I went there to get my oil changed and was pleasantly surprised. I was told it would be about an hour and thats exactly how long it took to mechanic was very informative and accommodating. I was in and out within an hour.

I used the text service that pops up at the bottom of the Serra Chevy web page asking if you have any questions.That connected me to a person in sales named John Graham. I couldn’t be more happy about how polite and helpful he was.I wasn’t in a hurry to buy a vehicle so I had the benefit of being able to check out a few dealers that had vehicles I was interested in. George Patton was my contact who when I could not find my specific Yukon was able to bring around a trade in and ended up being my car with no regrets. The service rep was very friendly and the waiting room atmosphere was warm. I was a little concerned of how long it was taking for my oil job and was looking to be told that I needed tires. I was prepared to also buy new tires, if the price was low enough. However, after waiting, longer than expectant, no one mentioned about purchasing new tire. The inspection revealed that I needed two new ones. I asked the service rep, who said you guys were out of the tires that I would need and they would have to be ordered. I decided to just wait. I was there for the $29 special oil change and He was nice enough to waive the cost. It was appreciated, since I was expecting to be in and out sooner.My concern was if it had been the regular price of $60, would you have still waived the cost? I would have preferred to pay the $29 and been advised that the next oil change would be on the house. Or that they would give me a discount on my trainy fluid that they said needed to be changed. Basically, I believe you may have been understaffed, but the attempt was made to try and satisfy me. That was worth something. Thank you

We farm and needed to add another truck to our farming operation. I was having trouble finding any trucks because of the chip shortage. Service Consultant Eric Hoffman was great as usual and technician Josh took the time to discuss the repairs made and offered to help if the Rear Park Assist Off message continued to come on intermittently (which it still does even with the trailer hitch cover removed).

The service people were very friendly. I was in and out in one hour. They even took a video of my car when it was done. Very happy!

Great service.I did make this initial review bit premature. While the service was good, while i was driving home my caliper came loose. A bolt was not put in or put in very loosely. This could have been a very bad situation had I needed to use my brakes hard. But luckily I did not. I made it home without issue. I immediately contacted the dealership who came and fixed my truck in the driveway then took it to the shop to inspect the next day. The situation was handled quickly and on a weekend so I only dropped to 3 stars.

Robert is a very personable, comfortable person to work with. I would make the drive again to deal with someone like Robert! All young and upcoming salesman should shadow him for a period of time and understand buyers want a human being across the table. Not a salesman.

Staff is very friendly, appointment times are always on time and gets you in and out quickly. The only thing I wished they did, was do a courtesy clean of your vehicle after a service. They use to at one point years ago but no longer provide that service. Even a quick vacuum of your mats would be something nice to do after an oil change, etc..it would go a long way with your customers.

When I switched what truck I was looking at he didn’t miss a beat. He keep me well informed what was going on when I was waiting to sign papers. There was a hiccup with my bed liner and Eric took care of it right away. I have bought many cars in my life time and the dealer and their staff were excellent. No pressure and helpful with any concerns I had. I have talked to several of the staff members since I have had the truck to confirm everything is good and if I have any questions or problems with the truck. Great team and great dealership.

Not only was my purchase a smooth transaction but when we left with my car, the car had an issue with a loose caliper that sounded horrible so I immediately texted Ryan and he contacted his supervisor and got us set up to bring the car back the very next day. Daughters car with window issue, needed new Regulator. OK with profit on OEM GM part, but $149/hour labor is ridiculous. She is a college age kid, working hard and this rate is gouging without question. When asked what rate is answer was it goes by job, vague to say the least but with that rate easy to see why... when dealership involved, especially since Serra took over these locations, public can expect to be taken advantage of. Stopped buying cars from Serra (5-6 prior) since Serra took over...next dealer repair will go elsewhere as well

Was charged $190 for a $9 bolt that took 5 minutes to put on. Unfortunately this behavior reinforces the stereotype that dealerships try to screw you every chance they get. Needless to say, will never get my vehicle serviced here again.
