Came in last minute for an oil change. Karissa and James provided the service and did an amazing job. They were pleasant prompt and did everything with a little extra. Service should always be this way. I will definitely be back if even its just to see them again.
Wonderful! Our new car was approaching 10K miles and the dealership was over 600 miles away. Planning ahead, I looked at four Jiffy Lube outlets in the area and based on the reviews, went here. Glad I did. I told the maintenance supervisor why I had come, and pointed out some reviews mentioned oil spills in the engine compartment. Mentioned I had a new car, the engine was clean and I wanted to keep it that way. He assured me they would take good care of the car. Oil change and filter with no spills, vacuumed, cleaned windows, topped fluids and rotated the tires. Price less than the dealers. We planned an hour for this stop and were out the door, paperwork and payment done, in 25 minutes. Thanks to Justin and your team!

Arrived with no check engine light and came for an oil change. I was informed that my gasket was broken. I advised them that they can fix it, so I stood there and watched the older man work on my car. Upon completion the older man gave me my car. About 1 mile down the road i noticed my check engine light came on. I then returned to jiffy lube, and the younger guys told me it was always there (really it was not there when I arrived) and that they double check behind each other. Mind you I watched the older guy fix it alone, so no one double checked. So I ask why wont they fix it and he said its nothing wrong but an oil sensor, and you can take it up with corporate. So much more details I can go into but was not happy with service. The older man was a wonderful help just wished it was fixed. More should have been done!
On August 17, 2021 I went to jiffy in acworth to get a battery diagnostic. I was told I needed a new battery, but It was caused $250 plus. I declined and they still failed to release my car to me. A woman who I assumed to be in charge came to and said one of the men could fix my windshield wipers. For $75 he could attach something inside the blade and it would work. She proceeded to tell me that it would $75 an hour for labor. I timed the men on how long it took to deconstruct the wipers. A total of a fifteen minutes. She then proceeded to walk in and tell me he couldnt fix it. Problem number one! I apparently needed another motor for the wipers. She walked away before I can even speak and goes to the computer to what I assume is to find a quote for the motor. She wastes a total of 20 mins typing on the computer and distracting the men from working on my car.(putting the windshield wipers back together) 35 minutes have passed now of my waiting on something I didnt ask for. The whole time Im waiting She is still charging and timing me. Finally she walks in after 40 mins and tells me they did nothing to the car, I got absolutely no service done what so ever and Im forced to pay $79.50 for no results. Over priced parts and a promise of a fixed windshield wipers. The woman was absolutely patronizing. Whilst working She was constantly eating beef jerky and going into her personal vehicle. She charged me for an hour of labor when it in fact it only took 15 minutes. She profusely wasted my time to add to charges. I left completely unsatisfied. Her service was absolutely awful and she charged me unreasonably. I basically paid for to eat, type on the computer, and hop in and out of her personal vehicle. Whilst charging me $79.50 for a task that took 15 minutes. She is the last person to represent the brand. She took all of my money. Rude, disgusting behavior!

No appointment necessary, yet they treat you like you are the most important customer of all. Every dollar is well spent. I cant tell you how it felt paying someone who wanted to take care of my vehicle more than me! I wasnt being sold anything, this was hospitalization for my car. And trust me, my tires and oil filter needed it. Not only that, but the manager there, Jessica, gave my car exactly what it needed.Phenomenal customer service - prompt, caring, understanding, extremely knowledgeable, communicative, and professionalService - High mileage Pennzoil for my Honda Civic at 96K. The general manager Miss Wright was very professional and very helpful. The technicians were friendly and provided efficient quality work in a short amount of time. Even though I wasn’t going to get tires at that moment the general manager alerted me to the fact that three of my tires were dangerously bald and because of that I was able to set up an appointment for tires. They are very friendly and I would recommend anyone going to that location. I will be returning to have my vehicle serviced
I came in for service when I usually do my own just so I had a second eye this time going over my motor and the crew here took wonderful care of me and my car. Even compared to doing it myself the price was super fair.
I initially brought my truck to get serviced. But I had an appointment soon after I arrived. Unfortunately I had to leave, but before I did I sat, watched & listened to the lady ( Jesse ). She impressed me. She was a hustler! She knew how to handle customers, speak to them, meanwhile listening to her going thru her checklists w her techs. So I promised myself to return. I returned today, w my Lexus. And everything I heard & seen was exactly what I hoped for . Jesse got me in and out very quickly, made recommendations and gave me a great feeling . In my 15yrs of living near this store I have witnessed something I never saw at this location. Yesterday morning I decided to stop by to replace my wipers and guess what I found out? Jiffy Lube has leveled up! There is an really nice young WOMAN in there not behind the register. This nice young WOMAN is under the cars fixing them! I am so proud of her and Jiffy Lube, the service was great as usual, but its knowing she is there in that capacity made my day. Thank you Jiffy Lude for leveling up! I see you and you have my business for now.
The staff was truthful and very efficient. I went in for an oil change, and discovered my brake pads were nearly gone. They had the parts that I needed brought from another store and I was driving again within an hour. The young man that did my brakes was very knowledgeable. And everyone was very friendly. I havent had brand new brakes installed that quickly before, at places that are specifically set up for doing brakes. Amazing job!
Good store. Not too pushy with selling you stuff you dont need. Prices are decent on oil changes. Other pricing four different Services could definitely use work a bit too high.

