Well, my husband and I went in for an upgrade for his phone. We left with his phone upgrade, a new line you guys provide with the free HBO Max and 2 watches! The cashier named Fred M was phenomenal! He went above and beyond. Was very informative and knew all the answers to our questions. Gave his opinion and feedback and was just amazing! Granted we were there for over an hr but we had a lot of questions and concerns but he left us feeling confident is our choices and so glad we went in that day. Thank you so much for having people like him working for you guys! Just phenomenal!!
I have attempted to shop this store two times. Terrible customer service. This last attempt the service was so bad I changed service completely. AT&T needs to train their employees not to ignore customers. I was in a showroom nearly 45 minutes full of customers, one of the first of two to walk in and was walked around, ignored when speaking, it was a very unpleasant experience. I just didnt fit their profile. No worries it cost AT&T a large contract. You know what they say often times word of mouth is the best form of advertising.🤣 I dont believe the customer is always right but I do believe in great customer service.
Natalie was awesome. She spoke to my wife and I with awesome customer service skills. We definitely felt like we knew each other and we came out of the store with a new phone and an improved plan. The store itself was awesome. Comfortable and a great atmosphere.
It took a while for someone to help me, but the staff was pretty friendly. I think they could probably do some retraining of the front line staff as the price for service I was quoted online was significantly higher in store. Im not sure how the employee came up with the numbers, but he was $100 per month higher on just the cell phone service than the online and phone quotes I received from AT&T.
Shout out to Ben Lewis! He was super friendly and squared away an issue I was having with my phone quickly. He went above and beyond to make sure my issue was addressed and rectified without error. Awesome customer service! Also, shout out to Bill Luce. I have purchased many phones from Bill over the years. Bill has always been friendly and knowledge about the products he is selling.
Came in to pick up an online order (phone) and buy a phone case. Store was VERY busy with walk-in customers. The manager understood I needed to get in and out and made it work for me. I truly appreciate both the manager and salesman getting me out the door quickly! 👍🏽
The only reason I gave It a 3 star is because the rep gave me an honest effort. I transferred from tmobile and Im having issues getting certain att services like visual voicemail. Ive spent 8 hours 3 in store and 5 on tech support. Nothing accomplished but being passed off again to another department. I cant get any info on att app and trying to talk to a rep is impossible. 1 week and Im about to switch back to tmobile
Our “family plan” cell service has been with AT&T for over 20 years, almost exclusively went to the AT&T store by Perimeter but recently moved, this is the closest store now. I’d think any business would make at least a feeble attempt to keep long-time loyal customers; but after being repeatedly misinformed for the 30+ mins I asked questions about various phones/options, I finally (politely) asked about moving my number to another provider, to which the employee replied with step-by-step how-to instructions. I was never rude, I’m not picky about phones (I still have an iPhone 8 in Oct 2021!), and with my 14 year old son in tow am never disrespectful or rude to strangers (in other words her lackadaisical attitude toward customer retention wasn’t in response to an unpleasant customer or being busy, there were 3 customers in 1.5 hrs & 5-6 employees standing around).I’ve never been to any store with electronics (including Walmart, notoriously the worst ever…) with such mediocre service and ignorance about the products they were selling. The wall-mounted TVs in back of the store were more informative about the current phone deals than all 3 employees combined; maybe a little commission is why she continued to hound us about whether we had made any decisions re: a phone every 3-4 minutes for 1.5 hours (we updated our iOS while in the store since we hadn’t chosen a wifi provider yet at new house), despite repeating each time I would order a new phone online at home since she said the only phone in stock was the 12 mini as the iPhone 13 was set to release in the morning, I wasn’t interested in anything smaller than my iPhone 8. I guess this is just an excellent example of the difficulty employers are faced with trying to find warm bodies to stand around their stores, my high school freshman was more knowledgeable about basic iPhone & android functional differences and the difference between iPhone models than the employees. I’m not sure if other stores are any better right now but I do know I could have stayed home & gotten more accurate answers from Google than in this store…
Just want to say even though I could not get my Iphone from here today and I could not wait for it to be shipped or ordered because I needed a new phone today, that I had a great experience here. I went in earlier today to discuss my bill with the reps there after I got off work. Because I have worked with cell phones at Best Buy for 3 years at this point, I knew that my questions could be addressed within 10 minutes max and I would be out the door. I was checked in by who I assume was the manager and then told to sit wherever while I waited for a rep. There were three or four reps at this time and one had just finished up with a guest. He walked into a door, walked by me, and walked out. Then the manager followed suit. I understand I came in at 7:15 and y’all wanna get home, I also just got off a ten hour shift, but my questions would take a maximum of 10 minutes and the fact that the manager walked out KNOWING what I was in for bewildered me. I strongly dislike dealing with the outsourced customer service reps, which is why I visited this location- a mistake I will not be making again. I am sincerely disappointed and most likely going to change service.
Called at 5:30 to see if I can pick up a Apple Watch last minute for my daughters Sweet 16 today. Spoke to Eric and told him what I needed. Told me to come in and he was more than helpful, he even knew who I was coming in the door. Ended up leaving with a watch for my daughter and myself. He also recommended the family insurance saving me $$$. Customer service is everything to me and he met all my expectations for sure. I have all things ATT in the household and couldnt be more pleased.

