash attendant did not have a mask on and came right up to us and talked in our face. When I asked where his mask was he ignored me. I called the Lube Express which owns the car wash and the could care less. I will not return there.
First and last time I will ever take my car to this place. I was pulling my car in to see if anyone was working because no one was around. Got yelled at by an extremely unprofessional tech who said he didnt care, because my car would go into the hole of the oil change and take up a bay. I said no one was around I was looking to see if anyone was working. I had no idea they ran the car wash as well. Apparently it takes three of them to run the car wash and leave their oil change drive thru completely unattended. I apologized two different times and he was still rude. I was in tears by the time I left. Two of the other techs could see me crying and knew that I was visibly shaken by his rudeness. Never in my life have I ever received such poor customer service. Their ad states that there oil change was 28.99 and I was charged 68.99, was never given any information about the type of oil they used, etc. Worst experience ever.
This guy is a bit too rude. Nice wash but rude. I made a small mistake and he was rude about it so I will find another place for car washes.
For an oil change they were unable to take off oil filter which another mechanic removed without problems - for an additional charge of course. They changed oil but didnt reset maintenance light - okay, I can do it. Oil change reminding sticker is convenient except that for some reason it suggests to change oil in 3k miles or 4 months while official guide is 5k or 6 months. $25 oil change looks awesome on a sign until you read all the fine print.Disappointed. Back to DIY fluid changes.

Went in to have a belt changed as recommended by another shop. Kyle quickly checked & saw belt didnt appear worn or frayed & offered to tighten it as it was a bit loose. I drove off 5 minutes later with a remarkably better driving car & all my money still in my pocket. 👏👍🙌
The guy was SO rude. Made my boyfriend and I leave after we didn’t want to pay for a punch card. Didn’t even give us a chance to get a different car wash. Before we could say anything he said okay you need to back out and leave. I will NEVER go back, even if someone else is working.
Worker guide me in on top of rails ( he can see my tires I can’t ) broke off hubcap which sucks but they were complete jerks I had to get out to get broken gun cap never ask them to pay or anything but they all just blamed me right away.. staff are worthless did not get my car washed and will never go back will post photos if it will let me !!
I visited this business for the first time recently to have the oil changed on my new car. At the time, the car only had 1000 miles. I have always changed the oil at between 500-1500 miles on any new car Ive purchased. New engines sometimes have very small bits of metal (from manufacturing) inside, and changing the oil early is a good preventative measure.The guy servicing my car, however, thought my thinking was silly, and made no bones about telling me so. I actually had to argue with him to convince him to change my oil. Not a fun or pleasant experience. I wont be back.
I work here and send friends and family to get their cars serviced. Friendly staff and a very resourceful crew!
Brain-Dead sent me though with no water coming out so the brushes were scrubbing a dry car. Then offered me to go though again, I said only if the water was coming out properly. Went though again this time the rinse water was not coming out. Dried my car with a soap residue. Complained to Owner, he said it was fine and refused to look at my car and see the dry soap. So called me a liar and would not look at the car. Then told me to leave or he would call the cops.LOL.
This place RUINED my New Black Car!!!!! I went back 2 times to discuss this with owner....(scratches ALL over my car!) Mr. Moore was very rude with me and finally told me I was 86 from his business again. The manager who had at least tried to scrub the scratches off my car when it first happened left it worse..plus he left a soapy film all over it. My car looked HORRIBLE when I left. PLEASE dont go here YOU WILL BE VERY VERY SORRY!!!!!
So we had been going here for years. Had some minor problems in the past but generally liked it here. My husband took our 07 Toyota Camry in for its oil change. Never had any problems with our car before. Best car I had ever had.Well apparently they forgot to put the plug back in to stop the oil from leaking out. So for 2 weeks oil had been leaking out of the car. No lights came on to warn us. No signs anything was wrong. The other night the oil light came on as my husband was almost to work. He thought Im almost to work then Ill check and see whats up. Before he made it the engine seized up and the car completely shut down. Thats when he realized their was no oil in the car or plug.Someone from havoline came out the next day. Admitted it was their fault and that the engine was shot. They towed it to havoline where their insurance got involved. They had told us they would replace the engine. Insurance though claimed that because my husband drove 6/10s of a mile he was 20% at fault. And they would only cover 80%. We shouldnt have to pay anything for something that havoline did. To top it off our car was almost paid off. Will never be back. And will warn others not to go as well.

I hadnt been to this part of town for awhile but I remembered that I had to pay the dealer $120 more to reflush my radiator after these, untrained and/or stoned monkeys, put transmission fluid in my radiator instead of radiator fluid. I was too livid to confront them and today I hope you read this before going.
Went in for a standard oil change and with four cars ahead of me,I was greeted by their Tech. I was told my fluid in my rear Differential was bad and I was told how much it would be and I figured I would get a second opinion and so I went to the Ford dealership and found their Tech was rite but the dealership wanted almost tripple for the same service. I decided to go back to Havoline after paying Ford to tell me what the Havoline Tech had told me for free! it was time to get it done! Thank you Havoline for your knowledge and fantastic services you provided me! I will continue to go back hopeful the curtisy will continue! And thank you for giving me a free carwash when they were done and upgrading me to their Extreme carwash with the wax! And to my surprise they wash your car by hand before you go through the car wash weared!!!

Had transmission flushed and apparently still had water in transmission after as it broke down due to the moisture still inside that damaged the transmission
Bait & Switch Car Wash prices and a rude Neanderthal manager. They wont be getting any of my money again.
Customer service is pretty bad!Apparently yelling at customers with their kids in the car is an okay method of business!Then when approaching the manager, the shrug it off as if it was a nuisance.
