This was not the first dealership I had went to when answering this. Everyone from the moment I pulled on the lot went above and beyond; from asking what I was looking for, to hearing and verifying current situation, down to working my payment plan better than I had expected! I will most certainly be back for my next purchase and have told everyone I come in contact with to go see yall!!!
I called on a Monday to schedule an oil change for Friday. Was given three different times to schedule so settled on 9 AM. I get here Friday to be told I’m not on schedule and that it would be a long wait. However, they got it done at a decent time this time
1. Had to wait for 1-1/2 months to even get my car scheduled for service.2. My appointment was for 10/26/21 at 11am, and I dropped my car off on time.3. I went and had lunch for about 2 hours, and returned thinking my car was already serviced. I was back around 1:45pm, so they could have at least given me some feedback, BUT...4. Waited until 4pm and was told that I needed to have my transmission flushed; okay no problem.5. They not only wasnt able to service my car after having me wait for nearly 2-1/2 hours after I returned from lunch, but told me they wouldnt be able to get me on the schedule for the repair service until November 20th or 27th around the holiday, and it would cost me $450+.6. Not only did I waste an entire day of loss work, but have to wait another month before I can get my car fixed.7. Sorry customer service to have someone wait all that time just to have to reschedule out another month. This is totally SORRY CUSTOMER SERVICE, and I once thought Prince Chevrolet had great service at one time; not anymore!!! Very dissatisfied, especially for the long wait and no resolution to my car problem. I live 36 - 40 miles outside of Albany and missed a whole day of work waiting when I could have been home at least by 2pm or 3pm to be back at work. This never happened before so Im not sure whats going on but its not good to have someone wait darn near all day to accomplish much of nothing.

This was my first time actually having someone help me out on a purchase. Ive come before, in years past, and no one would assist me, I would end up buying somewhere else. This time, I spoke to Wesley Keeffe, and we were only coming in to discuss future vehicles coming in. When we arrived, Wesley was waiting for us and he had all the information pulled up for future vehicles. At that same time - the truck pulled up with a new Yukon XL. We checked it out and ensured that it was open. Wesley got the paperwork underway and we waited. The trade value was good for my vehicle and they worked with us on the interest rate on the loan (it could have been better but its all gravy). Everyone was very friendly during our wait there with the paperwork. When we got to finalize everything - Mrs. Teri Underwood, took great care of us - she went through all the options for extended warranties and how it would affect us with our payment. It was a really great experience with everything and we look forward working with them in the future.

Grant met us out by the cars after about 10 minutes of looking, which is great because we were not pressured. He was very professional and nice. He let us go on a test drive of a 2021 GMC Acadia (which we ultimately bought). After the test drive he showed us a Chevy Traverse that had just been delivered to compare the two vehicles. We then went inside to start the paperwork. We brought our kids with us because to be honest we were just going to test drive but I fell in love with the Acadia and how it drove. Therefore my kids, 5 and 7, were very rambunctious. Grant was extremely patient and was never annoyed with the many questions my kids asked. To be honest, we went ahead with purchasing the car because of how patient and understanding he was with my kids.
Walked in the building and everything was very clean. I was greeted with a smile and the staff was nice. Tv area was nice and clean. My service was the right amount of time the staff told me. No complaints from me!
My 86 year old Mom’s caddie was taken here to get a new battery as her car battery was dead. We waited over 2 hours which was okay. What wasn’t okay was the fact that they told my mom it took so long because they couldn’t find where the battery was housed. (Really, a caddie dealership?!). After our invoice of over $200+ was paid we were on the road.UNFORTUNATELY, mom only drive her car one time and additionally started it one time in a 2 week time frame, and the battery was dead as a doornail again!I placed a call to the dealership and they told me it was my responsibility to get the car here as they would NOT get her car. We did get a tow from a reputable source. Our source and another car maven noted that the supposedly “new” battery was refurbished at best.After speaking to the dealership manager and service manager they both assured me that the battery in question was without a doubt new and i was wrong. I know my eyes dont deceive me! Photos are below. You decide.