One thing that I love is that even though the store was closing they still stayed over to make sure that everything was correct before I left. The store had 2 reps at first then a 3rd came on. With all the people waiting the wait time was not long. I was in and out. Helped me set up my phone and got me my case and screen protector as well and free wireless charger for purchasing. Congratulations on the promotion. BLACK CUSTOMERS THROWN OUT OF ACKWORTH STORE TO GET TO WHITE CUSTOMERS... Pictured is The store WHITE MALE Manager, who was told by a Black female Manger to take the Black customers off the list Then preceded to help the White customers... The Black customers only asked why they were not recieving service when plainly the managers (2) were talking and laughing ... while the couple a friend had been waiting for a long time. What seem to enrage the manager who was on a computer typing and ignoring them the entire time then the other manager came out from the back and said he wasnt waiting, the female said she waiting on customers and I quote the managers dont wait on people we are only signing you in... The Black female manager replied with an unacceptable tone for a employee of AT&T. So the husband stated that he wanted to leave she (Black Female Manager) asked the white Male manager to cross them off the list and didnt even show them the common courtesy of asking the coouple if they needed help... Instead when the husband questioned the quality and quantity of service and he wanted the District Manager info he was told to leave the Ackworth, Georgia Store. (SINCE WHEN CANT A DISATISFIED CUSTOMER HAVE THE RIGHT TO GO OVER THE HEAD OF A MANAGER THAT IS NOT CONDUCTING THEMSELVES IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER... )And without even resolving the matter they proceeded to a waiting white couple who not waiting even 5 minutes.

Att is always busy of course but yesterday I called ahead and got helped within 5-10 minutes. My new phone was set up in maybe 5 minutes. I don’t remember which girl helped me but she was very friendly, knowledgeable and quick. Great experience!

Reps werent very knowledgable or helpful. They made a complete mess of my phone account and then when they couldnt figure out how to fix it, they just shrugged and suggested I call or return later...

Went in, were promptly taken care of. DeMarius was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The manager (I’m assuming) even came by to make sure we were doing ok. We had several admin issues and devices to add and all in all have ZERO complaints about DeMarius and this location!
Walked in today asked if I could pay my bill because Im 70 and having difficulty paying online. Lady told me sure. Then said wheres your mask? I told her politely I have asthma and cannot wear them. She said you cannot come inside then. I said can you take my account number and visa card and ill wait outside? Very rudely, you will have to leave.This is a MANDATE and we are NOT living in a totalitarian state yet as far as I know. On the 4th of July celebrating our FREEDOMS.WHAT a sad state.
The AT&T store at Hwy 41 and Acworth Due West road provides exceptional service. Specifically, Bill is very knowledgeable of the iPhone. His customer service skills are awesome. I highly recommend this store for your cell phone needs. Ask for Bill.

Walked in right behind another customer. He and I both waited 45 minutes without being helped. There was NO ONE ahead of us. I watched as employees moved at a snails pace and after finishing up with customers headed to the back room never to be seen again. I switched to ATT yesterday, been a nightmare ever since. Missing Verizon.
A waste of time, you are better off ordering the products and using YouTube to trouble shoot. First you wait forever to speak to someone and then the stuff you need is not even in the store.
There needs to be a better process in place to handle people with quick transactions. I waited for 40 minutes to make a return. There was also no one handling signing people in.

Stopped by recently just to purchase a replacement case for a tablet. Was given all kinds of grief (by some young lady i couldnt understand because her face and mouth were covered by a devilish mask) because I didnt have a mask on so I promptly left and will spend my money elsewhere!!!

Dont bother calling the store, they wont answer the phone! I have phoned the store multiple days and different times to set an appointment and there is never an answer.