This is Jennifer Jarreau. Yesterday evening I received a quote from Firestone to change out my brake lights. It seemed excessive so I went over to Jiffy Lube with only 35 minutes left before closing time. The manager, Jessie, was so on the ball. She and her crew Francois and Tyler dropped everything and went to work on the back lights to my Fiat which isnt easy to get into. She had the light bulbs, which werent in stock, delivered in record time and replaced them before closing. I had been worried about being pulled over or rear ended before getting home from work, and thought they wouldnt work on my car that close to closing time, but they started and finished in record time and charged me half of what is was going to cost at Firestone. Many thanks to Jessie and her crew. You made my day!!

Quick, reasonably priced, friendly staff. They use quality products, vacuum your car, and wash the outside of your windows. Better than the last few places Ive gotten an oil change.

I want to give a big THANK YOU to Oliver and the mechanics at Jiffy Lube for their professionalism, technical expertise, and most importantly, their sense of community and compassion.I recieved a frantic call this evening from my wife who suffered a vehicle breakdown on Cobb Parkway. She managed to reach this Jiffy Lube location just before the car shut down and wouldnt restart.Oliver and team assisted us with pushing the SUV to a safe place, successfully troubleshooting and diagnosing the issue, and waiting with us until the car was back in working condition - all after hours, off the clock, and on their personal time.Being that this was our first experience at this Jiffy Lube, we most certainly will be returning for all maintenance work going forward.
I had an accident with a work van on 75N. Thinking the van was drivable, I proceeded with the work, but the oil temps were redlining. Mechanic Austin was able to diagnose the issue as a bent frame impacting the coolant fan which prevented circulation. Manager Oliver explained the issue to me fully with great transparency and even talked to my boss to let them know all the details. The service was friendly and they worked quick!
Only waited 10 minutes and used their $15 off coupon found on their website for a great deal.
I appeared at this location this morning for an oil change, the location I called was the Kennesaw location, the young lady asked what was I there for I said oil change and proceed to mention the gentleman I talked with this morning. She quickly, mid way my sentence said he is in Kennesaw. That was VERY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONALLY 😡🤬. I felt by her body language and tone my business wasn’t welcomed there. RIDICULOUS TO SAY THE LEAST.

New review as of Feb 7 2021Jessie and her friend earned a five star 🌟 review, told me about an oil leak in my Hummer, topped me off and sent me on my way.. it definitely helps from a guys perspective that the manager is beautiful 😊..Freggin awesome service, James, he helped me get my H2 Hummer out of the middle of Cobb Pkwy, fixed the issue in less than 2 hours, followed up today with a call to make sure that it was running properly. Very happy with the job, will be a returning customer.

Used the synthetic blend Groupon here on 1/27/18. Thorough job explaining to you what they did, and recommendations on what you need. Vacuumed floors, washed back window, topped off fluids, etc. Will definitely be back. Terence was professional and courteous.
I stopped going to Jiffy Lube 25 years ago and I now remember why. They are over priced and not that intelligent. It took them 7 attempts using various blocks so they could raise my truck on the jack when all they had to do was pull it forward; even I could see that from the waiting room. I paid almost $70 for an oil change & tire rotation after giving them $15 in coupons; i guess they think attempting to clean the windows & an extra 1/2 quart of oil makes it worth the price.This work would have cost me $45 at my mechanic. If you want a high priced oil change fast, this is your place.
Disappointed. Service reps were polite & fast. I was displeased they left my keys in the ignition outside the building, then walked away to collect payment inside the guest area while my keys were still in the ignition. I call that a risk of theft of my vehicle for anyone to jump in and drive off. That was my first and last Jiffy Lube visit.
If I could giver zero stars I would. I would think that people working in the vehicle repair business would have some sense when it comes to things. First issue was another Location sent us here to get a transmission flush done since they did not have the equipment to do a CVT Fluid flush. I was quoted $179.99. When I get to this location the first thing I was told is they couldnt do it for that price, that it wouldnt cover his cost of goods. I call BS on this, the most expensive transmission filter is $24.99 and the CVT Fluid is $9.99 a quart both at Autozone. I walked out to the service area to find out why it was taking so long and I hear the technician on the phone asking how to do the work. Yep, I got out of there ASAP.PS Stop with this Air Filter insanity, I was there for 30 minutes and they told 4 customers in a row they needed an air filter. Oil change prices are ridiculous.

