Worst experience I have had with a cell phone carrier. I switched from T-Mobile due to being told Verizon worked better in my town and that an IPhone had better reception. My bill jumped from $50 a month to $98. Yes part was the new phone. Neither the service or phone was better in my area. I returned everything one week later. This was mid June. I am still being harassed for the price of the phone. They charged my bank and I had to have the bank reverse the fraudulent charges. Now the account has been turned over to a collection agency. The staff are great in sales but not with fixing returns. Hate Verizon!!
Bought 4 new lines and a few items. We discussed pricing and it was suppose to be in the low $200.00 which was false. Got charged multiple times cause they couldn’t bill all on one payment. Odd, so multiple sales tax charges. They didn’t add the discounts that’s were promised, now my bill is at $400.00 a month. We will be returning the items and going with another carrier.

Jeanette has very poor customer service. And Im sure because it was a BYOD and she wasnt going to make a commission off of that. Didnt want to give us the time of day. Did not follow up chain of command to find a resolution. Terrible in this day and age people just cant be polite and be happy to be blessed to be working. I highly suggest taking your business to the store off of Hwy 351 in Abilene, they have a much better attitude. Hopefully they address Jeanettes customer service issues. Shes causing them to lose business.

I wish I could leave 0 stars cause thats how verizon customer service is rated. I have yet been able to file a claim with verizon or asurion. We have multiple phones through you were all on a plan. We have warranties we spend good money for your service but yet we still cant get any service. My phone is my main source of income, wich all my business comes through my phone. My phone is unable to receive calls and text at times. I cant open my text messages, I dont get notifications of them and alot of times do not receive them. The same with phone calls, dropped internet, phone service, dropped calls etc. I am presently on hold now for 10min and have yet been able to speak with a representative. This is completely ridiculous and I expect a response to my claim. Please contact me I need to file a claim, cant get help and loosing business!!! HEEEELLLLPPP!!!!

I took over a family members iphone that passed away . I didnt know the I password and i couldnt get around apple id so I returned it . They gave me no hassle and were super helpful. My husband and I decided to upgrade while there. Professional and understanding

For the 2nd time in 2 months I walked into the store on Southwest Drive because I was told I had to wear a mask to get served and for the 2nd time I walked out. Covid is over and this is stupid virtue signaling.
This location would not wait on us without a face mask, and masks are no longer a mandate. The other Abilene location will help you without one. Don’t go to this store where they deny FREEDOM!!!! We will never be back!!! Very rude, unprofessional, and confrontational.
Not very helpful came in for help to unlock my phone that I got from Verizon and basically told me they couldnt help at all and sent me to customer service which was through a phone and took 2 weeks to unlock the phone
For the past couple days I have been frustrated due to my phone not working on my screen. When I walked in so I could just upgrade my phone, Carrie Davis (employee) helped me out. She was amazing at making sure I had the best experience and not only help me trade in my phone and get all new stuff for my new one such as two phone charger, a case, a glass screen, two pop sockets, etc. but she also was so beyond kind. Carrie Davis kept conversation at all times and went beyond just helping me get a new phone. I am so thankful Carrie was the one to help me out today and I left the store just feeling so grateful because of her. Thank you so much Carrie Davis, it means a lot on what you did today! Truly the best experience I have ever had at a Verizon Store!!

The store closes at 7 PM but they locked the doors at 6:30 PM, my wifes Sim card quit working and they would not help us or even acknowledge us at the door.
Someone opened a Verizon account in my name, at a house I havent lived at in years. This store gave me ZERO hassle, and was incredibly helpful getting it cleared up. Thank yall very much!
To set an appointment to change my account PIN, I have to know my account PIN...no exceptions and your people, both virtual and human hang up on me every single time. I am beginning to want a refund for my 17 years of loyal subscription.

Loved it there the staff was very helpful and Gena was the one who helped us she went beyond to make sure we were taken care of. If you want an excellent experience ask for Gena. Update they still go above and beyond they have new hours which are posted both online and on a sheet of paper ledgeable on the door further down. So again hours are clearly marked.
Very helpful staff. I was having an issue with a return and an employee named Nathan and his manager were relentless in trying to figure it out. Almost had the whole staff involved but they were all helpful and considerate!
Not friendly service. You know they dont want you in there. I shut down my dead husbands account and they kept it going. I called every two weeks for 3 months and they charged me for 3 months of a dead mans phone even though I turned it off every two weeks. They never gave me my money back. Being a new widow trying to raise a kid this ruined my ability to pay bills and ruined my life for months. Verizon is not sorry, but money hungry!

Finally got tired of using AT&T service figured I would go to Verizon. Matt was the guy who helped me get set up and moved all my phone numbers over and gave me a great deal on the new Google pixel 3 XL. Pretty great place for a corporate store good atmosphere hard-working personel.
Verizon itself, the huge company is a company that outgrew its ability to service its customers. Just try and get in touch with a service representative and speak one-on-one with a real person. This experience alone was enough to make me run to another company.

Horrible customer service ! No body greets you and it seems like they are doing you a favor. There is a Hispanic girl who talks down to you. Walking in to buy a tablet. She asked what we needed and said she was going to go look in the back to see what she had in inventory . Never came back she went back to the front desk . People started to walk in and I asked her if there was a sign in sheet and she snapped at me !telling me she had sign me in and the people could wait!!! The worst experience ever!!they need to fire her ASAP.
Wanted to disconnect a hot spot and get it off my plan. Went online and it wont let you take a device off of your plan, only upgrade. Tried customer service and waited 20 minutes so I came to the store to do it. Waited 10 minutes and wasnt even acknowledged. Then they tell me they cant remove a device from your plan either. You have to call in to get it done. Verizon is a complete waste of time. Also Verizon misleads on plan cost.

