I would not recommend doing service with Suddenlink. I waited in line outside for a good 30 minutes just to get to the agent at the computer and be told to go online and look at plans. No help, no explanation of anything. Thats the entire reason for me coming up here in person. I work customer service and if I wanted to earn a new customer I would demonstrate good service quality.

Don’t walk away from this company, RUN as fast as you can!!! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with!!! I wouldn’t even give them 1 star, but I had to just to do a review. The representatives they have no clue what they are doing. I have been back and forth with this company for 3 days now. On the phone for hours with no resolution yet. All their stories keep changing and no one seems to be able to fix my problem. I simply Wanted to upgrade from 400 MB to 1 gig and that seems to be an issue for them to understand. They have upgraded my services on their end so I can be charged for the one gig but can’t seem to give me one gig service. I guess they didn’t think I would do a speed test to check what services I’m really getting. The first technician that came out did not even change out my modem for the one that I needed for the one gig and did not install my Suddenlink stream box instead just left it on my table and said there’s instructions in there on how to set it up. And now I have called back and request that someone come out here and change the modem like they’re supposed to I’m having to wait even more days without my service just to get a technician out here to do the job that they were supposed to do the first time. It took me asking 6 times to speak to a supervisor before the representative would transfer me to them.

My internet wasnt working Oct. 24,2021. I unplugged it and repluged to reset it. It still wouldnt work right. Ill called suddenlink link to have someone to see why my internet wasnt working. They schedule an appointment on Oct. 28,2021 between 8am to 11am no showed up. Its after 11am, I called again now their saying it would be between 11am to 2pm to have them come fix my internet. I made plans to take that time off from work. Now I have to miss work because they cant keep their agreement time frame the first time. I cant wait until I get with this new internet provider in 2022. Leave suddenlink. They do terrible business with residential.

Ever since I moved into my new house we have been having trouble with suddenlink cable today which is November the 5th 2021 my wife been calling to let them know about the problem and all we get is sorry we will look into it we been to the suddenlink office here in Abilene and they just tell us to call for support and nothing has been done Im fixing to drop suddenlink and go somewhere else

Such a horrible company. Will do ANYTHING to try and steal money from you. Charged me $100 for lost equipment when one of THEIR techs picked it up. Would not recommend Suddenlink to anyone. If you’re having an issue I hope you don’t want to get through to a human! They will keep you on hold forever! They might be closed who knows!!! They won’t tell you! Absolutely horrible customer service.Edit: they will reply to your 1 start review in five minutes but can’t have someone reply to the email they requested you send. Absolute garbage. Getting .5-2.2mps and paying for 1gps. Called and told nothing wrong. Called again and was hung up on. No call back. Called again, left number, no call back. Tried online chat, never got anybody. Obviously only care about your money.10/21 Contact someone who maintains a social media page? What are they going to do, shoot me an inspirational tweet to try and make me feel better? Customer Service represents the company for the customer. If they dont care, that tells most of us what we need to know.

Professional, knowledgeable, courteous staff members who are cheerful and career orientated and politely address issues and offer current sales promotions. Worst. Company. Ever. If I could rate zero stars, I would. Charged me an EXTRA $300 one month for exceeding my bill limit after I had gone online (per their directions) to upgrade my plan, and it apparently didnt work, even though I got the confirmation email. The next month I deployed, and was charged an additional $100 - could not even tell you what for because I was so angry I didnt even try to fight it. Have tried calling their customer service line mulitple times and it always seems that I dont understand how the service works and they screw me out of more money. If you can get any other company I recommend it. Do not subject yourself to their incompetence.

Absolute terrible service. Suddenlink is the only provider in my area and the internet does not work more than it works. Numerous technicians have been out and they find nothing wrong while they are here, but by the next day the service is back to intermittently working. I can not wait until another provider is in the area or I move. Definitely do not recommend Suddenlink if you have the choice.