The salesman Scott Romero was very friendly and knowledgeable. I told him up front what i could afford and he was able to make it happen. He was able to work with me to find the perfect vehicle to fit my needs, desires, and budget. The loan officer was also very friendly and did not load the contract with unnecessary items that would cause the payment to be higher than i needed. She went over each warranty and price and how it would affect my payment. I was able to make an informed decision that fit my budget. This was one of the more pleasant experiences I have had at a dealership.

I have brought the truck in for service and repair 4 times each time at oil change time. The computer said I had low air in one tire each time they said it was fixed after this time they said it would be about $165.00 for a new tire sensor. I feel like that that should have been a warranty because I tried to have it fixed 4 times. Also after being reset over 10 times the computer want let me talk on the truck system on my Apple phone so I dont try anymore.
My husband and I had been in the market for him a new truck for a couple of months and found the perfect one on the Prince website. I first contacted the dealership through the instant chat on their website and I got a response immediately. Brittany contacted me and before long Michael Moore contacted me to talk more about what I was looking for and such. We were able to handle everything over the phone which was the best part for me as it would be a couple of weeks before my husband could get to the dealership. I started this whole process on a Monday morning and by Tuesday afternoon we had signed the deal and were riding in our new GMC Sierra! Very polite representatives how ever some of Chevrolets policies are questionable. If something is broken in your shop it shouldnt be charged to the onwer of the vehicle in no form.
Never again. Easy car buying experience as usual (any dealership) when you have excellent credit. Please avoid Cleat McAlister, Finance Manager if possible. I asked for 2 specific finance companies and he did 3 hard credit inquiries on only 1 of the companies. Never again. Well take our business elsewhere.

I have a 2016 Malibu. Sales was excellent but their service has got to be the worst I have ever seen. I have been complaining of a popping noise since the car was 6 months old numerous times. I have the paper work of the multiple times I took it in for repair. The first time they claimed it was a broken passenger seat rail even though the noise was clearly coming from underneath the rear of the car. They put a new seat rail in it. It is the wrong part or they put it in backwards. The seat now will not go far enough forward and way to far backwards. So far back that a child would not have room to sit behind it. The car now only 34000 miles on it and I took it in for a routine service and again complained and showed the where the popping was coming from. I was once an ASE Master mechanic but I gave that up long ago when vehicles started becoming so computerized. The rear knuckles need to be replaced. They tighten two bolts on the knuckles and said it was fixed. They insisted I sign a diagnostic fee acceptance or they would not work on the car. I wrote on it but did not sign it. Charged me a LARGE diagnostic fee even though I had already told where and what the problem was. Still pops. I also told them that there was a one time occurrence of the front end of the car shaking and feeling like a tire was about to come off, ABS and Traction Control lights came on. I stopped to make sure one was not about to come off. The shaking continued for about ten miles. There is no mention of that on the service report for this trip which to me means it wasnt even checked. My first problem with Price was with a vehicle I no longer have where they wouldnt honor a special extended warranty item because I did not let them do the routine service on it. NEVER had a problem as long it was WALLACE but when they put on those Prince Automotive shirts they went straight to the dog house.