Came in for an oil change in June. A few days later, I started to hear a swishing sound when turning. Fast forward a few days later and water started leaking under the console of the front passenger seat. After researching, I determined this was due to a clogged AC drain. This can happen if you park your car under trees, however mine is always parked in a garage, so how it became clogged remained a mystery until today. After sliding under the car, I discovered the AC drain had been twisted back on itself and hooked into a bolt. The last place that worked on my car was this particular Jiffy Lube. I will reach out to the store to see what they can do.
Be wary. Be very wary. They do the Wells Fargo incentive two-step thing here and enhance their service charges way beyond reason and beyond competitive prices. They offer nothing exceptional but the price.
I have used Jiffy Lube around the country and have always returned because of the service. This one didnt have, and couldnt find, fuel filters for my Dodge diesel, never happened before. Usually they can find me in the computer and know what services I am due for. Not here. Felt more like a Walmart.
First time here, would not go again. Got an oil change that was reasonably priced. The technician said that my brake pads were worn down to nothing and all my rotors were shot. Scared my wife by telling her it was unsafe to drive and that she shouldnt have children in the car. I took my vehicle to my normal technician at NTB, they gave me a free inspection and said that the pads had very little wear and the rotors might need refinished the next time I change the pads, but nothing serious.

Every time I come here I get worse service. When there are at least a couple people (workers) there, they are clowning around instead of doing there job and getting customers in and out. Then a employee leaves and he happened to be the only one working working, and it got slower than it already was. Very poor customer service and will probably not be back. I also have to watch everything they do as they dont pay attention to what they have and havent done because of the housing around. Ive had to in the past, prove they didnt pull the correct dip stick while checking the oil they just installed. Terrible.
Not a fan of the get in and out quick places like this. Id rather take it to the dealership where they can take their time and give it a good look about. They did a decent job here though and the price ws right. The staff was a tad friendly but answered the questions I had and if Im really short of time and in a bind I would come back again.
They deserve 0 stars, had another jiffy lube send me here because this one does the transmission service that I needed. I show up tell them I need the transmission fluid changed out and mine as well do the oil change. Well after about an hour they pull my vehicle out of the bay and tell me they cant do the transmission service but they went ahead and changed the oil. Well Im not to happy but whatever I got to go to the dealership. As I get into my car I look into the passenger seat to find it soaking wet along with medical documents that I had in the seat. They litterally poured my entire bottle of water on to the seat along with a stack of paperwork that us now ruined. I asked what happened and the guy that was cleaning apologized and got a single paper towel stating we dont do this stuff on purpose. Well I hope not. Dont let inexperienced kids work on your vehicles is the moral of this story.
James helped my Marketing managers Hummer to their shop when broke down in the middle of Cobb Parkway, truned out to be a crankshaft position sensor, from what my marketing manager said he went above and beyond to help a potential client. I will never go here again my engine almost seized. They didnt even change the oil filter. I wish I could post the pics to prove. Never again.
I was first in line for emissions testing and ended up waiting 40 minutes. They told me it would be 10. Ended up needing a gas cap, but my emissions paper said my gas cap passed inspection... In fact everything passed, besides my readiness. Which I assume is determined by them. It costed an additional $15, but I was still confused as to why I needed it.
Dont go here. they took advantage of the fact that im a female and had a fleet card for my company vehicle, very unethical and deceptive business practice. they deserve no stars but this site wont let me post without giving at least one. how about -5?
Took my Prowler to get the oil changed and they did a fantastic job making sure it was right on spec, the last place I took it the oil filter was improperly put on and it nearly cost me my engine. these guys are great!!!

My wife took my truck there for an oil change. After a couple days I noticed an oil spot in my driveway. I got under the truck to look and my oil filter wasnt even hand tight! Ridiculous