I can’t review this locations customer service bc I never made it inside the building. Why? I’m glad you asked. The posted hours of operation are 9am-6pm but here stand myself and 5 others at 9:10am watching people move around inside the building but the door is still locked and no one has acknowledged us. Poor form suddenlink. Poor management by whoever runs this location. Poor oversight by their regional manager. Poor selection of leadership by corporate. This is surely one of many reasons your ratings are as low as they are.

Traaaaasshhhh…I requested disconnection for the end of the month. I was told that this was scheduled. I received an email informing me the disconnection date was the beginning of the month. I called back to restate my initial requested date. I was further reassured that my requested date was legit. I woke up this morning and guess what? My Internet is disconnected. I contacted customer service via messenger and was told to call directly. They are currently closed and I’m without service until at least tomorrow. 😒

We have had suddenlink for 2 years and go almost daily with internet outages several times a day. Several calls lead to no fixes and I’m tried being nice and being on the phone for hours trying to fix problems. I am most definitely being robbed of my money. The worst part is they are the ONLY service provider in my area, so they just don’t care. If I could find a corporate number I would call them but nope they don’t have any decent customer care so no such number is visible.

Lied about a best buy gift card promotion, and refused to work with me on my bill. even though were in a pandemic and they signed a program, saying they would not disconnect those in need. terrible customer service, and pays ATT to throttle there internet speed so your stuck. to go with only sudden link. The internet is so bad you just end up using LTE on your phone just about all day. They say to fix it just “unplug it and plug it back in”. Works for an hour then back to basically having no internet. Suddenlink is the worst and it’s not even close. They may reply to this review, but it’s just to look like they care. Nothing will actually be done and the internet speed will be 12% of what it should be until you go with literally any other company.

Every single experience is awful. If you work from home, plan on losing your money. Outages all the time and it takes daaaaays for someone to show up after they try reconnecting you over the phone daaaaays in a row. Representatives hang up all the time or maybe the calls get dropped all the time. Maybe their using their own service. Idk. Can’t wait to move out of Abilene so I never have to deal with them again.

There is a reason this company has 1 star. They are a joke. Scheduled an install with a technician for internet. Never showed up. I called customer service to confirm where they are or what happened. They have no idea what is going on, where they are, why they didnt show up, who the technician is, nothing. Customer service transferred me to sales to find out but if course they had no idea either. Pathetic customer service.

Absolutely nothing but a HORRIBLE experience dealing with this company. I had a new router installed on 7/3/21, the technician who installed my router took my old one with him. Fast forward to 9/1/21 and I have an unauthorized $100.00 charge on my card from suddenlink, after investigating I find out it’s a “unreturned equipment” charge. Yeah the same equipment their technician picked up from my apartment. I’ve spoken with numerous people none of them able to refund me my money or tell me where this router that their technician picked up is. I was told this will only take 3-5 business days for a review when I spoke with someone on 9/1. When I reached out again a week later I was told it will be another 5 business days, I wait more than 5 business days to be told I have to wait longer. The last time I reached out was 9/24 and I was told I will hear something by Tuesday (9/28) guess what? I heard nothing and have yet to hear anything and it is October 1st. Such a poor excuse for a company and I can’t believe anyone willingly works for a company who steals from their customers. I will never recommend suddenlink. If you work for suddenlink you should be very embarrassed.

Worst experience I have ever had with any company. upgrading service to include home phone. The technician that came to my property had a hired yard boy tell them to leave. Instead of contacting me, the person that ordered the service, they simply left and now I have to wait 13 days for them to come back. I called to complain and was told there is nothing that can happen to speed up the process. This is WRONG and they say they are not responsible.

They charge extra hidden fees and charge extra and then say it was a glitch on their part, but they report it to yourcredit which lowers it if you ever cancel.

Just had suddenlink installed and got the highest package of internet, Im on a military base and the internet was okay to start off during the day, when it came to later in the day/night time, the internet speed dropped tremendously! Its almost as if they shut down their internet when their store closes, ridiculously slow speeds.

