Jeremy is amazing. He helped me with my battery change out in my 2014 Nissan Altima and was extremely knowledgeable and he absolutely deserves a raise.Being in the customer service industry myself I know a good one when I see one and hes got what it takes. I hope his manager sees this.
I cant thank Firestone Complete Auto Care Ackworth enough for fixing my truck. On my way back to Michigan from Florida, my fuel filter clogged up at about 8:30pm on a Saturday night. I found a nearby hotel for the family to stay in over night, and I set out the next morning to try and find a repair shop. I was turned away by 2 other places, which could have performed the service work. They didnt want to be inconvenienced by the time and mess required to complete this job. They refused to help even after hearing that my family was stranded over 700 miles from home.This Firestone shop was booked with appointments for the day, and they still came to my rescue. They worked my truck in as quickly as possible, and got me back on the road in no time at all. I am so grateful for their compassion and help. If they werent 725 miles from home, Id gladly visit them for all my automotive repair needs!

This place is clean & bigger than the local Firestone that I always go to. I came in even though I have to wait 2hrs as Bill who was helping me says but I know sometimes that can’t be true just for a oil change but overall I was in the area at the time & missed my appt at my local Firestone so I just googled one out in this area & this location came up. Of course I felt Bill asked me a lot of questions when I have a National Account Fleet vehicle. I thought it would be easier to do the paperwork but the way he was asking questions he make a easy thing difficult even though it isn’t. But anyways my vehicle got in quick less than 2hrs probably after he made the call to the company to pay for my service.
2 hours from drop-off to pick-up for front rotors/pads and tires. Pretty fast!

Every time. I actually do a lot of my own auto work, but when it’s beyond my scope, I go straight to this Firestone. I had car problems as I was leaving to return to Florida when my vehicle had some problems. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. We explained that my trip was interrupted so they took care of the repairs promptly and had it complete earlier than expected so I could get back on the road. The 2 service techs were informative and explained the work done step by step.I would highly recommend them and Firestone has, again, proven not to disappoint.

I went there to get my truck looked at and they wanted me to come back saying they was booked yet all the bays had no cars except 1 Bay. Never had this issue before and with my issue being brakes I aint risking my life to come back another day.

This firestone is better than others. I am always treated fairly and the work I’ve had done here has been quality work. Donna in particular has made sure that I am taken care of and back on the road as soon as possible after any incidents. I take both of my vehicles here and have road hazard protection on my tires.

Had a great experience here. I thought I would have to pay a whole lot more as compared to other places in the area but surprisingly their had good pricing and deals. Customer service inside was really awesome as well.
It’s been a while since I’ve been back due to being a bit put off by how they do service. Took my SUV in for new tires a while back and was informed of a bad tie-rod. They weren’t aware I was still under warranty and quoted me an extremely overpriced repair. Took the car to my dealership and a separate mechanic and was told there was no issue. Drove the car at least another 20-30k miles without problem. Traded the car in a few months ago and still had no issues. Make your own conclusions!
Needed Oil Change and tire rotation done quick. They got me in and out in 35 minutes with no appointment. No one ever tries to oversell me. They have serviced my car a year now and I am very happy with them.

Would never go back or use in the first place. My wife’s SUV had a slow leak in the driver front tire. We were at a youth baseball game and knowing what time business in the surrounding area closed, I left the game to make sure her tired wasn’t an issue in the morning for safety (her and our children). I pull into this firestone an hour before they close and was turned away because: all my techs are wrapping up work. I said I would wait, but was told they couldn’t get to it. I’m a manager at another service station and we NEVER turn away safety items ever! We have pulled in a vehicle right as we were closing the doors to take care of a customer to make sure they and their loved ones were SAFE! This isn’t rocket science guys. It’s callwd Customer Service. If you didn’t have time to pull the tire off for a full patch, pop in a temporary plug to buy us time on the upcoming work week to take care of. Instead, her tire was almost completely flat at home with me having to take time away from my work to take care of from a proper service shop. I couldn’t believe the manager standing there telling me, sorry we can’t help you with an HOUR left until they closed. Furious!!!