Jeff Jones is a great salesman. Michael Moore did our delivery and did an excellent job. Of course with any car deal I wanted more for mine and wanted to pay less for yours, but I understand the deal process since having worked in the dealership arena in the pass. I shopped for this type of vehicle for the pass two weeks at a multitude of dealership in the southeast and Jeff was the only one that would call me back and try to work the deal. When the young man finished with my car, I watched him take my paper work up and place on the middle desk. I waited almost a half hour and the the young lady decided to take her lunch break. I was still waiting. I asked about my ticket and the young man on the first desk helped me and he also apologized for her mistake. It was if I wasnt important.
Everything went Great with my 1st Vehicle 🚗 Service, since I purchased it back in September of 2019! My 1st Service was Free, I only got charged for a New 🔑 FOB. The Staff where friendly and amazing, nothing but great things to say about my experience at Prince Chevrolet Of Albany, GA! The person on the service desk has very poor customer relation skills, he is unfriendly and relays information in a manner that does not make you want to return.HORRIBLE Customer service in the Service Department. I dropped my truck on 8/25 and have only spoken with them when I called them for follow up because My Service Rep is out on an emergency since Wed. I understand things happen but I have been without my vehicle for this makes the 3rd day and I am still getting the run around. My warranty company cant do anything because as of 3p they have not received ANYTHING from them so I cant rent a car under my warranty. Now I am just trying to get my truck back and cant get a call back. HORRIBLE SERVICEOn Friday after writing review I spoke with the General Manager at Prince who was able to resolve my problem within 30 minutes of having spoken to him. Thanks Mr. Carver -Prince General Manager for all of your help

The service was awful. 2 hours for a oil change. Every time I try to talk to a manager both Service and General always to busy. Never returns phone calls. Employees are rude and nonchalant. And a member of the service department always seems to hang up the phone. Prince Of Albany need to treat all customers equally.
Didnt have what I was looking for. Didnt really have much vehicles in stock either. What they did have was very pricey for me. Tg has texted me off and on saying he is still looking for me a car.
Very unprofessional. The Salesperson proceeded to harass and insult me over text. I repeatedly asked him to stop but he continued. I reported the incident to the General manager and had no response. I reported the incident to the Better Business Bureau and the General Manager responded discussing the price they quoted me. He refused to even address or acknowledge the inappropriate behavior of his sales staff. Beware of dealing with this business. They are unprofessional and borderline criminal.

I was driving through the area on my way to Macon and my check engine light turned on and I wanted to make sure everything was fine so I stopped by the dealership. Austin greeted right away and was super nice. He told me there might be a little wait but I was okay with that because he offered me a cup of coffee while I waited. He ended up telling me it was a purge valve and had it replaced within 2:30 hours. I would definitely recommend going straight to Austin he was awesome!!

I purchased my 2020 Malibu on Mothers day weekend and this car has been in the shop on numerous occasions. The day that I purchased it the SD card was missing, so it was ordered and after a couple of weeks I didnt hear bk from the service department s I called and I was told to bring in the car because the SD card came in. The SD card was put in but not programmed. Also during this time the screen would change the radio station on its own. Mind you I have taken the Malibu in several times to fix this problem, and on my July 15th visit I was told that thay would have to keep my car for a day or two, so I asked for them to give me a courtesy car and I was told that they only had 3 and they couldnt give me one. I have been trying to get this car fixed and as of July 28th the screen is black and doesnt work at all. I cant use any features. I have talked with the gentleman named Nathan and also the service manager David and nothing is being done and my calls are being ignored. The services that I am receiving is unacceptable. I would like for someone to look into this matter, because I am paying on a car that has some issues that I am pretty sure that they we aware of. I thank you in advance.Bridget Momodu

Well, it started with my salesman back in August. He was excellent! He took great care of me and stood by everything that he said. Y MONDAY was a breeze as well. I had an appointment with the service department. They called me beforehand to confirm. And when I got there, I was checked in by this very nice young lady. It did nit take too long at all, maybe an hour and 15 minutes. I am definitely a Prince Chevrolet fan. I started out with Wallace Chevrolet for my very 1st car purchase on my own at 22. The service of Prince is the exact same as I received years ago. Ive bought 2 vehicles from Prince and cant wait to buy the 3rd.
Terrible eveytime I go there its a problem. I dont know the man name but he told me I could come at 1:00 today and they cant program my remote to my car I hate Prince Chevrolet of Albany. No stars well one because the man that sold the remote was nice.

