On Monday, 4 October I went to the Bells Ferry store to transfer one Samsung phone to another, and Cindy helped me set everything up. Although she was the only one working she took all the time necessary to help set everything up. Cindy is an awesome employee and the store clearly needs more staff like her.

The slowest service you could imagine. After a long wait and re-entry of information several times, the sales service is down? Then on return 1 hour later another long wait and re-entry of data. Expect the cell service works like their sales, SLOW and UNAVAILABLE!

We had a very long wait, as there was only one woman working in the store at the time that my party visited. We had to wait for the customer in front us to make inquiries and complete the whole phone buying process. As we were waiting the store just became more and more filled with waiting customers. The woman was nice and knowledgeable... just needed more help.
