We used Tuff Trucking recently to upgrade tires and wheels and liftkit on wifes Jeep. I feel like these people care about doing things right. Excellent service after the sale. Had an appointment at 1pm to get some ranch hand grille guard bracket changed out(rusty). They didnt even touch my truck until 230 after I had to keep asking what the deal was. After they finished with my truck, I inspected it and the grille guard was was all scratched up from the removal and reassembly. When I pointed it out to the employee, he pulled the truck back to the shop, sprayed it with some spray paint and called it fixed. He said its the same paint they used to paint the grille guard. Thats impossible since the grille guard is powder coated and not painted. The paint sheen didnt even match. Its obvious where the touch up was made.He showed no desire to make it right. I wasnt the only one having problems that day. Another guy was in there, had an appointment at 1030 and I left at 330 and he was still there. He was told over the phone what he was getting done would take 2 hours max. I guess not keeping appointments are a common thing here. I would never recommend this shop for any reason.

When I started price checking over the phone on a rugged bed cover for my new to me Toyota Tacoma, Ross at Tuff Trucking took up the time with me and and answered all my questions, which is more than I can say for another place I called. I went by Tuff Trucking this morning, and since I was from out of town, and even though they were short handed too, they still worked me in and got it installed professionally .Very friendly and great customer service.

Great place to deal with. Very good prices. Couldn`t find anyone locally or on the net that could bet their prices. I`ve bought 2 lifts, 2 sets of fuel wheels, ranch hand, and a tool box from them. No problems period. I installed all my on stuff so can`t speak to there work.

I took my truck to get a 6 inch lift. Truck left with the rear axel leaf springs wiyh out casters and u bolts. Drove it home the next morning the rear axel started to walk on me so i took it back. The guy at the front matt seemed to not even care that my axel was indanger of coming off. Along with there terrible alignment pulling hard to the right. I was told the alignment was in spec by the manager when clearly it was not. Was told id be called back not intill i called and asked for the owner did they start to make sure my truck was fixed properly. End result is my rear axel is back the way it should of been and my truck drives straight. The owner is a great guy even personly delivered my truck to me. Id recommend them but double check there work. Your life may depend on it

I had an appointment 3 months ago at Tuff Truckin to get a fifth wheel hitch, frame hardware and a spray in bed liner done. I dropped my truck off and was given a ride by their shuttle driver back to my office. My truck was completed before the time originally given and the shuttle service was able to pick me up again. Once back at the shop a technician went over all the work that was competed to make sure everything was done correctly. Could not be happier with the entire experience. I am heading back this week to get tires, level, brush guard, lights, and window tint done. I wouldnt take my truck anywhere else to get this amount of work done.

Had a horrible experience at tuff truckin in Albany GA a few days ago they are the worst in customer service!! We had an appointment to put on steps for a brand new 2016 Toyota Tacoma when we set up the appointment told them on the phone we live and hour away they said thats fine and scheduled an appointment for 1:30 we get down a little before then my wife & I bought a $300 yeti cooler while we were waiting for them to get to the truck now we both wish we did not buy it from them well to make a long story short we waited 3 hours just for them to get to the truck!!!my wife asked one of the workers when are they going to get to our truck he got very rude with her for no reason!! Well they finally got finished after 4 hours!!!then the man that put on the steps starts saying the transmission is bad in our brand new truck!! Which we have had no problems with this is the worst place we ever been to and would not recommend this shop to anyone!! Wish we didnt give them our hard earned money because they do not deserve to stay in business if this is how they treat paying customers!!!

If could give 0 stars I would...they sold me spacers for a 3500 truck of mine to get back tires off my airbags..it was EXPLAINED the purpose of my truck..well after putting spacers on loading my trailer 200 miles into trip spacer cracked well with weight of load as tires flexed from broken spacer it burnt up my wheel bearings in rear end.. Beings we didnt KNOW spacer was broke truck was drove until it literally melt my axle housing.. After 3 weeks down time losing money in my small business they say they arent liable for KNOWINGLY SELLING ME SPACERS NOT RATED FOR A LOAD...Im out of 3k dollars bc of this companies illiterate knowledge of the crap they sell...STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS THEY ARE NOT HONARABLE...

This shop is the worst in customer service!! My daughter & son in law & I had an appointment to put steps on our 2016 brand new Toyota Tacoma it to them 3 hours to get to our truck when my daughter asked when they were going to get to the truck because we live out of town the worker dont know if he is a manager or not glgot an attitude & very nasty with her which was uncalled for!! After 4 hours waiting for them to get done the employee that put the steps on our truck said the transmission was bad and the gears would not shift we have been driving this brand new truck for over a week now with no problems but just to be on the save side took it back to the dealership where we bought it just to check it out they said there is absolutely nothing wrong with the transmission!! & wanted to know who said there was we told them a employee that put the steps on at tuff truckin in albany,Ga!! this man needs to stick on putting side steps on and leave transmission work to a real mechanic!! They didnt just loose one consumer they lost my entire families business by how they treated us!! I would never recommend this truck shop to anyone!!

This is the worst place I have ever been too!! Just bought a brand new 2016Toyota Tacoma truck we ordered some side steps for it at tuff truckin in albany,Ga & made an appointment for them to put them on to themy on the phone when we scheduled the appointment we live out of town just to make sure they could do it when we got down they said no problem so we get down there our truck sat in there parking lot for 3 hours before they took it back to start on the steps I ask one of the workers how long it was going to be because we have already been waiting 3 hours he snap & got very rude with me told me he doesnt control when they take it back there to work on vehicles it is the way he talked to me that I didnt like yes I am a smaller type woman & those man was big tall and made me feel like I was getting bullied by him well went back in there very small waiting room waited another hour for them to get done with the side steps it took them a total of 4 hours to finally get done with my truck wait not done yet when the man that puts on the side steps brings the truck back around he starts saying is this a brand new truck I responded back yes then this man starts telling us the transmission is bad in it and wont change gears at first my husband thinks he is joking then the man kept saying to him we just drove this truck to Valdosta back to cloumbus where we bought it and down here to Albany with no problems with nothing wrong the truck!! I am not a mechanic but the way they man said the truck was jumping think we would been able to tell if the transmission was bad We left Albany & drove the truck back home all the way to Buena vista Ga with absolutely no problems with the transmission or anything else on the truck he is not a certified mechanic or transmission expert all he is a man to put side steps on trucks & installed toolboxes he has no right saying that someone vehicles is tore up when all he did was drive it from their parking lot to the back of their building!! We also bought a $300 yeti cooler from them when we first got there but wish we did not give them our business at all!! The only reason we went there because my dad has done business with them several times before and never had trouble with them but we will never do business with tuff truckin in albany,Ga ever again!! This is sure not how you treat customers that are spending their hard earned money!!! Would not recommend my worst enemy to this place!!!

I have had two seperate apointments at this place both times the apointment was at 1:30 pm the first time they finaly got to my truck it was 7:30 before they put on my brushgaurd . Then today i had a 1:30 appointment they never did my truck i stayed until 6:57 pm once again missed my doctors appointment . They hadnt even touched my truck . The had been trying to put auto steps on a guys truck sinced they opened the man had been here all day . They were to incompetent to figure put how to wire his truck they Have never heard of youtube to look up the write wires . So i spent my entire day off wasted . Who ever owns tuff trucking please fire those incompetent idiots i would like to get the owners number for a formal complaint this was the worst service i ever had
