Ive had a few conversations with the employees before and they are very nice and helpful. Great selection of games and if they dont have a game that you want, they can give you a digital code or call another store to see if they have it. 5/5

If I could give no stars then I would. The “” guy who works here… rude and mean. No customer service skills at all. When trying to figure out which gaming system to get, he got rude and annoyed stating that if I didn’t know then I should’ve done research before coming in. I left without purchasing anything… will not be back and we are in there a lot…

Their store manager is more concerned with their mask mandate than customer service.My son and I were the ONLY customers in the store, and the manager insisted we both wear masks even though I explained I was vaccinated.My son complied, but instead of letting us shop at a distance he ignored his own social distance guidelines as he aggressively cornered my son and I before asking us to leave.How about treating customers like humans once again?

Guy behind the counter was giving advice on wireless setups for gaming, dude in front of me was excited

I just left the store. I never will come here again. I wasnt greeted, I wasnt asked if I needed help. This was overall a poor experience. I would love a refund on gas by you guys wasting time in my day commuting here from Woodstock.

It was a lovely experience! I went in to buy a PS4 and the process went smoothly and wonderfully. The staff is very kind and helpful as well. 10/10 would shop again.

Great prices and super nice staff. I wish I got the name of the woman that helped me pick out a powder. She was extremely helpful and really pleasant especially for it being so close to closing time. Ill be back for sure!

Pulled up to the shop at 5:55 to trade some games in and purchase one game I understand that I came in right before close and I was going to be quick but as I pulled up the door was being locked and the guy was just staring at me

Bought a game for 40.00 dollars (uncharted theifs end) I took it back two days later they offered me a dollar for it... When I brought up my concernse with management he offered no help. They did nothing for me been a loyal customer for years supporting local but thanks to the manager will shop on line or at another store but never at GameStop again

Nice location, helpful staff, game prices is what you would expect for game stop but for convenience vs saving money on amazon its nice for that.

Gamestops employees are some very patient people...but the company as a whole needs to make a few changes...anyway unless your taking advantage of some mega sale the prices are not always worth what your buying.....this location wasnt that great as far as customer service and pricing

I went in selling a ps4. The guy working there was very nice and easy to talk to while he tested the system.

Only place around to get games so at least the prices are the same as everywhere else. The staff seem pretty cool and willing to help.

Compared to other locations I have visited, this location has some of the best employees and there is very little hassle to checking out. If I go in there looking for a specific thing, Ive always been helped out at the earliest opportunity that the employees have and as long as I am speaking quite confidently about what I want, I usually dont have to deal with the plethora of Is there anything you want to preorder? or would you like to renew your PowerUp Rewards membership? that most of the other Gamestops cant take a hint at. This is the first place I go when looking for games.