I have been a customer of Firestone Auto for 6-7 years. I can say that my experience has always been pleasant and fair. They will never brag about being the fastest in town but they will make it right. My recent experience really tested my commitment to Firestone but without fail the management did everything they could to assure that myself and my wife were happy. To be fair I can say that without a doubt I will continue to use this Firestone. Thank you for your commitment to you customer.
Though this place is convenient to my location, they charge way too much for simple services. They wanted to charge me about $240 for changing a radiator hose . The hose was easily reachable from the bottom of the car . I would have done it, but I was short on time and needed the vehicle immediately. Your best bet is to find a local mechanic that is trusted and trustworthy. However; if you cannot, this place is good for being in the pinch only.
Very disappointed with my last visit and I didnt even get a service done. Had an appointment to get my oil change and arrived 10min early. I was told that they were busy and down a man that day and that would be at least an hour before my car even got in. I understood that things happen like that but what bothered me is he said he called others that had appointments that day to inform them but I never received one. Wouldnt have waisted my time coming up if was informed ahead of time.
I broke down in Georgia on the way to Florida during the hurricane. I was a complete wreck and the woman at the front desk was a god-sent not only did she give me a hug to comfort me, but she was so on top of all of my parts to get me home as fast as possible. The mechanic that took care of my car did not have to look over my car but he checked the entire thing to make sure that me and my children were safe to make the trip back home. He worked very hard to get my car done as fast as possible and done the right way. Amazing amazing amazing people at this Firestone! I will forever be grateful for all the help and kindness they showed to me and my family.

Checked my car in at 12-30 this afternoon. 3pm comes by still no call. Calls back at 4:11 they were just getting my car in for alignment. 5:11 is here and theyre still just getting the car in. These people are very inconsiderate of customers time. 5+ hours of my off day wasted and got nothing done
Worst of the worst technicians. These boys can’t fix a sandwich... untrained and unprofessional. It’s like the techs graduated from jiffy lube to Firestone. Don’t let the ASE certificates trick you they give them out like candy and the test are so easy a autozone parts puller could pass them. Do your self a favor and go to a real shop like Christian brothers up the street and get real techs working on your car.
I was traveling with my friend and her van was overheating. We were still 3 hours from home. They got us in quickly, diagnosed the problem, and got us back on the road fast. Their customer service was outstanding and made all the difference to us!

This location continues to turn customers away and have issues with sufficient staffing. I was informed yesterday to come in today bc they were too busy to do an oil change. Today I arrived as advised and was turned away. Mind you, there was one car in the bay.

This was my last hope of getting a oil change. Leaving Florida due to Irma, and after passing all the traffic on I-75, most of the shops closed already, came here for an oil change but everything was booked. Really glad and thankful that Donna stepped into my shoes and helped me to get the oil change and get me back on the road.Greatly appreciated:)
My son made me an appointment to have my water pump and timing chain done on my Buick for 8:30am, one week before the actual appointment. We arrived and all the bays were full and the parking lot was packed. The tech stated we would be next in the bay and they would call with any issues or when it was done. We left the vehicle and went to my sons home. Almost three hours later we get a call thinking ‘WOW’ they are done. NOPE! They claimed they could not do the service because it needed a special tool! They claimed once they pulled it up on the computer they realized it and were not going to perform the service, come and get it. My son got off the phone and I told him this was not right and called my mechanic friend who said that was not right, that you would only need the tool if you were only doing the water pump and not both the water pump and the timing chain. They had under quoted and got busy and just did not want to deal with it!!! DON’T GO HERE!!!!
She is his one of the best Firestone I ever been to humble people with good experience they wont have this car for weeks they will get you in and out yes Bill and his team they are the best they deal with More than just tires and oil changes
Poor service here. The mechanics could not diagnose the problem. Dont waste your time or money. Take your car to a dealership or more trained staff to fix your cars. Firestone says full service but the staff are not trained.
I dont recommend going to them for anything beyond a simple oil change. I went in for an oil change, and they found a bent/twisted axle arm in my suspension system. While Im grateful they noticed it and could help repair/correct it same day, I do not appreciate that our agreed price went from 750.00 (parts and labor and for the original oil change) to 849 and change when they slid an 87.00 warranty charge in. I was not informed AT ALL about warranties costing. Seems sneaky and dishonest to me. Id be careful if I were you.

I am giving them 1 star because of their grossly inaccurate wait times. Dont tell me you will have a plug in my tire quickly. It has been an hour and a half and I am still waiting. This is not my first horrendous wait from them. Get it together!!!!

