Ok Im gonna tell you, I LOVE LOVE LOVE the manager, Cory. She is freaking amazing and has helped me for years. Always always knows her stuff and is the absolute sweetest. She can handle anything phone related. She is my go to.

I went into this metro store this afternoon and I was shocked. I was greeted with a friendly, smiling, face and a very clean (Ive been to the other two in the area and both dont come close) store. The employees here are so polite and helpful. I got everything I came in for and more when I left the store. If every retail experience was like this one, life would be so much easier. Thank you for making my shopping experience so lovely.

Employees are so sweet, the manger is awesome and this location is very convenient for me! Only thing I would say negative about this location is they never have anything in stock but hey I guess thats a good thing on their part. Also, if you buy a case from a Metro PCS store that has a warranty on it you have to go to that store you bought it from to get your refund/exchange. I bought 2 new phones, a tablet and a case at the Chastain location because this Acworth location didnt have the items I wanted in stock.....this location is so close to my house like less than a mile so its convenient but now that I bought my Metro by TMobile case from the Chastain store (which it broke within the first 48 hours of buying it) I cant do the exchange or refund at the location a mile from me. I understand though and its not the stores fault its a Metro PCS policy but they might want to change that soon! Anyways, the ladies that run this store are so kind and helped me so much over the weekend with my screen protector issues. They even put the screen protector on mine and my husbands phone. They even gave us a deal on them since we bought two! This location has really good customer service skills and they are just sweet, good and friendly people......like we were laughing and talking for a few minutes. We even talked about family stuff and just had a nice experience at this location! The manager Cory is so sweet and trains her staff well! Keep it up Acworth Metro PCS! WAY TO GO!

The staff is amazing here, they always try their best and do a wonderful job!!! You guys are greatly appreciated, if you ever need to visit a metro store go to this one and I absolutely promise that you will not be disappointed! Hats off !

Awful, just awful. The manager Cory refused to re-do my screen protector when it was clearly not installed properly. All accessories have a 1yr warranty. She told me its the way they are & they all will have a bubble in the middle! So, shes admitting to selling shoddy products. They should be pulled from shelves& refunded to customers. Just bc they r a franchise, they dont get to make up their own rules & speak to ppl like that. They r always laughing amongst themselves, talking crudely & abnoxgous. When u walk out the door, u can hear them laughing & talking about u.My 12yo daughter comes with me most of the time. Cory has even been nasty to her when she was just asking about her phone.I asked for the owners information & she refused. I sd I can find it, she me saying Ill never find out or be able to do anything about it. The complaints r in & have been escalated. If she had just acted like an adult, done her job & remedied the situation. Its really sad. Those ppl r not Metro, the pay to use the name. They make Metro look bad.They should dissociate with franchises like that. Idk what to do at this point bc no one will make it right. Thank you for listening