We are so disappointed with Suddenlink. We have been with them for 9 years now. We currently have an on going issue with Suddenlink of being charged for “cable” that we did not request. They are charging our account without any request from us or any authorization from us. We were out of town. So how can we request “cable” on the specific date they say we requested? Only request we made was for “internet”. We have been calling and have been instructed by Suddenlink to call “billing” bc they are the ones that charged our account. We have been calling for 5 days now to speak to a supervisor. They keep telling us that they will forward the message. Well the “supervisor” has not returned our call to this day. We even went to Suddenlink company and they couldn’t help us and to call “billing”. So since “billing” do not want to speak to us to resolve this issue, we will pursue further action against them. So if anyone has Suddenlink PLEASE keep an eye on your bill. We know of another customer that is in the same situation. If you google FCC “cable bills” they have received so many complaints that this is an ongoing issue with customers. Not just us.

Rubbish service!120/ month for thrash! 1 gig internet cost the same as 1 gig and cable, so youre forced to get 1 gig and cable.The internet works fine, but the customer service is appalling. The most infuriating part is that they have an app... that only works on your home WIFI!Who TF watches TV on their phone when theyre at home. I cant wait for VEXUS to get into my neighborhood. Im frequently on the go, so having an app to watch my beloved Arsenal is pivotal, not able to do that with this thrash.Worst product ever!PS, I used to pay 55/ month for AT&T fiber in San Antonio for internet,  65/ month for FUBO for streaming.  120/ month with way better service,  quality and access. Its frustrating when the choice is taken from you.

When I went to the physical store, they just asked for the modem without any help. This company is terrible, always has, and always will.

For those of you able to get Vexus; do it.Customer service is very unprofessional. We are trying to cancel service at my old place and they hung up on my husband and did not call him back. I would understand the hanging up had we been yelling at them or in any way demeaning the person on the other end. However, from experience with this customer service, we were polite, direct and kept everything at a speaking tone.Internet is not worth getting treated this poorly for no reason. The people in Suddenlink customer service either need to undergo some training or a vacation. Stop treating us as if we are your enemy from the start when we have not done anything to warrant it. We paid our bills on time and did not get mad, over the phone, when customer service added an apartment number after we confirmed 3 times that we were not in an apartment complex; The additional numbers are still in the account, it was not worth the energy.Every interaction has been bitter. I know this review will not make a difference and likely will get shrouded amongst the many frustrated reviews. Yet, I hope someone who is in a position of power takes action. And again, if you are able to get Vexus or anything else, please do.

Called to cancel cable and keep internet. I was told it would only lower the bill by 10 dollars. Why on earth would a 400 mbs package cost 140 a month. I was trying to get the guy on the phone to help me find a way to lower the bill for just internet.Phone call disconnected and he never called back.

Weve been with them for 1 1/2 years. Internet only. Was great till about a month ago. Service router kept resetting itself. I called to get technical help and was told we had to get a service tech out since we were only customers in our area with an issue. So the operator said we had to pay upfront gor the service call. 150.00, wich 80.00 of that was our bill wich we ALWAYS pay within couple of days of getting our bill. So I get a phone call stating they believe they found and fixed the problem and would be no need for a service call. I asked, what about the money we already paid and they have no record of us paying for a service call, even though, out of the 150.00, our bill got paid, proving that it was the company that took our payment. When I finally got back in touch with operator, we were told that suddenlink NEVER requires upfront payment for a service call, that it will be on our bill. There seems to be no communication between different areas of company. There us so much more that has happened. Im not at all pleased with the last month of our service. I would strongly suggest being very cautious and to shop around before going with suddenlink. I hope it improves. They are the only provider in our area.

Ive been with suddenlink for a while when I first signed up my bill was supposed to be $60 . I have never seen it at that price went from 80 to 90 to 129 then I upgraded cause I was having trouble with my internet. My bill was supposed to be 129 its always been 149. My internet did improve but then I would temporarily lose it again. So when a new provider came to my area I signed up, as it got closer for the date to switch over I called to cancel I spoke with Emily who was speaking to me in Spanish then after I mentioned if she was speaking English she began speaking English I then told her to cancel my internet she was gonna lower my bill to 115 when my new provider will be 60 for internet service. She then transferred me to her supervisor he was refusing to cancel my account by giving me other prices. Yes voices were raised I became frustrated all I wanted was to cancel my service, very simple. Then while I was on the phone I found out I was still paying for cable even though I had turned in the box when I had upgraded. So theyre supposed to credit my account $125 and cancel my account. Ill be waiting to see if this does actually happen.