This company is nothing more than a bait and switch shop. I work for a heavy equipment company where a tech looked at my car and suggested repairs so I went to Firestone with the exact information given. I needed front pads and no rotors. Funny I get a call telling me my front pads are completely fine - BUT they arent and then telling me I actually needed read break pads. This is just bring me back in for front breaks.We will NEVER go there again. Tired of being used.AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!
I had to have 100,000 mile maintenance done, Ms. Pam, Eric, & Denis made me a very happy woman. They called & discussed other issues they found with me and did the job right, Im happy my car runs like I took it off the lot... I will definitely be going back

Made appointment at 1pm. 2 hours later, the car isnt even in the shop yet. Its Saturday, youre busy I get it, thats why an appointment was made. If you cant get started on the car in a timely manner, dont bother with appointments and waste my time, do walk ins only. Went to discount tire half a mile up the road, walked in and hour with tires installed.
The experience was great. The manager explained exactly what was wrong with the car and the parts he had to replace.
Made an appointment to have tire replaced. took them several days to get the tire. once I showed up they were super quick to get it on the rack and get the tire off. that was an hour and a half ago and the truck is still on the rack.Wow! it actually got worse. after 2 hours I went to pay and Cory G. gives me an invoice for $309.00.....this is $70.00 more than the estimate. After a little back and forth he says there was a billing mistake on the labor and they were trying to charge for 4 tires in labor even though they only replaced 1. Something fishy here and they definitely cannot be trusted.

I sent my 18 year old son to Firestone to get an oil change and rotation. This is his first time doing maintenance to his car. When he came home I noticed an additional charged for $19.99 for an inspection. I called and spoke to Doug for an explanation. He said that they actually charge more than that for a rotation so the service manager was actually doing me a favor by charging for the less expensive service. He also added that it was a good thing too since they discovered that the battery wasnt holding a charge. Please note that we did not request or authorize the additional services.And the battery, Firestone told my son that it was holding about 40% charge. We took the car to a local autoparts store, the battery was tested 3 times and found to be perfectly good. The autoparts store could have gone along with the original diagnosis and sold us a battery but they didnt. Says something

I was on Cobb parkway when I got a flat tire and pulled into the Kroger parking lot. I called Firestone and they came to me and took me and my toddler to their store while they went back and changed my tire. There was no charge other than the price of the tire I purchased. Trey and Mason were incredibly nice and helpful!
Very kind to let us leave a car there ( not worth fixing ) until we could have it picked up and donated. Mechanic was very knowledgeable and honest.
Worker wouldnt give me a refund after running a diagnostic on my vehicle that gave us no more information than my own code reader. It was also deemed that they dont perform the maintenance my vehicle needed. We ended up calling corporate and getting a refund.
This location is much better than the Hiram location. Happy we went here, they found the problem that I knew was there but the Hiram location could not find.

Ladies beware! This store has gone down hill. I recommended for one of my relatives to go this store to get her car looked at because we had good service there before. She went there for one thing and they tried to get her to get a bunch of other work done by saying it was necessary...but it was all really optional work. Prior to leaving she had them check her A/C and they told her she needed to get the freon recharged for an very high price. We called another chain and theyre going to do the A/C work for 1/3 the price. The grease they left on the interior was free of charge though! I wont be going back and I wont be suggesting it to anyone in the future.
Ive always had great service here with Steve the mechanic but unfortunately Steve left last month. We will see how they do now

I scheduled an appointment for 11am. At 9:20 on the day of the appointment I was called to say they had no room for me that they had booked 4 other cars at that time. EXTREMELY unprofessional phone call and bad scheduling on their part. If you dont have availability dont schedule someone! The staff member who called was rude and unapologetic.

5 hours to do an alignment on a car is more then plenty of time, my appointment was 10 am not finished because a bolt was seized which our mechanic broke free in under 5 minutes. Ohh by the way found my car unlocked...they called me ten times to upsell me yet could not lock my car doors. Look forward to speaking to corporate. I am the one with the red honda!!!Had another car in before to do an alignment done, picked it up with so much grease that even my dog couldnt accomplish to put that much grease!

I found a buyer for my car so we took it to firestone to have it looked out i already know everything about my truck the manager doug goes over the report with my buyer and says everything is needed to replaced on the car the mechanic who did the report corrected doug and said no everything doesnt need to be replaced but doug insisted and even flat out told my buyer not to buy my truck. i take very good care of my truck and have it checkout out frequently and have all the reports. This manager doug needs to be fired i saw everyone elses review and no one has any good things to say about him either. I am also a black male and he called me brother this guy is beyond rude.
