I took my iPhone 11 in with what I believed to be a cracked screen. It turned out to be only a cracked screen protector. Ray explained to me that I didnt need a new screen, just a replacement screen protector. So, instead of the $149 charge, it would be only a $49 charge. Great!The only problem was that the screen was not in his shop and didnt come in when he expected it.So I ended up driving three 80-mile round trips to his store in Abilene, TX. He finally credited my Discover card for the full amount.Too bad I cant give a 5-star rating. Just a problem with supply trucks.

Everytime I bring my phone in to get fixed it works for a bit but then things start happening to my phone. First my screen wasnt glued on properly now my screen is. All jacked up and not working and all messed up ...

Took my daughters iPad to them Saturday and they didnt call for us to pick it up until almost 5. I wish we would have taken a closer look at it because opening it up the screen looked great. By the time we got home and she actually got to get on it the replacement screen is loose and coming off, and the main button is jacked up and doesnt want to work now. Very very unsatisfied for the price that I paid I could have just gotten a new iPad almost.

Had my device for about 3 months and still not fixed or working like before. Constantly said they would call me when ready but I ended up having to call them every other 2 weeks just to be told the same thing.My device being unfixable was frustrating but more so the communication between whoever was working on it told multiple times I would be contacted but didnt until I called them and was told I didnt have to pay because they had the device for a long time.

I came in for a screen protector replacement on my phone. My wait time was slightly extended because the associate helping me was new but the manager took the opportunity to conduct some training. Both employees were polite, helpful, and provided great service.

I broke the screen on my phone and came to CPR to get it fixed. I just wanted to say that Mark was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and super efficient. I hope nothing ever happens to my phone again but, if something does, I know where to go for the best service in town. I highly recommend this location, right next to Hobby Lobby!

Great place to get your repairs done on your consoles and devices...Brought in my sons Nintendo Switch becuase it wasnt charging, they informed me it was most likely the charging port. Turned out it was just some dust in the port and it would charge after cleaning. They were up front and honest and didnt charge me a dime...Great honest business!

I have taken in a phone to be sold and received a great price. I also took in an IPAD with a broken screen, a phone with a connection problem and a laptop with a broken casing. Every time I go into the store I am greeted immediately and the staff is always professional and very helpful. The store is very clean and has a great range of cords, cases and other items for electronics. Most of my items were fixed within an hour and cost way less than buying a new item. I will definitely go back again.

The price to fix a ps2 was a little much.

I called to see what prices were for a screen repair and the price was very high i found cheaper prices somewhere else. But most of all is when the person who answered just seemed so disinterested it definitely was a reason to not visit the store as well.

Good news, The employee that made me so upset for a few months; is finaly gone.,On the negative side.I brought them 2 cell phones over the past 5 months.Out of 2 cells, we still dont have either repaired.The first one spent a long time and was even shipped out of state, however, the forensic company wanted more money to recover my data than the data was worth.The second cell was my wifes. She dropped it in the sink.. The took off the screen, then told me the able shorted the motherboard, and they could not fix it because they could not get the parts?? So I now have both phones, downloaded software to recover my first cell, and located parts and directions to repair it ...So, if you need a battery changed they are your answer, anything else???? Not sure at this point....However, they did not charge me so...Thats a big plus....!!!

Update: after lots of mishaps, they replaced the iPadThey’ve had my iPad for almost 3 weeks to replace the screen. First replacement screen was defective. Shipping is slow, I get that. I attempted to pick it up yesterday but the screen was loose on there. The girl behind the counter was supposed to let the guy that was fixing it know it needed to be looked at again and of course, I fell through the cracks once more. I called today and he’s keeping it another day to reapply adhesive or something. I’m beyond frustrated. Clients beware.

