Pretty happy with the overall experience. They’ll definitely get you back on the road. The part purchased was of satisfactory quality, and the labor cost was low. I reached out mid-day Monday about a quote and had my truck towed, serviced, and back into my hands by Wednesday evening. A 72 hour turn-around is pretty lightning quick for any shop. My center support carrier bearing went out meaning I couldn’t really drive the truck at all. For having my truck back in my hands within 72 hours and for under $500, it’s hard to find anything to complain about. Give them a try

They were super professional and took care me and my F550. I got a coolant flush and a bunch of diagnostic and repair work done. The condition of my cooling system is disgusting and no easy task to clean. They did flush it 3 times when I only paid for one so they did go beyond what I asked and paid for but it is not completely clean. I wouldve liked to have been offered a solution to have it completely cleaned. I did have an issue within 30 minutes of leaving their shop and they took care of me so I would definitely recommend them. They let you know of any issues they are aware of and are no nonsense. Specifically parts prices are a little high when compared to parts stores but over all they are worth it for the quality of work and being able to diagnose a issue and repair it.

Contacted me to hear my side of the problematic review. After hearing my problems he offered to drive my truck and check the codes after hours at no charge to see what the problem was. We went back and forth for 3 weeks before I could bring the truck in. By that time the check engine light was back on. We got together at his shop and he scanned the codes and took a bunch of time contacting Dodge and replacing a Nox sensor. He really spent a lot of busy time trying to solve the problem. A higher quality experience than any auto shop. David was great to go through every detail of the work and make sure I knew exactly what was going on with my car. They did a detailed job for me today that ended up going way past the estimated time. This is my very first Google review. I normally do not have time to write something for others to read. I own a small business. Like all small business owners, I work very hard, and a lot of hours. I need my diesel truck every day, If I don’t have it, I don’t get paid. It is extremely difficult to take time to keep it maintained. Ive used Diesel David to replace an O2 sensor, for an oil change, and the monthly checks, headlights, battery, and fixed some major oil leaks, among other things.I have used Diesel David for at least the past few years now and my car has been working noticeably better since signing on to their monthly maintenance program.

My car has been making this God awful squealing when driving down the road, a cringe worthy squeal that has all the other drivers on the road glaring at you (imagine nails on chalk board x100). So yesterday I stopped at a well know shop on my way home and they pulled my car in and within 5 minutes the mechanic told me I needed new rotors and brake pads (even though my pads were changed about 6 months ago). The mechanic told me my pads were metal on metal and my rotors were warped and could not be turned or refinished. I left completely frazzled and stressed out with dollar signs swirling around my head after the quote given to me.A friend of mine recommended Diesel David Inc to do the work and he provided a quote much lower than the above shop and he could do it after work tonight (not having to miss work for car repairs is always a plus). So I get to David’s shop and he gets my car on the lift and pulls the tires off to find that my rotors are fine and my brake pads are not nearly as bad as the previous mechanic described. Instead, he found the brake wear indicator had broken off and was grinding against the pad and rotor (or something to that nature anyways). He literally broke the little metal tab off and said alright, you are fixed and good to go. I just stood there with my jaw dropped. Had I just gone back to the other shop they would have robbed me blind. David literally saved me hundreds of dollars that I didn’t even haven’t begin with. So with all that said, if are looking for a ceriftifed, reputable, honest, and affordable mechanic, David is your guy! He isn’t just after they money like so many others. He has made a customer out of me!

Diesel David was very responsive and arrived at the time he said he would, he maintains good communication. He was able to identify my problem within 10-15 minutes, very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions easily, very friendly. My son borrowed my truck to move in Kennesaw, I live in Chattanooga. When my truck broke down I called and spoke to Mallory. They went to his house to look at it and when it needed to be taken to the shop, after hours she volunteered to be there when it arrived. NEVER have I had so much communication from a mechanic while they worked on it. When I went to pick it up they had a part that came in damaged. I am new to the diesel truck world and when my check engine light came on I got the code and called Diesel David. Mallory answered the phone (super nice and very professional) she said that she would have David call me about the code. David called me about 15 min later and advised me to check with the dealership because that code has a recall associated with it. He was right!!! I am taking my truck to Ford to get it fixed for free thanks to David. Most shops would have just tried to get me to come in so they could do the repair and make money. Ford misdiagnosed my engine code and wanted me to get work done David already did and under warranty (which we found out didnt need it!!) - mind you my car was with Ford for 10 days with no answer.
