Never have any problems with Denooyer! Went in for recall work on my 2021 Trailblazer.

I took my 2013 Chevy Sonic in for a check engine light diagnosis and repair. $1,900.00 later the check engine light is still on, the car is still not inspected and they want $1,233.00 more for another repair.

Service was excellent. Cost hurt a little bit but at least I know it was done right! They arranged for me to go home & come back from Lyft which was also excellent! The only thing I wish they took out their mat but not a problem. I would definitely come back!

I cant begin to list the number of ways that denooyer service has just been an absolute nightmare to work with. This last interaction wasnt the biggest problem, but it was the last straw. In December, I had an issue with my drivers side windshield wiper that I brought to them to repair. Well, they fixed it, it worked for just about a month and a half, but then, it decided to randomly die again during a snow storm halfway through the drive home from the hospital with my newborn baby. Not a great time for the repair to give out. So I call them and tell them that their repair failed after a month and a half, and they told me theyd have to change me for a whole new diagnostic and repair because they only cover their work for a month IF they happen to decide its covered. Needless to say, Im not working with them again. My local shop just said theyd take a look at it today amd Im certain theyll not only repair it correctly, but theyll cover it for free if their work isnt up to par.Stay away from this dangerous money pit of a shop.

Brought company car in for check eng, told service what code was. Was told if code not active couldnt fix. I said it still has pending code. Anyway went to pick up car but my company had already picked up. Cashier acted annoyed and basically said that cars not here go ask service writter. Writter said knows nothing about car even though he called me and said was done. Left went back to company and car was their. Before this experience i was interested in trading my own personal vehicle in at denooyer but after this experience will go somewhere else. Never been talked down too by customer service before but glad it happened before i bought something new.

Took our vehicle to DeNooyer Chevrolet on 127 Wolf Rd for body repairs to be done on March 29, 2016 with a quoted 3 to 4 day turn around only had them call me on March 31, 2016 before they had done anything to tell me they were closing out the repairs as done to meet the end of the month quota and to ignored all texts from their company to confirm that the work was done correctly but not to worry they would back up their repairs.I said absolutely not if the cars not fixed DO NOT CLOSE OUT THE REPAIR ORDER. We finally had our car returned to us after 10 days on April 8, 2016 from DeNooyer Chevrolet Body Shop with body damage unrepaired and buff marks and scratches all over place and bare metal around the hatch door that was supposedly replacing that was sanded to the metal and left unpainted with no clear coat applied, painted over scratchs and dents and left buff marks all over and paint over spray on the rear windows. The back hatch door has a huge dent in it they didnt repair correctly and the door itself pops open when unlatched.There is a stud broke and left missing from the back of the bumper.We do not trust them to try to repair our vehicle again because of their dishonesty and incompantance shown and asked for a full refund which theve refused. They should be paying us for all they put us through and we will be seeing them in court for damages.Buyer Beware.