TG sent a driver to Mount Vernon with my paperwork to secure the vehicle.Whenever it finally came in, he said it would be ready by the weekend and hopefully by Thursday. Instead, he called me that afternoon and said it was ready if I wanted to come on and get it!

My wife and I were interested in a Cadillac XT6. We went to sit in one and if she liked it we would test drive it. A friend told me to ask for David Pollock. He called David and told him that were on the way and what we were looking for. He met us at the car with the keys in hand. We introduced ourselves and got inside. I could tell she didnt like the Cadillac. We told him that there was no need in a test drive. He understood and we looked at a couple of trucks and a Tahoe. We both loved the Tahoe. David went to work for us. We didnt think financially that there was a chance. David never pushed us one way or another. He was in our corner, he never lied and he always followed through with what he told us. We made a friend when we met David Pollock and we will do business with him in the future!

Prince usually has been pretty good, however, recently (Oct/Nov 2020) I had difficulty with them responding regarding a service matter. I would call to speak with Ms. Becky Brock and when she would not be available, I would leave a message for her to call me back. When i finally was able to speak with her, she informed me that she never received my message. I have bought several vehicles from Prince in the last 3 years, however this has made me second guess on doing further business. If only the communication and response was timely I would feel much different.
Checked me in quickly. I showed up early and was out the door before my appointment. Completed my service quickly. Truck was ready to be picked up in 2 hrs. Good job.
Excellent service by your service reps, kept me informed. Becky Brock is one of my favorites. She is very customer oriented.Replacing of the controller for the drivers side window has two exceptions. 1). Tech did not put window in to window track, I discovered it after I left and went back and Becky had it taken care of 2) Drivers side door, where window is, rattles when door is being closed. Sounds like something loose inside door. Other doors are tight with no rattling sound
My experience with this dealership was very positive. Mr Pollock was very professional and helpful. Anna was so helpful with the long distance communication.The only negative was when I got home and discovered the one inch gash in the leather seat back on the drivers side. I think that they should have caught that and repaired it before vehicle delivery. An auto upholstery repair shop wants $200. to repair it. I guess thats on me. Otherwise 5 stars for Prince for sure.
I typically dont leave a review but today I feel inclined to. The lady in the maintenance department need a serious attitude adjustment. If you dont feel like working go home. If you cant properly explain to the customer what is going on have someone else do it. If I ask a question, I expect an answer. If your not clear what happen, say that. I will act and respond according to how you act and respond. Good day!

I went to Prince Chevrolet of Albany with rear suspension problems, after the technician checked my car out ( a total of 4 hours) he came back with a list of problems that would cost me $2400 and that I would have to pay for the parts up front. I was online on Prince Chevrolet website browsing and the chat feature opened asking if I needed any help. I began chatting with Meeka and then later Angela. I explained to Angela my price point of where i needed my payments to be, gas mileage requirement since I commute to work daily, etc. Angela sent me some options and asked if any of those interested me. I told her yes and then she sent my info over to a salesperson who reached out to me. I stopped by the next day and was immediately greeted by Mr. Jeff Jones. He walked me through the whole process of test driving, etc and within less than 24hours from my initial chat conversation online with Meeka on the Prince website, I was driving away in my new 2021 Chevrolet Trax! Thank you to Meeka, Angela, Brent, Mr. Jeff Jones and Mr. Cleat Harrison. I love my new little truck! I told my friends and coworkers to go to Prince if you want a great new vehicle and friendly service.