Then I called customer service for the 4th day in a row and the service representative tells me that he can’t help because his system is also down. I have used Suddenlink for internet only for four years without problems. I recently moved and added services for television usage. Its been out for past eight days as this was the first available appointment for technical service after rebutting twice failed to fix the problem. Unfortunately, the technician never showed or attempted to contact me. I called and spoke to a supervisor named Daniel who assured me that a technician would be there even though my appointment was missed. A second call was made after still no technician came again and was told that a supervisor named Elizabeth would be calling me back. Well, NO call was ever received! I mentioned to the customer representative at the Abilene office when paying for the bill the other day on my previous residence that I didnt want to be paying for services that have not been rendered. Well, I was told that the technician will be gathering the evidence giving it to the billing office and that they would be making the final decision. Really! Everyones time is valuable and obviously waiting around all day for a technician who never shows up is unacceptable! It seems that possibly switching back to my previous provider is a viable option.

I was sent a new modem to “upgrade “ the equipment. This is a modem/router all in one unit. Have had it for only one week and it has gone down 4 times. Trying to get anything accomplished with the technical support is exasperating. Finally an appointment was made for a technician to come out. The I received a call assuring me that the issue was resolved and the appointment was canceled. One hour later the internet went down AGAIN. They proceeded to tell me the appointment was no longer available and would give me an appointment for next week. UNEXCEPTABLE. Bottom line, customer service BITES.

This 5 Star review will definitely come as a shock to others (based on recent reviews)🤣. I visited this location on 3/1 & 3/2 to take care of some issues (2 visits were necessary). I was expecting the worst due to previous reviews and a personal experience a while back ago. Im not sure what has happened since but the ladies that were working (I wish I had their names) were phenomenal and took care of the issues quickly. It was an overall outstanding experience!

Recently just started services with Suddenlink, paid for premium install which meant that I would have someone from Suddenlink come to my home, not a 3rd party vendor. When it came time for the tech to come out, it was NOT someone from Suddenlink, a 3rd party vendor showed up a half hour before the cutoff time and did a very poor job with the cable outside. Just looped it loose over the top on mine/neighbors fence and when I expressed that I did not like how that was done he said well you have to call Suddenlink and they will have someone come out and trench and bury the line in 4 weeks! That was very unacceptable especially when paying for a premium install. After several calls and conversations my husband had with them and not getting anywhere I figured I would call them once I received my 1st bill. I explained to the lady how dissatisfied I was and how after many calls I wanted a credit for just the premium install since my husband ended up burying the cable himself and doing the work, they told me there was nothing that could be done about it and also that theyre no notes stating how we were extremely unhappy! Suddenlinks customer service is a joke! This is by far the WORST company I have ever dealt with. Once I am able to find a different internet provider Suddenlink will be gone! Do not waste your time or money on this company!

Due to poor cell service at my address I was in need of home internet. Deciding to go big or go somewhere else I chose to go for 1G speed for $80 a month. Well after 4 months I dont believe I have ever received 1G speeds. After constantly incurring dropped service and constant buffering on all my devices (most of the time I only use 1 at a time maybe 2)I decided to call to have them look at it. Well I was told they only have to offer 75%of what the are selling me.update. they came out to fix it. and i was told good luck getting more then 400Mb. Im still only receiving 300 Mb and when i called in to change my plan i got hung up on and now Ive been sitting on hold. and to the Suddenlink employee who said to talk to you on social media. I dont use Social media and Im not going to start just to talk to you so you can push me off on there too. I dont know how your company is still in business.

