Excellent service. No wait, worker was super knowledgeable, helpful, and competent. I needed my name changed. He took multiple measures to ensure my identity which I appreciated. He was not a robot but very engaging. Extremely happy with the fast and quality service.

Took my mother to get her a new phone today. Walked in and mentioned the commercial they air on TV every 5 minutes. Everyone gets an upgrade. New and existing customers. The guy who didnt look up from his tablet says dont know what your talking about. You have to wait for them to send you the LG (we dont want hence the reason we came in) sorry cant help you. Didnt offer to look up her account. Didnt even look at us. Pretty sure it was because she is older. So rude. Went to Walmart and the super nice guy totally helped us. Guess what. She DID qualify for a new phone and a super nice one. So bearded guy who Im pretty sure is the manager needs to get fired. And every one Ive told this to has heard a story or 2 about him. Hope his boss sees this. Dont be rude to the elderly

Well first of all I would like to say Thank you to Paul the rep at the North East store of Abilene. Paul was working with a couple and htheir daughter Ruby when I walked in. He also had another customer waiting before me. I was greeted Friendly and was in formed that it would a little bit before I was taking care or I could come back Saturday. I Chose again I chose to go wait, then couple we waiting on their phone to down load, Mr Paul goes to work, he takes care of the gentleman before what was done in 10-15 mins, they ask me what phone I was looking for, I said 12 pro max. Paul let me know he has only one, I took it, again the couples phones were still downloading, he take care of me and has me out the door before 7pm. Gain the person is what customer service is about, and at AT&T you has a bad rap for this, but shined and with no pressure took care of all of us with a smile, thank you! My hat goes off to Paul for caring for us and what he does for us! THANK YOU MR PAUL!!

Came in for two new phone lines and Representative Hailee was very helpful and quick with the entire process which made the experience extremely easy and stress free!

Haile was very helpful, she knew her stuff. The prices were not what the commercials lead on, it was much higher, so we chose not to switch our service. But the store was clean and the staff was knowledgeable about the available products.

Horrible experience. Juan was no help on August 7. He admitted he didn’t know any solution to fixing our phone problems. Juan also just talked and didn’t listen to my issues, just really pushed me away from solving a simple problem. Won’t be returning to this location again. Especially if Juan is there.

Zach is the absolute best! Any cell phone issues we have, he is always there to help provide a solution. I highly recommend this store.

I got great service at the store and I mean that! I got pumped up over the price of the phone. However, I couldnt get my old phone to transfer once I got home and after many attempts I called back to the store and a different employee brushed off my concerns with a youll just have to contact Apple also I now see how very overpriced the extras are and this is my fault for just getting what you had in store for buy 2-get one free very very over priced. My fault for not walking next door. Pretty phone

Customer service was not up to par as other AT&T retail stores. Sales reps seemed somewhat rude to customers and knowledge of products and services was not impressive at all.

Zak was exceptionally helpful getting me into an affordable replacement phone.

Hailey was super helpful, patient and understanding in helping us get an issue resolved from another location. Appreciated the customer support and kindness.

Went in after having no luck online. Juan R was totally amazing. He spent 3 hours getting our numbers transferred from straight talk. He never gave up and went above and beyond his duty. I really appreciate him and highly recommend going to him.

Good customer service. Visit the store just to make payment but it would be convenient if they had a kiosk for those that like to pay cash or cc payment. This way their agents can help customers there for something else.

We got help right when we walked in and walked out with what we needed.

The individual stores might provide excellent service but I abhor the customer service provided by AT&T. They claim they are the best but I know the service is terrible out in W. Texas. The people with Verizon can call from everywhere. I have actually stood on top of my truck to get a signal. AT&T is such a rip-off they need to be forced into divestiture again like they were back in the 80s

I got a very nice newmphone and when it arrived and I could not seat the SUM card, they were there to help.

I give the associate that helped me 0 stars. Was rude, didnt resolve my issue. Blamed samsung for the issue when it is an at&t service i was having an issue with. Should have went to the store on So. West drive in abilene. But this store is closer to my home. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD.

They cant help with anything anymore you have to call the 800 number. What are they there for!!! Ive been a customer since 1996 and my bill just gets higher and higher!!! I think its time for a change!!!

AMAZING! Had a problem with a past account that caused difficulties while in the store but Matthew and Gianno kept at it. Matthew was my sales person and was absolutely perfect. My patience is short and they both managed to keep me smiling while taking care of business. They even had another employee go out of their way to get me taken care of. This is your store folks!

On the driving... my new tab S4 wasnt working correctly so I stopped in here...Gianno was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on what the problem was... within a few minutes he had it solved and I was back on the road. GREAT customer service!!

Great service this visit

We just finish waiting 40 min for our 4:00 appointment. Lights were on but doors were locked and we never saw anyone in the store. Extremely frustrating when you drove over an hour to get to our 4:00 appointment.

I am very happy about the services that I have got from the manager gianno. He was amazing and helped me to set my new phone.