This is the AT&T location to visit if you ever need anything! I have been a customer for years and have been to several store locations. Today I had the best customer service! First off, Biunca was amazing! She quickly noticed I could be saving money on my account and made the necessary changes within minutes. Thanks to Biunca, my husband I happily walked out of the store with a new iPhone and accessories in less than 45 minutes. That is a world record! The on duty store manager, Eric, was also a huge help. He is a great phone screen, bubble eliminator, if you need a new screen protector! Thank you Biunce for such great service today! Went in today to buy and new phone and was immediately greeted by Jeff. The phone buying experience is always a long process so I set aside a good amount of time for it. Jeff not only made sure he answered all of my questions, but hes a great conversation starter as well. He talked to us the whole time he was setting up my phone and made sure the process went smoothly and quickly!!

Ive been here a number of times for our business accounts. They can sometimes get bogged down with customers but there is usually a very little wait time. Jeff and the employees are knowledgeable and if they are unsure of anything or I have a problem they are quick to remedy the issue. They made us feel like our account was important and taking care of all our business needs was priority.

Worst customer service. Store Manager is a joke. Attempted to change plans and were told various changes were made, only to find out they weren’t and my bill increased to $250+ for 2 phones. Reached out to the District Manager only to be ignored via email. I highly recommend avoiding this store. Verizon is looking more appeasing every day.

Went into the store to see everyone sitting at tables and there was no Customer Service desk anywhere. All I needed was to swap an incorrect SIM card that AT&T mailed to me (which only took them a total of 5 minutes to changed out). After a while of waiting, I had to get placed on a waiting list. After 45 minutes of waiting, more people began to come through the entrance and they got more busy. I noticed that some of them were immediately greeted and began to be helped while not being placed on the same waiting list. After expressing concern with one of their agents about their handling of customers waiting, I finally was able to get one of them to quickly swap out my card (after a few of their staff had a conversation at a table chit-chatting). They apparently have a HUGE understaffed problem, I was told while being helped. They are also largely driven by SALES/commission and not by Customer Service. I did not even grow upset until their biggest staff member actually confronted me like he wanted to make a situation out of my being frustrated at their lack of customer service rather than trying to address my problem. Out of all the people in that building, why did it have to be the biggest guy on staff confronting me like he was about to do something? (not that that even matters who, nor do I care, but it did pose a worry about my well being being bullied ..why wasnt it the manager that I originally spoke to?) I didnt go in there to fight..this was a simple fix solution. Im not even the argumentative fighting type of person. The fact he didnt stick to their wall of people waiting and began helping the first person through the door was ridiculously unprofessional. They are sales driven, PERIOD. Go elsewhere if you can and stay away from this place

Most of the time I have to wait, but today was great and I had a really good person to help me . I had screwed my phone slap up by getting on Facebook and doing something I didnt understand
Very nice store. Staff was very polite and helpful. Only negative thing was just how long it took to get a new phone. Dont remember it taking so long in the past. But overall a good experience.
VERY terrible service. We sat in there forever and when we finally got an associate to assist us she was very pushy and not listening at all. We told her what phone we wanted and she kept trying to confuse us into getting an 11 vs a XR and a 128gb vs 64gb. Then once we spent a frustrating 30 minutes telling her what we wanted she went into the back for 5 minutes and told us that they didn’t even have any XRs at the store so we left empty handed after spending an hour there. I will NOT be back to this location.

1 star is way more than this place deserves.Lies over Lies with my mobile service. I was repeatedly misled by the old store manager multiple times. It took them 4 months to figure out why my mobile bill is $70 to $100 over what they said it was going to be. All they keep saying is that i will get a $25.00 credit each month. Say what? The bill is over $70 more than what i was promised it would be...- still no help or resolution. The new manager from North Dakota is equally as unhelpful in trying to resolve this issue. Lies over Lies with this place.

Slow but good
This review is not specific to this store but to ALL of AT&T! I ordered to have internet put into my home, made an appointment days in advance between 2pm-4pm on a Friday to have it installed. When Friday came I made sure I was home by 2 pm, even though I knew that more then likely wouldnt show up until the later hour. When 5pm hit and no one had showed up I called customer service, they assured me the tech was just running a little behind and he should be there anytime now. Another hour and a half went by and I called customer service again and was told the same thing, they are running behind and you should be getting a call from a tech between 8-8:30pm and gaurenteed me my internet will be installed tonight. By 9 pm and no tech I called one final time and asked to speak to a supervisor. The person I got on the phone was super hard to understand and went on a huge long ramble of why the tech was unable to come out today and assured me someone will be out tomorrow between 8am-2pm. SURPRISE, SURPRISE!!!!! NO ONE SHOWED UP!!!!! When we called yet AGAIN about where the tech was the customer service attendant on the other line seemed very confused as of why they wouldve even tell us they were coming out to install our internet because the techs dont even do installation in Saturdays!!!!! Apparently no one communicates with each other at AT&T. I told them to just go ahead and cancel my account right then and there, AT&T doesnt want MY money.
Eric was incredibly friendly and helpful. Helped us get screen protectors for a couple phones and is a pro at applying them.
All they care about is sales, customer service is at the bottom of their concerns. One of their managers by the name of Casey will be quick to recommend you to call att customer care to help resolve your issues, because at store level they don’t have time for that.

