I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I ordered a battery online and they offered free delivery. I received a confirmation email that the battery was out for delivery. Then, I get a cancellation. I called the store and asked what was up. After 10 minutes on hold, they get on the phone and said the driver said it was too far and brought it back. They said I could pick it up, and after some discussion, Singh agreed that he would give me a discount for a agreed amount. When I get there, he says he can discount it to the agreed amount, but it would be the exact price I paid online because the in store price is higher. He just said it was not their problem that it didnt get delivered.I cant believe that the store offers delivery, promises a delivery window but takes no responsibility for the item actually getting to you.Im not done with this. I am going to talk to the store manager and possibly the regional director.

The staff there went wayyy outhere way to help me Sara and Singh looked out appreciate them my battery was acting up thy let me use there tools scanner all tht thy great people 💪💪

Very friendly and helpful for me and my wife, its not a huge place but they have always had most of what I need or can def. Order with no problem and its just very convenient and community based for me as to where I live. Staff are very helpful !!! Good costumer service .

I went there to get my front and back brake pod and they fit perfectly.

They were a bit slow, and then when it came to cashing out the app I downloaded to shop and pay and pick up didnt work so I wasnt able to use coupons because they were one coupons only not impressed at all with the app very annoying was looking forward to quick easy pick up but app didnt work

Came for a battery testing. Waited 15 min, employees can’t find where the tester is! Go to a different location if possible.

Diana was so awesome helping me get the right brakes and rotors for my car in the Albany location. Had a great experience in the Troy location on Hoosick street as well. Everybody that works at Advanced Auto has been extremely helpful! 10/10 would highly recommend

Broke down on Mass 90 Lee rest area . Where only parts store / chain in a 100 miles that had part in stock . Had car towed there, where very knowledgeable and helpful ! Even to the point of helping me as I struggled with repairs. Had it not been for these men and women I would have spent the night in my car in parking lot. It was Sunday and not a lot of options. Anybody can stand behind a computer screen and pull up information. But to understand the information and go out of your way to help others is a true asset to your store and company !!!!! Returned a punch set that had a broken punch. Wanted to exchange but they had no stock. Was going to get a 14mm hex socket, but no stock on that either... Amazon gets todays business...

Always super helpful and knowledgeable. Usually have the parts I need. All the custom stuff is a little pricey compared to online but thats expected.

I went to have my battery replaced yesterday. The man who did it dropped a piece, what I’m assuming was the bolt that secures the battery, while taking out the old one. He looks for it for about 5 mins, gives up, and continues to replace it. He finishes after 30 mins, asks me if I’ve seen the missing piece anywhere which I didn’t as it wasn’t my job to keep him organized, then tells me “It’s a little loose, but you’ll be safe to drive.” He reassured me I’d be safe after I triple checked with him, so I trusted it. I turn on my car and we both feel my car shaking in idle like a chihuahua, which he also said was fine, and continued after I left. Fast forward to today as I’m driving in the fast lane on the busy highway and my battery completely disconnects. My car’s quickly slowing down, I’m unable to signal to pull over, and my brake lights are obviously not turning on. I’m nearly rear ended due to this and had to reconnect it on my own. I go to leave for work an hour later, and my car is now not turning on. I know it’s the battery, but I didn’t have time to reconnect it again, and I especially didn’t trust the new condition of my car, so I was late to work and had to take my partner’s car.

They need more people at the checkout. I think all of us spent way too long in line waiting for staff to move between the till and the pick-up counter.

The store told me they had a part in stock. Called and said they have it. Drove 45 minutes each way and just basically shrugged their shoulders and said they dont have it. Didnt even offer a discount or anything. Also already order the part online and was wrong.

They seem to have what I need for my vehicle. Any obscure items then can get for me pretty quickly. Staff Id always friendly and helpful. Check out systems are extremely slow and cumbersome to the employees, which in turn slows check out times down.

I tried to go to advanced Auto and get my headlight from them they werent letting me apply my promo code to the purchase so now Im just going to Walmart to get it for cheaper anyways. I tried to give them my business and they failed me.

Nice that will install things like the battery I bought. Advice - buy online for pickup at the store - there were discount offers for 15%, 20%, and 22% off, all on their website.

Very helpful employees and when you order online you get a discount and you can pick your parts or products up within 20 minutes

Friendly and quick service

Online it showed they had what I needed.... but when got there they could not find it. The staff were helpful and very apologetic. I like the company as a whole but would not go to this specific store again due to the area it is in.

Called for info on replacing side view mirror, and got excellent detailed info geared toward my needs, and he was very polite.

Same as most advanced autos. Unfortunately they guy that helped me here was not friendly at all so thats the cause for the low rating.

Both members of staff were extremly unfriendly and condescending. After calling out the (from what I can presume) manager of this establishmemt for being rude, he then apologized for my, perception of his rude tone. After purchasing my things and walking away from the register the employee helping me decided to cuss me and my family out under his breath. Over all, I would avoid this establishment like the plague and if I could give it a 0/5 I would.

Went there to buy some tail lights and hopefully have a little help installing them. Customer service was outstanding!