They are a company store . could not answer my questions .put me on the phone with a verison office . They referred me back to the store . One employee said have a nice day, I had verizon to reactivate our old phones - they did . The New phones are put away, while I pay for them ! NOT a good taste for the Abilene store or Verizon ! I live 70 miles away so not easy to go back and forth ! Hope others have better luck than I My 15 year old gson can do what they do . I went to them because I was referred to them by Verizon . I expected expert help but got Middle School help ! Larry

My wife went to this store to see about upgrading her phone. We have multiple lines on our plan and my sons phone was upgrade eligible so we wanted to transfer that upgrade to my wife so she could upgrade without having to pay a lot. I checked online and verified that I could do this without any extra cost to me but I told my wife to go to the store so she could hold the devices and decide which phone she liked better and do the upgrade there in the store. After all, this is the only official Verizon store in the area. She did this and then told them we wanted to transfer the upgrade from my sons line to her line (all on the same plan) and they told her it would cost us 15% down of the full retail price of the new phone to do the transfer. She called me and told me this and I started chatting online with Verizon support and they did not mention the 15% cost at all. My wife left the store and I was able to complete the upgrade transfer online without any extra cost or fees. The people in this store do not know what they are doing. I would strongly encourage anyone to do all their shopping online with Verizon because that seems to be the only place that you can get a competent employee.
Only one in the store yet had to ask for help. Not sure what was with the clerks condescending attitude but decided Id try again another time.
Went to Verizon and was helped by Brenda she was very professional and helpful and I appreciated her attention to my questions and concerns.
These guys here are pointless to even be open or in service, they are never doing anything and when service is requested its like they hesitate to help you, and when they do they know nothing of the policies or phones... you do better off googling information on anything. This store should be shutdown.

We have been Verizon customers for years and have always had a really good experience at the Verizon store. Ive been here Jan 2016 and today, March 2017. ( ive been here a few more times but i cant remember the dates) The first date was to replace a phone and add another phone. Today we were replacing my husbands phone because after several years, his iPhone 4 gave up the ghost. Today, Armando helped us and set everything up and got us what we needed. I believe he was the very one that helped us last year too! The other Verizon reps that spoke to us were also friendly. As soon as we walked through the door, we were greeted by Armando and helped immediately and very efficiently. I would recommend this store highly!

The customer service there is far from satisfactory...Needless to say I WAS a customer since 2008 until today. I was treated like I was a complete idiot and was blamed for a mistake that the store sales associate made on my account, When asked what were my options as far as purchasing a new phone since the one I bought in October of 2015 was stolen I was told I had no option and it was my fault for not double checking the sales associates documents for insurance on my plan. In my opinion, If I had Insurance on my plan from day one in 2008 to 2015 why would I decide to take it off when I purchase a brand new phone in October of 2015? But needless to say I was spoken to like I was a small child and was not in any way treated like a valued customer, when I mentioned to close the account pay the termination fees and proceed with another carrier that would value my loyalty and be happy to have me as a customer I got a reply back of a okay go ahead (eye roll) lol. Extremely unprofessional and never seems willing to assist or keep a customer, no wonder why their commercials are offing to buy other carriers customers contracts its their own fault for loosing their customers in the first place..Thanks for the lousy 8 years Verizon.
Every other Verizon store greets you upon arrival. This store ignores you until they feel like getting to you. I stood around awkwardly as I watched a gentleman text on his phone. Then he roamed around a little and finally asked me why I came in. I assume the other employees were busy as they were with customers. But still, no greeting, no sign in, nada...
Honestly, was supper easy, placed my order online, picked up my phones in store, and the store mgr helped by porting our numbers. We came in 30 minutes till closing but we didnt feel rushed or pushed by anyone.

Do NOT let Kelsie Hayes assist you! She not only rushed us out the door but she added our “upgraded” phone line to someone else account! Management doesn’t care about customer service. Had to drive back to the store after leaving due to Kelsie not adding the phone to our plan. Called and spoke to the manager or assistant manager Brandon and told him the situation, he said he had a conference call and would call me back later. I NEVER received a call back. I did the survey and got a call from the manager and said they would call back and that never happened either! Finally called the customer service number to have someone make it right for the huge inconvenience this store had given us.Don’t recommend anyone to come here!Not worth your time or money.

Very poor customer service. Yes and No answers with no solid information to provide me an explanation. Spent like 500 dollars upgrading and still charged me an activation fee. Ruthless. Also, the individual answered the phone saying sh** before his greeting. Horrible work ethic.

Overall excellent customer service, Yes, occasionally do run into a dead zone but it is only for a little bit. That was just before Coleman. Otherwise no other issues to gripe about from Sweetwater to Waco, from Brownwood to the Metroplex.

Update on ANOTHER awful experienceGot my NEW phone in July 2017, the screen wont come on now.Went into the store to have them battle and refuse to warranty my phone because my CONTRACT started August 2016... Argued for at least 45 minutes about itCame back to my office, called the collect number, had a new phone shipped within 10 minutes.So I walked in to completely empty store. I am the only customer at 6 pm on a Wednesday. The guy behind the counters first comment? Youre gonna make me work today? Apparently not. Asked him about my bill. He gave me whatever answer it took for me to leave. My mother went to another location in San Marcos and had all her questions answered in 10 Minutes. The few questions I had answered by the Abilene employee were all wrong too. Save your time and just call the collect number. You wont get help at this location.