The absolute WORST people to deal with! VERY rude, very unprofessional, and their customer service skills (or lack thereof) are by far the most ridiculous Ive ever experienced.If you have an issue with something that they did to your device, DO NOT go back to this location to resolve it. You will be met with hostility, attitude, and the worst employees and manager in the business!
I came here to get fiber internet installed at my home. Setting up an install time was super easy, but the technician came to my place and said they couldnt install it because my housing complex wasnt fiber ready. I had an electrician come and they said everything was ready and that AT&T was just being lazy. I rescheduled and AT&T came a week later only to bring the wrong equipment. The technician didnt offer to reschedule; he just said there was nothing he could do. I contact AT&T immediately after this and they say they cant send someone out for another four days. Staff at the store has been helpful and I dont have a qualm with them, but AT&T as a whole is pretty pathetic at helping customers when there are issues.

Waited forever. When I did get served the associate ignored the fact that I was a directv customer so I could receive free streaming as they advertise. He just acted as though he never heard me even though I brought it up several times. Figures I would have to pursue the issue by phone or online at a later time. Not going to bother though, I really ha,be nothing good to say about AT&T. The only reason I have an account with them is because I was given a Samsung S7 Active as a present and its not compatible on any other network but AT&T so Im stuck with them for a while until I can find another phone.

Went in to purchase a new phone and they had two customers in the store and one woman took my info and signed me in and said the next salesman would be with me shortly. She then went to a table where it looked like she was doing homework. After about 20-25 minutes where nobody bothered to speak to us we finally got up and left. Awful place to go. I wont darken the door again.

Originally we had Comcast Xfinity, I loved the service and hated what I was paying for it. An AT&T sales representative came to our house and told us that they did fiber optics in our neighborhood and how the set up was. We told him that we loved our speed and that it only slowed down maybe once or twice when we had more than 7 devices on at a time (which was a “no duh” situation). He told us if we switched we would be getting the same exact internet with no slow periods and cable with more channels and only pay $115 a month. I asked all the little tedious question to see why it was that much. Because when we had Comcast we were paying $220 but we were getting all the channels (including HBO)(Netflix included), and 150 mbps internet. So I re asked every question 3 times in a row and he assured me that we would get the same internet and cable quality for cheaper. Anyway they come to set it up and it already seems wrong. He ran a wire all the way from the main road down the gravel road to the house (which is .3 miles). When I asked them why they did this they said they would bury the cable later that week. Okay first of all he said fiber optics were already set up in my area and there would be no cable. Now they want to dig up my drive way to bury a cable. We talked to them and they didn’t want to stop what they were doing. Now the box’s is set up with the internet. And dude is trying to distract me while I’m going through the channels and messing with the internet on my phone. I told him to give me a minute while I work with it. The internet seemed to work really slow for some reason. He left and literally two seconds after he left the cable went out. He called and said that they were finishing up out side and the cable might go out for a second so I waited and it came back on after 30 minutes. Once it came back on it worked for 6 hours then a red x with the number one pooped up on the screen. First I followed all the online directions, that didn’t work and so I called customer service and they had me do the exact same stuff. After about an hour and a half they secluded someone to come out and look at it.”free of charge” yeah I hope it is free of charge because I just got it installed! Not only that but the internet stopped working while all this was happening on and off. I did a internet speed test and we only had 25mbps! That is not the 150 mbps that we had! Dude told us it would be the exact same! I looked on the myAT&T app and it says that’s what he signed us up for... I am extremely upset due to the fact I’m 8 months pregnant and this person came into my home lied to me and waisted my time. I have so many other things I have to be taking care of and now it’s been two days of AT&T stuff. At this point I’m not paying a dime and I want this stuff out of my house. They cut my Comcast line so now I have to have Comcast come out and re set up everything. Never working with AT&T again and definitely making it clear to everyone else what you’d really be getting!