I cancelled with suddenlink 3 months ago. Found out today I am still being billed. Tried to call every customer service number I could find but every single one is an automated voice. I can’t talk to a real representative because the account is suspended for nonpayment, but I don’t want to pay the bill and have the service reconnected again. I am a college student stuck with a $600 bill for service I never even got the chance to use. I have no idea how I am going to pay this, I can’t believe Suddenlink does this to their customers especially during a pandemic. Please, if you’re thinking about using suddenlink, don’t. They will literally rob you of your money. This isn’t the 1st issue I’ve had with them either. I will absolutely never be going back and hope that I can figure out a payment method before the bill goes into collections and wrecks my credit.

Please, LEAVE ME ALONE. We requested to be removed from your mail list a couple months ago because we were getting harassed DAILY by your junk mail and advertisements and we are STILL RECEIVING mail. I dont want your services (if you can call them that because your internet never works properly). Stop wasting paper and wasting my time.Update 6/29/2021: I have submitted a complaint with the BBB. We have requested to be put on your do not mail list THREE TIMES now and we are still receiving mail from you. Simply milk you of your hard earned money. The cost of plan they sell online is not the actual deal. One has to pay double or nearly triple the amount. Charges, services etc. However the one time in 10 years I asked for a possible refund on a fee No thats not possible how do you expect to keep customers when you provide such terrible customer service. You call to get service and they schedule to come to “ install service the times are from 8am to 5 pm ??? Really or 11am to 8 pm really.. so you waste your Time waiting for them to show up, at 10:40 just to tell you they can’t work because “ they are not allowed to be in the attic after 10:30 “ so he said He well show up the following the next day . Staff in office is helpful, but very understaffed. If anything is referred to a field supervisor, dont hold your breath waiting on a response. Rate office staff highly, but Suddenlink as a whole gets multiple thumbs down.

Listen to mine and all the other reviews… there’s a reason suddenlink is rated 1 star!! We tried to switch our service from our old home to our new home and it was a nightmare!!!! 3 times they canceled our appointments! 3!! We would call and confirm they were coming and when they didn’t come the customer service reps tell us that the people who would come to our house canceled our appointment. When we finally got a supervisor they said they were terribly sorry, give us a discount and that they would send someone today or for sure tomorrow. Did anyone show up to our house?? Nope! Run far far away from suddenlink!! Your time will be wasted!! We have not had WiFi or cable in our home for 3 weeks now because of them. We switched to Taylor telecom and got the most professional service and they will be at our house tomorrow to install.

Horrible customer service. Our box just stopped working yesterday and lost internet completely and they just ignored us. House depends on good internet, wife working from home and our security system is down. I explained everything to lady on the phone yesterday and she was just repeating same answers. As I’m writing this it’s 1 pm and still nobody showed up or even called. Just horrendous. Zero stars.Update: Technician Mark showed up @1:50 and fixed it. So for him 5 stars, very professional and knowledgeable. For the company still zero.

Took over 6 hours from paying my bill AND the 800 number customer service representative telling me my account was active and good to go to actually get my service turned back on.Also, they took my temperature without asking, or clarifying what it was for, and it was not by a trained professional. They also did NOT require a mask when I went it right after lunch, but upon returning later said it was an absolute requirement. Selective enforcement of policies is ILLEGAL.They are literally useless and only exist to take your money, not to solve any issue. When I asked what the managers name was, I was told they did NOT have a manager, which is an absolute lie.

Every month is a different problem with this company. It’s almost to the point where I’d rather not have any internet at all.I was double charged a bill & then essentially said they didn’t and wouldn’t fix the issue even though my bank statement clearly showed a billing issue.I experience constant internet connection issues and their only fix is to reset the modem 10 times or wait it out.The absolute worst company to provide internet.

Do not go here for internet or cable if you do not have too. We ended our service at the end of December 2020. They are still charging me and are also saying I never turned the equipment in which I have a receipt stating I did in fact turn that in and cancel my service. Huge money scam. They up charge you for no reason. The place here has no idea what they are doing half the time. And the wait is quite long. If you can avoid them do so. They have done nothing but monopolize this town. We have been with out internet for months because we would rather go with out then go through them.