We went to the mall to get a new phone since I had an upgrade available but were told this location had the one I wanted in stock. As soon as we walk in and talk to the two guys they said well why didnt yall just do everything there at the mall and just pick the phone up here, like we were bothering them. Then one of the guys kept talking about how the 9+ was so much better than the 9 after I told him I didnt want it. and then said well its like 4 bucks more so.... He was just very rude. The guy helping me didnt seem to want to transfer anything over, when he gave me the phone to see if my things did transfer I told my husband that almost nothing was on it. I got upset. because I didnt want to lose anything and the guy didnt say well let me check it for you or hey I didnt transfer anything but let me show you how to do it. I told him I had a lot of important stuff saved in a file and still nothing. when we got homw I sat and messed with it. he just didnt do his job and didnt transfer hardly anything over just like I suspected. I will never ever go back into this location so long as these two losers are working there. If they dont like working the day after a holiday or long hours or dealing with people then they should find another job because this is how It is in retail.

This store is one of the best I have been the manager Gianni was amazing I walked in with a not working phone and walked out with a new phone and only 3$ more a month. Thank you att for this amazing store

Well I thought I had lost all hope visiting those dang stores on the south side and then I noticed this shining AT&T sign ducked off back by the north side walmart and man did those guys sure hook me up, I was greeted promptly and pleasantly by the young man who made my day so much better. I recommend this store over any other one, plus they always are staffed the right amount to give speedy yet quality service

Well hot dog these boys have done it again! I tell you what I was having more phone problems than I knew what to do with and Low and behold these guys fixed me up in 10 seconds flat! Awesome service and really felt like I made a friend on the way out!

I think it should be important to separate a review of ATT and a review of ATT store. People at the store are nice and respectful and quick to help. However when they give a preview of what your bill will be its 100% wrong...ATT is always overcharging more than they quote.

Here I was stuck in the dark ages with a flip phone when I happen to run out of gas in the small town of Abilene, Texas. I was a Sheppard lost in the valley of LTE when I stumbled upon this AT&T store and saw the shining light off of their iPhone™ X display. The way it lit up my life was an experience I have never been able to replicate and it is for that reason that I am the man that posts this review today. Not only do they have great service but affordable prices that is reasonable. Now that I have my new iPhone™ X and can feel the strong vibrating sensation on my inner thigh when ever I get a notification and it is all thanks to AT&T for providing me with these emotions!

The store manager, Gianno, is a kind gentleman and a perfect example of how great customer service should be, in my opinion, because he went above and beyond to help me. I’m an AT&T customer with an iPhone and I needed a screen protector installed on my phone by someone else because I don’t have the best of luck installing them myself. I came in one day with a screen protector I bought from someplace else and he was more than happy to help me even without proof that I was an AT&T customer, for no charge. ((golf clap for Gianno)) If Gianno can do something like this, I’m sure he provide a wonderful experience for anyone seeking to purchase services or items at this AT&T store.

This store never warranties what they sell! Not phones, chargers, not a single thing. They always want to sell you something new rather than help you work through the issue at hand. I bought a wireless charger here and was completely without cell service without a way to charge my phone. Rather than replace my unit with one that was new.....they told me to go online to the manufacturers website and file a claim.I would have been without service now for 9 days if it were up to these folks. Plus I am paying for the service I was unable to use. Thanks to good friends I have a Samsung Galaxy to carry me through until the company gets a replacement charger in my hands.

Livid... i called this store earlier in the day to set up an appointment so i didnt have to wait to talk to someone. they told me that there would be two people there at 6. so I rush out of work early walk in the store to find out that there is only one guy there already helping somebody. I wait 45 mins before the guy can help me just to be told that everything that i said i wanted to do on the phone wouldnt be able to be done. I explained on the phone how i wanted off my family plan and to have my own line and that i wanted the iPhone x. I told them i had an 8 that i didnt want to hang on to anymore and they made it seem like it would be no problem to trade it in and get some kind of credit for it even though it had a cracked glass back. That was not the case in store. poor customer service all around and i can guarantee that i when i do get my own plan it will not be with ATT

Kena is the absolute best AT&T associate! We switched to AT&T and Kena was amazing, we purchased new phones, got a 15GB plan instead of 2 and still less money a month than our previous carrier. Kena set everything up and has taken care of all the initial activation problems you usually have. Her customer service made the change well worth the trouble. My husband and I love our new phones Our AT&T service has been great, we have a signal in places we have never had before. We were with our other carrier for 9 years, never late on payment, thought we were valued customers until my phone stopped working and we were treated like dirt. No customer service, told I had to purchase a new phone at full price or be without a phone. Would not even offer me a discount on phone. Switched to AT&T; new phones, better plans, GREAT customer service, less money. Im a happy!

I got an IPhone 7 and 7+ at this store. Shortly after that I deployed. My wifes phone broke while I was gone so I sent back here to get some help. They refused to even look at the phone and wouldnt even let her use the wifi to face time with me on our IPad ( not cell capable). I will never go back to this store. When I called to see what was going on they were stand off-ish, and unhelpful. They do not take care of customers.