I took my 2017 Camaro into service to get a day time running light replaced and fix my radio so Apple CarPlay worked again. The experience was beyond horrible and a complete waste of time. I dropped my car off at 10:30 am and was told to pick my car up at 3:30 pm. When I got there, none of the issues on my car were resolved. The DRL were not replaced even though I had them ordered in the previous month. Their excuse was it was working earlier... come to find out they were looking at the wrong light even though I specified multiple times the issue. The Apple CarPlay did not work, their service tech came outside and argued and yelled at me telling he knew how to work it. After showing the tech on the Apple website what it looks like they then spent 30 minutes trying to troubleshoot it. Which required me to leave my car overnight.The reason they gave for the mess up is their guy has a hard time with his hearing and was not wearing his hearing-aid....After picking my car up from getting everything fixed finally I get my car back and the front end and passenger side of my car is misaligned. Instead of pulling the bumper off to do the job correctly they removed the wheel welll cover and changing the light. (Never go to a place that does shortcuts)After letting the GM of the dealership and Service manager know the issue, they thought it was odd that I took pictures of my car before bringing it in for repair. Thank God I did! Because you never know what can happen.The radio worked but that would have worked earlier if they would have followed the GM Bulletin I gave them in the morning.If you have a new car I beg you please do not bring your car in for service here. They will not do a good job and you might have the misfortune of having your car coming back the same way you brought it in. The techs may come outside and argue with you, they may blame delays on hearing loss, and/or have a General Manager ok shortcuts to fix problems instead of doing it the correct way the first time. Now my brand new car is ruined and of course they do no have a body shop to do repairs. This place is horrible and you would truly regret your decision to bring car in. The bad reviews you read are spot on.... I wish I would have listened.

I believe the service technicians made an honest mistake changing my oil. This was my first time at this dealership and because of how management failed to handle a small issue I will not be returning. First my appointment was at 9am and the departure time was closer to 11:30am. I have no clue why it took over 2 hours. Next, I originally paid for an oil change and a replacement for an air filter ($84) and now Im requesting a partial refund for the oil change ($40) and I cant get anyone to call me back. The oil was changed and the next night I had no oil in my car. I called to ask if a tech could take a look and was told to go back to the dealership I purchased it or pay $100+ to have it diagnosed by Chevrolet. I had to pay another mechanic at a separate service department $234 to repair it. I was told the oil cap was stripped. It seemed to be to be a simple fix especially when Chevrolet was telling me I could potentially have a hole in my oil pan and it was approximately $600 to fix. Since I cant get anyone to refund the $40 for my oil change then I have filed a claim in small claims court to get back the additional money I spent because of their error. Im disappointed with how I was completely neglected.

My truck was at your shop from 11AM until I was called around 4:30PM and was told that the machine needed to complete my service was not working that day and someone would call me back when it was fixed. MY TRUCK WAS AT YOUR SHOP ALL DAY AND NOTHING WAS DONE!!! It is now 1-4-21 and I have not received a call back to schedule another day to complete my service.

Our vehicle needed the airbag recall fixed which was done. Although we have another problem with the left front brake caliber sticking & we did tell them about it but they said it wasnt noticed. Did they check? Dont know. Its getting hot obviously, smoking & making a ticking noise. It does it especially when you drive a longer distance than 20 miles. If were running errands around town & making frequent stops it starts heating up (you can feel the heat) & usually when we get home its smoking. And obviously a real problem if we go on a longer trip out of town!

I am very disappointed in the handling of my appointment at Prince Chevrolet of Albany. on July 29, 2020.I made a 2 PM appointment, oil change and tire rotation only. I arrived at 1:50 PM. My car was on the lift at 2 PM. At 3:40 PM my car was down from the lift and was just sitting there..After waiting 10 more minutes I had to get one of the service men to get the attention of the men who had worked on my car. When it was brought up to me I was shown the work order, 4 PM was circled on the work sheet. I was not pleased at all, to have such a long wait and to find out the mistake, which caused me to have to cancel an another appointment I had at 4 PM. I do believe that the personal doing the work orders need to be vigilant as to the time indicated on the work orders. My work order #333952 shows the R.O. opened time 13:55 and should have been finished long before 4PM. I am very hesitant to return to this dealership for this type of maintenance on my car. This is not the first time I have had to wait a lengthy amount of time just to have my car serviced with an oil change without a tire rotation.Sincerely, Sue Holt.
