Fantastic service from Ricky at this S 14th location! Great delivery service as well!

Dont shop here! They let there employees harass you at any moment of the day leaving notes saying pay or else when youre a couple days late and have told them when youre going to be able to pay!! They stalk you and wait for you to show up at your house! So they can hound you and keep you from going in your own house! Shop at the other one so Tommy doesnt harass you and leave notes on your house way past normal hours of the store.

Great experience in this rent a center. Got a good cash deal and rented a bed all in the same day. would give 10 stars if i could.

Got a TV and air conditioner from Rent-a-center. Tommy was very helpful and delivery was excellent.

Its expensive. A kitchen table is twice as much there as it is at Buddys.

Bought a TV and was advised that only the HDMI port was non responsive. After watching the TV for 2 hour it cut off by its self and would no longer turn on. After 2 days rent a center would not take the TV back or do an exchange. All sales are final I took the TV to a repair shop and was advised that it would be nearly $350 to repair. When explaining the situation to the store, I was advise that it was a cash TV and the sale was not pushed. I would not recommend spending your hard earned money on a facility that doesnt back their products!

I have been renting from this location for at least 2 years now and they have the best customer service and professional people there. I will not rent anywhere else. I also enjoy the warm and friendly environment that you walk into at their store. They are the best

John was nice and very helpful. All the staff seems very nice. They do try to uncomplicated the process! If you are going to do rent to own, my advice would be to go to rent- a - center

I have had dealt with a lot of rent to own companies, and I have never been so satisfied. This Rent-A-Center were quick and polite. They made sure I knew what I was getting and they even showed up early for my delivery. I am already making plans to go back to them in the future.