Things that would have made me more successful working at this store:[ Better boundaries ]1. Telling the person pricing the stock that is to be sold not to give discounts to military and law enforcement whenever it is an honor payed for by the customers through means of hidden costs [ we call this courtesy ] was patronizing to my potential as a store manager.2. The purchase of an item from the store should result in the cost of the item (for the store) to be refunded to the account so that a 1:1 replacement for the item sold can be put on the shelves.3. Informing me that the sales target is midmarket whenever competitive business is all about milling rates (supplying demand with a minimal margin of profit from courtesy and operations costs) to get positive word out and influence traffic was condescending to what I had to offer the company.4. The only failure as it regards pricing items is me not understanding that things were not in circular flow between the things that I sale and the accounts that collect it or details as it pertains to the operations cost of the store whenever pricing items. I was graded by the accountant and not the accountant and so I did not get to see (as an executive figure) everything that goes on. I was unable to create a system that milled rates because of information that was with-held.5. I was warned but numbers speak with me more then yellow zone. or red zone. in finance. So I was mute where my discipline (varying from an education in database and web applications programming to electro-technical skills in the military) makes sense of math. I couldnt see the warnings about the budget until it was too late.[ I do not agree with reason for termination to be insubordination. ]I agree with CSR pressure or feeling(s) of being alone in the environment.I should have performed way better with the repairs and been more organized. It was hard for me to do whenever under the extremes of either being by myself or swamped by customers and I greatly needed another coworker that would be there with me.I did make regretful purchase errors (such as a thousand dollars of isopropyl alcohol; most paid to hazardous shipping.) because I was either pressured to move more rapidly then what I normally do (not good at quick wit) and just couldnt sit down to actually focus on what I was doing.I believe that termination was rightful. I am a thinking type and whenever my energy is well adjusted my solutions to issues are analytical, calculated, and complete. It makes the work(s) that I do thorough but in fast pace and high stress environments I find myself maladjusted.I was not a proper fit for the company.

The girl who took in my ps4 for repair was very nice, and professional, and it got completely fixed for a reasonable price. Im very happy with the service. I do however think they might have misplaced my micro usb cable I was using with my ps4 controller, Im fairly certain I brought it in with the ps4, and I did not get it back. Over all it was a wonderful experience, I got my console fixed, and didnt have to get a new one. It works like new. :)

Tristen with Cell Phone Repair here in Abilene is very knowledgeable and honest about prices. The customer service I received was excellent, by far the best place to go. I tried a couple other places and was either ignored for the first 10 minutes, or looked at like they didnt know what I was saying. If you need your phone fixed this is the place to go!!

John was the epitome of professionalism from day one and I hit him with everything under the sun.......Multiple phones multiple issues and having never once backed up to the cloud :) lol...He also followed up with me to make sure that all had gone well with the new back up etc.I am very thankful that I called them when I was in town for a week during our state rodeo finals.

I brought in a ps4 for repair and paid the cost of buying a brand new ps4 to have it repaired. Got it home and it wasnt fixed. The disc reader no longer worked, which wasnt even an issue when i brought it in. I went back the following morning to have them fix my system correctly and the store isnt even open on time. Its now 10:30 am wed morning and no one has showed up to open the store. To have a repair done and pay what i had to pay and not have it working was a horrible experience.Edit: They figured out what was wrong with my system and repaired it without further cost.

My laptop was running extremely slow to the point it would sit for hours and not pop up a program I clicked. When I took it to other repair stores and even best buys repair, all anyone would say it was behind on programs. After it was fixed, it would just run as badly as before. When I went to the CPR store however, the employees helped me learn that my hard drive fried! They helped explain how it might of happened, what needed to be done, and how much it would cost. They even doubled checked for viruses and made sure it was in top shape before they completed it. Now my laptop runs faster than when I first got it! 10/10 would highly reccomended!

Quick tech help woth my Galaxy S6.

Will absolutely return for any electronic needs. My Tech Jon took care of me and my Droid Turbo 2 when it needed a new USB port and battery. He is a certified Motorola technician (rare) and got it all fixed up for much less than the price of a new in box Motorola DT2. He even knocked some off the price for the amount of time it took ON TOP of installing my battery for free, even though it really wasnt that long. (just paid for the parts and labor of the USB).
