I got my screen replaced for my iPhone X and it was great for about a week. Then the glue holding the screen in started to fail. I went back to get it glued back into place and it was done sloppy but it was in place. It worked good for about a week as well then it started to fail. I haven’t had time to go to town and get it fixed over the holidays and this morning I wake up to find my entire screen and bezel coming off my phone revealing the inside of the phone giving it a serious flaw. And on top of that they didn’t bother to clean the inside of my front facing camera. Very unsatisfied and I’m hoping that they will install a new screen for no charge sometime this week.

Very quick at replacing my daughters iPhone screen and inexpensive.

So this is the third time Im doing business with this company.. if you are here to see if they are worth it, let me tell you, it is. I took my brother in laws completely shattered Galaxy S8 in for a screen repair, and they did it in a timely manner. Another time I needed them to fix my charge port for my iPhone x and they got it done and worked with me on a fee for that service . They are worth it.

Id give a lower review if allowed. Be very cautious of what they give you as they will try to slip in old products.They performed a show of looking up the right part number in their system on a laptop screen swap. Said theyd need to order unless found something in inventory. An hour later they called and said had found in stock and had swapped the screen. What they found in inventory was a ten year old screen with a lower resolution by a third and not matching original at all. If you insist on using be ready to roll the dice on if they try to slip you some old product or used at the same price. They told me as a way of excusing what theyd done that they often use used screens for iPhone repairs.

I have used them several times and have never had an issue until today. I took my samsung phone to have the back replaced and a new battery put in I paid 107.00 for these repairs. Upon looking at my phone there was damage to the bottom of the front screen which was not there when I took it in. The salesman said the only way to repair it would be to replace the screen. The manager then came and said I was taking advantage and refused to correct their mistake. He offered a discount but I had already paid.

Please do not use this place unless you have money to throw away! They were horrible, rude and messed up my phone. Ended up having to go elsewhere to Iphonemedix to get it fixed. Thankfully the nice man understood there and provided me a discount because I had paid for one repair already! This place needs to be held accountable by the Mall for all the phones they destroy!!!! I also heard a guy in there saying to put a fake review to cover up our REAL reviews, this place is a scam. I have contacted the mall!RESPONSE TO YOUR FRAUD COMMENT!I will not argue on Google with a business, take OWNERSHIP of what you did to my phone. I can not boast more about this place!!! I sat at the Verizon store for an hour trying to figure out why my iPhone 5s wouldnt activate they couldnt tell me why so had me call apple care who couldnt help me at all either. Walked in here, sat down for 5 minutes and BAM! Someone sold me a phone for the wrong provider.... seriously that easy. GO HERE FIRST!!!! They even bought the phone back from me for really close to what I paid for it!

These guys are shady. Do not get your phone fixed here. They repaired a screen on my LG Phone and it literally fell off the phone a few days later. I brought it back and they offered to do nothing to resolve this and basically told me I was out of luck. I lost over a hundred dollars and got a phone back that was damaged more than when I originally brought it in. There warranty constantly changes when you call them. These guy operate under four to five different business names online so it is very difficult to track them down. They do this so people cannot write reviews on them. These guys are located in the Mall of Abilene. Do not trust you phone with these guys. The 5 star reviews they have on here are fake. Look at them they are not even from Abilene and they all 5 Stars? Very hard to believe. Its hard to believe that the Mall would let a business like this continue to operate. Stay away from these guys unless you want to get ripped off!In response to below, I did NOT have the experience elsewhere, it was the repair shop directly across for El Chicos in the Mall!!! And your google plus page business name is iPhone repair Abilene then your website it is slickrepairs. The 5 star reviews arent even form people from Abilene so I am assuming they are 100% fake! The people are always so friendly! I have broken my iphone twice and both times they were able to fix it in no time and were more than reasonably priced! So much faster and cheaper than using the insurance provided by iphone.

NO!!!!!!They didnt fix my iPhone in an hour like some of these reviews say.They did however mess up my ear piece and charged me to fix it. They jacked up the flashlight!!!!! And lastly they didnt even put the screws back in on the bottom of the phone so the screen would just popped in and out!!! I would rate 0 stars if I could.

Didnt get the feeling that I was getting ripped off. Got a new battery for my phone and it failed after the warranty, but they replaced it for free without the receipt!

Gave them my unlocked samsung galaxy s7 edge that had a burnt out motherboard. They replaced it with a locked sprint motherboard, after multiple conversations and concerns that i needed to put my sim into it and for it to work. Secondly, they didnt glue the backing on properly, and they still charged me full price even though i demonstrated it didnt work properly. After some arguing, i just paid...i had another s7 edge and an iphone to use as well and it was obvious they didnt care about thier unsatisfactory service. Might even contact the BBB regarding it