I’m like right down the middle with this company... I’ve been having multiple amount of problems with my internet...I go into the office to let the 2 female workers know what my problem was and they showed no care in the world... I’m paying for channels that are missing and I’m paying for internet service that doesn’t want to come on... I’ll keep y’all posted...I just found out that I was supposed to bring the box home and get it activated by calling them...They need to really work on their customer service skills and learn how to pass on to their customers’ much needed information...

I have had trouble with my connections since March. I have had remote calls and get occasional fixes but ultimately, my service has been poor. An actual technician, Victor, came to my home to fix my services and stayed for 4minutes. He said he gave me a totally new box (not a refurbished one) and this would fix the problem. Then he failed to give Suddenlink the new address on the box! NO wonder things did not work that time!I finally had a day off and the office is open so I went in. I expected a long wait time so I arrived early. I got to the Clack store at 0810. There was a line already! Many in the line were returning their equipment and leaving suddenlink. One gentleman told us that he comes frequently and the office never opens despite the website time and door time eluding to a 0900 opening. He was right! At 0910 the lights went on, at 0920 the door was unlocked to let two people in, one for each worker. When I talked to the woman who helped me she admitted that she knew that the service was poor and that calls were dropped when you tried to actually speak to a representative. How sad. I have been with Cox Cable and then Suddenlink for many many years. I was given a definite time for a technician to come to my home to set everything right; this was to be their last chance to keep my business... my appoointment was from 2-5. At 4pm I checked to make sure I was still on their docket; the recording repeated from 2-5. At 8pm I gave up hope and will be discontinuing my services with this company.

We have autopay and always make sure to leave money in the account for them to charge. So life goes on and out of nowhere, our internet goes out. I go on my account, we owe 0 dollars and werent charged for last month, and only charged $30 for the month before that. I call the robot for suddenlink and it tells us we owe $140 total so we pay the minimum balance until we can talk to a human to figure out what happened. After much frustration, I look at my account again after refreshing and still see 0 dollars. This doesnt Hello the fact that we moved recently and the technician that was going to meet us and install a new box was late, and the customer service representative pretty much told us sorry hell just come tomorrow or whenever real shady stuff done theyre the only internet provider in this city. Now I see why they have awful reviews no matter where you live

Im only making a review of suddenlink because they did something I was impressed by. I was visiting the shop to turn in a piece of equipment to finish closing a business account. I was meet at the door by a masked associate that used a scanning thermometer to check my temperature before I was allowed to enter the store. This is not normal in a lot of places, but I appreciate that Suddenlink is protecting its staff and customers by having a covid protocol in place.

It doesn’t matter who you speak with, they are all going to lie to you. They lie about prices and charges and anything else you ask about. I just got Internet with them the bill was ridiculous and they said they charged for equipment because they thought I was canceling service, they shut off the service with no reason a couple of days after I set it up - this is all before the first bill was even due. Calling them they would say they fixed it and everything is fine, but check back and it’s not fixed and the bill price keeps changing. I’m going to go without Internet . They are a monopoly in this area and I’d rather do without than deal with them. I strongly suggest anyone thinking about setting up Internet to avoid dealing with them.

This place will offer way overpriced services, and then double your bill without telling you. poor quality and generally rude customer service. if yiu negotiate your bill down, dont expect for it to actually be lowered... ive been paying $80+ on their cheapest service. you will ask for the cheapest plan and they will change it to a pricier one without your approval.

2nd review: Several times when I went to pay my bill at their office in Abilene, I ended up waiting over 2 hours before I was able to get to speak to someone. It took less than 2 minutes to make my payment and leave. Two hours is ridiculous!!! Everyone before and after me ALSO had to wait an eternity. They need to dedicate one person who takes payments ONLY, so those who have equipment issues or other issues that will take a long time to fix arent holding up the looooong line for those who only need a minute or two to make a payment. I cant BELIEVE they havent figured this out on there own. More than likely its Managements fault. Get it together please.1st review: Suddenlink is a great company! Very reasonable prices, fast internet, many different packages to choose from, and reliable equipment. The people that work there are very friendly andhelpful as well. If you want good cable and internet services, go with Suddenlink for sure! The one thing that is unacceptable here is the fact that they will raise the prices on your package without telling you. The best thing to do is call customer service, complain until they patch you through to another representative who will lower your bill. Thats what I did and it saved me over $50 on my bill that should not have been there.

