Have bought two cars from this dealership within the last two months. Mike was very professional and made the process extremely smooth. I would recommend this dealership to anybody who is looking for a quality used car.

Listings on their site and their ad on Autotrader both said great looking and running engine and transmission in perfect running condition buy with confidence nothing to hide but, I bought the vehicle and my mechanic said the transmission was severely damaged and would need a replacement. The cost of replacing the transmission was more than I paid for the vehicle. I asked the dealership to either help get the transmission fixed or just take the vehicle back and refund my money. They said I bought it as is so they weren’t going to do anything.Reported to the BBB and currently in the process of litigation.

Dont waste your time. These guys are all about bait & switch. When calling about a vehicle advertised they told me they just sold it. which was a lie. The car was sold 2 months ago showing mileage from back then.Theyre NOT HONEST.

Now this is the 3rd random act of Rude. I have stopped by shop inquired about a vehicle and never responded. I have called to inquire on another and put me on hold then hung up call back amd no answer.. Then today after looking on website and says to have my vehicle of interest inside it is a Blue Subaru WRX. I ask if still available he rudely responds No and hangs up on me. Idk what else to say other than Good luck

I bought a four wheel drive Chevy Colorado last May from Imports Auto Group. I took it for a test drive and was satisfied that it ran well, although there was nowhere to test the 4 wheel drive. After being assured that it was functional, I negotiated a fair price and signed an as is waiver. It drove well on the 4 hour journey home, but when I tested the 4 wheel drive, it did not work, and it was not an easy fix. It cost me 1300.00 for parts and labor.I contacted them about the problem, admitting I had signed the as is waiver in good faith that everything was OK. I did not ask them to pay for anything, but if voluntarily they wanted to share the expense of repair I would be pleased to accept it. Of course I did not receive an answer.My advice is be totally sure that anything you buy from any car dealer is thoroughly tested to be as they say it is

Started casually looking for a truck. Decided if I found the exact truck with all the whistles and bells and a price that I could afford without trading my first born, Id buy it. Saw the Duramax Dually on cars but went to the website to see how much they were asking. Surprised at the reasonable price, I called and the rest is history! Mike was a great help and kept in contact. Flew to Cleveland, picked up by sweet Mike and arrived in Akron an hour later. Mike had new rear brakes put on earlier that day when he heard noise in the rear when he moved the truck. I was on the road within an hour and a half. Drove home to St. Louis. Great cruising truck. Bought a 2005 Chevy Silverado 6.6 duramax off these people, I didn’t even have enough time to get actual plates for the truck before the head gasket blown on me..now the engine is tore apart and I’m paying 350$ a month for something that is pretty much junk right now. My son found an Audi A4 available at this dealer. We went to see it with a bit of apprehension dealing with a small dealer. The A4 was clean and as advertised. We drove the car, asked questions and everything was answered professionally and politely. We decided to purchase the car at a reasonable price and picked it up the following day. I will shop here again the next time Im looking for a decent used car.

I have dealt with several dealership before but never have I dealt with such liars and misleading people in my life. Bought a semi truck from them which WAS TOLD TO ME THAT THE TRUCK WAS DRIVE ABLE AND WILL MAKE IT TO FLORIDA. THE TRUCK NEEDED WORK DONE TO EVEN TURN ON. ONCE IT WAS ON THEN THE STARTER WENT OUT AFTER THAT THE TRUCK COULDNT GO OVER 45 MPH IF NOT IT WOULD OVER HEAT, ALL THE EXPENSE CAME OUT TO $4,000 DOLLAR PLUS TRANSPORTERS $2000 MORE AND NOW THE ENGINE NEEDS TO BE REBUILT.... STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER THEY ARE LIARS !!!! MIND I ASKED THEM THE CONDITIONS AFTER THEY HAD THEIR MONEY.... NO NEED TO LIE TO ME, THEY COULD OF BEEN HONEST AND I WOULD OF PIGGY BACK IT AND SAVED THOUSANDS!!! AGAIN STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. DIRTYYYYYY BUSINESS.

These guys are a real time waster. Called on a van listed on Autotrader on Friday, said they had it, told them I was driving 2 1/2 hrs to look at it the next day, they said they would be there at 10. 2 hours into my trip I called them at 10:15 to let them know I was coming, they said OK. 10 min later called me back saying the van was in the shop till maybe Tuesday. 4 1/2 hours of driving for nothing. Called back Monday to check on the van, said it was done and they sold it already. Unprofessional, unreliable, untrustworthy. A big waste of time!!!

Horrible Buying Experience. First of all, Import Auto Group may have been the most unprofessional company I have ever delt with. They sold me a car thats key was snapped in half I drove 60 minutes 3 times when I only needed to drive that far once. There communication was horrible. After finally picking up the car It was completely out of gasoline and it was raining I had to stop and buy new windshield wipers before I even got on the highway to go home. Also they disconnected the battery so as soon as I was on my way home the check engine light went on costing me $500 just to pass the E-check. Then, I said that they would order me a new key. A few days later I had to order the key and they still to this day have yet to this day reimburse me for that key ($180). PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY BY DOING BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

I bought 2005 Prius from this shop. The sales person was unprofessional, never helpful, rude and it looks like we are at his mercy!! I am surprised to see this type of professional do get a sales job.Now coming back to my car. The MIL light came the second day after buying the car. I suspect the MIL light was reseted before they hand over the vehicle.Has to run around several days with the Toyota dealer and shell out several hundred $s to get that fixed. The dealer told the car do have accident and the internal frame damaged and was restored. But the seller told me the car have clean car-fax.There are multiple other issues like exhaust muffler, entire air-conditioning system (ac do not work), the fuel tank lid, serpentine belt need to be replaced and what else. I had hard time to get the car passed e-check. If you have to buy car from this place drive for couple of days and get the car checked by professional throughly otherwise please stay away. This is a very honest review and not a spam.
