First time here for service with my gladiator. Just needed an oil change. Called for an appointment and they said it wasnt needed just to drive in. I did. Oil change done in about 40 minutes even after estimated to take about an hour. Quick, polite, and efficient. It was perfect. Now I can call and cancel my appointment from another dealership for next week.
This place is a joke. Their internet sales department leaves a lot to be desired. You ask for a simple trade-in quote on your current vehicle being youre interested in a new vehicle on their lot and all you get are stupid questions not in relation to your request. It got so frustrating that I went to a different dealership.
Great place lovely staff. I would like to give hands up to Tom and nick in repair for their kind hearts and lovely customer service. The service department does lovely work. Inbuy all my cars there and there sales dept is great as well. There new building is lovely, but getting in off central ave is a bit touch from the left dirrection, qas easier on colvin, but no matter what I will always go there. The building has love when you walk in the door and the staff are like family. Great job to all witth hands up. Love ya all.

I made an appointment for a simple inspection. It took over 2 hours to get out of there. There was no issue with the car. People were in there waiting for hours for an oil change. Their Express service leaves a lot to be desired.
Always something with this place. They have finally got me to that place. I will not take my car back there. Was really interested in getting a Challenger but will not get it there. Will not get service there anymore either. Sad because I have had 3 Dodges and my wife has one. Smh

Took my compass to get the winter tires switched over to my all seasons. They were a bit more expensive than surrounding places and farther than my usual choice of Lia in Schenectady. After being told I could use a coupon for service found on their website when making the appointment, I was told I couldn’t use the coupon when I arrived for the appointment. Not a huge deal as it was only around $10, I just don’t enjoy being told one thing and then a quick turnaround when I arrive a week later at my appointment. The real reason for the star rating was the quality of service. When they gave the car back it had what appeared to be sealant on the rims from putting the tires on and the driver side front tire was not put on properly and was leaking air.I wanted to like the new service department as it is very nice and close to my home but I will be going back to where I usually go since they have always stuck by what they said, done the job perfectly, and returned the car in as clean (if not cleaner) condition as when I dropped it off.
Great place to have your Chrysler-Jeep Dodge-Ram Truck serviced. They really know what they are doing.

They are terrible!! Will not be going back😡 I bought a vehicle from them the sale was fine but it’s obviously a lemon because I have had to bring it in multiple times since December. There was a rattling noise on my car that turn out to just be hubcaps that were put on by the previous owner. I was charge for nothing and for my breaks to be checked which I knew they were fine they didn’t need to be checked they are scammers!!! Never again
So I had been doing a lot of research on buying a new truck and went to almost a dozen different dealers throughout the state. The armory was my last stop on a whim and I couldnt have been happier with how things went. Jason Bowen greeted me when I walked in, listened to what I wanted/needed, and not only found what I was looking for but got me the best price/deal that I had seen. I couldnt have asked for a better salesman. I highly recommend asking for Jason if your looking for a vehicle.

The best experience that I have ever had at a car dealership. Justin Brzyski was my salesman. He was polite, intelligent, professional and was very knowledgeable about the Gladiator. He made the purchase easy and stress free. On top of all of that, I walked away getting the truck my wife wanted at a very fair price. If the owner reads this, you want this young man as an employee. Good guy.I had an equally great experience with the Business Manager Preston Ritter. He had all my paperwork spot on and was very professional. He offered a protection product for my lease that was extremely beneficial and just made sense. Thanks Armory Jeep.
I purchased a 2014 Jeep Compass from the Armory back in mid/late-December. The sale itself went well enough, Tyrell was very friendly and helpful. That was the extent of my good experiences with this dealership. I had to return twice in the next month to sign paperwork that they failed to complete properly on day one.Worst of all, my car died twice last week before I was able to take it in for a checkup. I took it to the dealership that Saturday morning and, after almost 2.5 hours wait time, had the battery replaced (only one other customer in-house). I was charged for the battery and a diagnostics test. Originally this ran up to a total of $330 (pre-tax), I made a fuss and they “graciously” dropped the cost and I paid $291 (after tax).I have had this car less than 4 months and it dies on me? I was swindled into buying a maintenance package at the time of sale but apparently that doesn’t cover either the diagnostic test or battery-related issues. This is completely unacceptable and I will not be buying another car from this dealership.

We had an appointment scheduled in advance with Ray to test drive a vehicle (sounds like a real gem over the phone, insert sarcasm here), we drove over an hour to the dealer to find out Ray wasnt there and the car we were looking at was super sold. Zero communication on their part, wasted time for absolutely nothing. Stay away from this dealer.

My experience with this dealer could not have been better. I was dealing with Jerome Rucker when leasing a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. The process was stress free and could not have been dealt with more care than I was. Highly recommend going to see Jerome Rucker if you are in the market for a vehicle.
If I could give negative Stars I would give them a negative 10. Purchased a 2014 Jeep Summit from Armory in July of 17. Had issues with the ACC feature from the start. Dave said bring it and we will fix it. HE LIED AND LIES. 3 times back and fourth and they still didnt fix the issue, which could cause an accident. Dave lied and said the drove and tested fine. Another Lie, when I dropped the vwhicle off itvwas onE and jad no more miles on it when I picked it up. STAY CLEAR OF ARMORY!!!

This is my second Durango from Armory in the past 3 years (lease). From the minute you walk in the door the whole team is kind and courteous. I dealt with Jerome Rucker and GM Albie Russo for the second time. Once again without hesitation they listened to what I was looking for and went above and beyond to get my wife and I in another Durango on 1/14/2020. I already know where I will be heading 2.5 - 3 years from now when it’s time to get another vehicle. Can’t thank them enough for making what can be a stressful situation a good and inviting feeling. The same goes for one of the business managers named Joe (forgot last name) who helped to make sure we were good on the financial side. I would highly recommend making Armory Garage your first and only stop for a vehicle.

If I could give a negative star I would . The employees are so rude . GARY in parts and services was very rude and disrespectful. I just brought a car from them and it makes nosies. He rudely told me it’s normal and isn’t a issue. I wouldn’t suggest getting anything from this place !!!!