I will go without internet before I use Suddenlink again. When I first signed up for their services several years ago, my bill was under $60/month. I have not upgraded my services at all and now they’re at over $110/month. Trying to cancel my services with them was like pulling teeth- they were unresponsive, couldn’t answer my simple questions, and demanded to know my new address (so they can send their constant promotional ads I’m assuming). Horrible service and terrible customer service; definitely not worth the hassle!

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Ive been trying to get them out to my house to set up internet so that I can install security cameras on my recently broken into house. Theyve now failed to show up to 3 different appointments. Every time I ask to speak to someone from management, they either hang up on me or send me back to the original phone prompts. Ive never experienced such terrible customer service, they had no issues taking money from my account for the service though!

Customer service was bad and my neighbor seen them break my cable and they did not repair it or contacted me for this. I had to call and it took over a hour on hold to talk to them. I called at 6am the same day my service went down and took over a day for them to come and still not repair my system. Now I have to wait for three days for them to come fix it. I called a week in advance to schedule services be installed. I left work early to be at my house. I was home from 4pm & all night. They were schedule 5-8. 8:30 came around, I called in and the technician lied and said he came by at 7:30 but no one was home. I called and they “were sorry” and schedule for the next morning. No show again! Called and tried speaking with a supervisor but they were in a “meeting”. Very poor customer service to give before I even start my services with them! I would not recommend.

We were being overcharged for our chosen internet plan for months. My husband called the help line multiple times and would be put on hold for hours each time, only to be told a supervisor would call him back (which never happened). We were told to visit the brick and mortar location, and the clerk there just told us to call a different number. After months of incorrect billing, the ONLY reason the issue was resolved was because we initiated a dispute through Bank of America. Thank god for our banks customer service. SuddenLink is a disaster, and their employees are clearly under trained.

Returning modem. Line at the door, But they had at least three representatives working so the line was moving pretty fast. While I was waiting I was reading the reviews on the Suddenlink office in Abilene. The reviews are very negative and did not show a very nice Office to work with. I will say the service is not very good with Suddenlink. So I’m hoping it gets better with my own equipment. I mention to the customer representative how many bad reviews their office has and she admitted. She admitted there’s not very many good reviews out there. While I believe their network Is not as good as they promote My experience with customer service was courteous and pleasant. Now what happens next time remains to be seen

I do not recommend. I had to use them for my internet for years to being the only option. Poor customer service and dont care about their customers Finally a new company came to town and switched. I went to cancel and then they really wanted me to stay. A 5 minute call to cancel service turned in to 30 minutes of me telling the call center guy and his supervisor that I want to cancel my plan. They didnt listen most of the time only trying to sell me other services to keep me as a customer. They finally listened and I am no longer with them. Hopefully they will realize that they arent the only game in town now and will focus on the customer more than lining their own pockets with our money.

Had an appointment, and had an unexpected power outage minutes before I got a phone call from the technician asking about our health status. My appointment was between 8 and 11. Called the guy back like I was instructed to when the power came back on. Left 3 messages and never got a call back. Called customer service and was told his supervisor would call me back within 30 minutes. Never got a call.Lost a day of work because of it. Got a call at 5pm about another appointment the following day between the same time. No show on their part. Called customer service again and was told there was no appointment for today. I was told the supervisor would call me again today and still nothing. Was told the technician had me down as not being home the first day. I was there I. The dark with no power. What can I do about it?Ugh! Lost half a day of work again. Now they tell me Monday. Another half day gone! So I lost 2 days of work already. Think they care? Not at all.

I want to put 0 stars. first suddenlink charged me for service that i did not receive then after being told i was done with my bill after disconnecting they charged an additional 212.00 dollars and refuse to let me speak to a manager this company is a joke full of scams i highly reccomend not using this company they will rip you off
