Femi with Auto Service Pal is amazing! Never have I had an auto repair shop call me daily to give me an update on the status of my vehicle! He worked diligently with the warranty company to get the necessary repairs covered as much as possible! Bonus....I picked up my vehicle and it had been washed and detailed! I could not be more pleased!!

I took my wifes van to this shop when it started making noise while on the road. They quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it to my satisfaction. The staff are very courteous and friendly. They even offered me a loaner to use for the day as they fixed the van. I would highly recommend them for anyone experiencing car mechanical problems.

Absolutely amazing service!!! I came in because I busted my tire on my way to work last week. He not only picked up my car but also did a MUCH NEEDED oil change and a tire rotation. From start to finish my experience with Auto Service Pal was so very pleasant. We were visiting from out of town and just about to travel back cross country when our engine light started flashing. It was end of business day on a Friday - I was frantically calling multiple auto shops with no luck. My initial call to Auto Service Pal went unanswered, but is the ONLY shop that called me back and validated my urgency. Without even leaving a voicemail, I was called back within ten minutes, and told I could bring my car first thing the following morning. My in-person visit was just as agreeable - all staff were friendly and helpful. They were unable to replicate the issue to make a diagnosis, so the sensors were reset. They couldn’t guarantee we wouldn’t have further issues on our drive back; therefore, they were nice enough to not charge me. We got home with no issues.

Auto Service Pal is the best mechanic I have found in my 34 yrs of car ownership. Super excited about how well Femi was with my car. I told him my issues and he tested and drove it to make sure before ording the parts. He was in constant communication with me about all the issues. I was very impressed till I got it back. I wanted two parts changed when I went in had those parts for him already. One part got changed. Then he told me I needed another part so what did I do of course listen to him. I dont know much about cars. The car drove better but my ce light was still on. He told me it would be xyz part and thats super expensive. Well when I started looking it up I realized it was the part I had all along that he never replaced..... Wow really. He told me he never looked in the box but if I wanted it done it would cost me another $$$. I just was like whatever by that point. My hubby ended up getting a $10 code scanner and figured out it was the o2sensor. He didnt cost us very much to replace amd he didnt have to take hours replacing the part we were told to replace. The guy there was nice but I will not be returning since I didnt get what I paid for and really it was something he didnt tell me. Once my hubby replaced it we havent had a problem.

Ive never had a better experience with a mechanic. I think Femi, the owner, may be the nicest guy Ive ever met. Such an honest guy with a genuine desire to help customers. I have always been nervous to find a mechanic who will not swindle me but rather take great care of my car throughout its lifespan. If you feel the same way, the owner of Auto Service Pal, Femi, is exactly the automotive technician you seek. As long as Femi is within a day’s drive of me, I will go to him for all of my car maintenance and mechanical needs. For over 3 years he has been extremely honest and upfront with all of the vehicle repairs I have (or have not) needed across two different cars (1996 Toyota Corolla and 2010 Toyota Prius). Femi will tell you the truth and deal with you respectfully as he relays to you what your car needs without applying unnecessary pressure. He knows the essential and important work required and tells you clearly what is needed while charging you fairly for his work and labor. Femi has provided service from basic oil changes, to repairs, to car inspections when I was looking for a new vehicle following an accident, and even provided detailed advice while purchasing a new car. I have know the owner, Femi for a long time now. Close to 3 years. There is a reason I have known him so long. He is the only mechanic and individual I trust.
