Brianna R. was such a pleasure! A real professional who took the time to assist even though we were requesting a no cost upgrade. We had poor experiences at other T-Mobile stores. Most representatives didnt want to deal with the no cost upgrade. Brianna was patient, positive, and expert! Made me want to return with my future business! I am telling my friends and family to drive out of their way to enjoy Briannas outstanding service!

Lyric Huggins-Jones and Cierri were wonderful and went above and beyond to help me upgrade my phone! The store became very busy and Lyric was the only person that could help us! Cierri is in the process of being trained. Neither ever became frustrated or rushed and there were 4 other sets of customers waiting to be help after me. Went the north first dt abilene.texad waited and waited two young girls with a costmer no one came to as i still down then i got up left the saw me didnt say nothing to me. Two techs helping one person. They sounded like they didnt know what the hell they were doing. Had to drive to southside to be help with my new phone.

As with any mobile phone store, theres going to be a wait. You know this. Accept it. Anyway, we were greeted even though they were busy with other customers. They checked on us periodically until they could get to us and even multi-tasked to start helping us while wrapping up with another customer. Nice staff.

Only because I cannot go lower. Worst employe, I have been around. Was there over 15 minutes, employee,walked around me at least 4 times, never acknowledged I was alive, she looked right at me, all I can say is WOW......

I upgraded my phone and the phone I turned in had a 64 gig SD card in it. I called when i remembered it and they said they already sent it off. I was not compensated and was told pretty much I was just out of a 50 dollar SD card. I believe that should be part of their job is to make sure to check the phones that are turned in so that valuable pictures and money is not lost to the customer.

Well when I arrived at the Sprint store it took them at least 5 minutes I was in the store before anyone employee or Manager even said word a word to me . A very good friend of mine called ahead for me to let let them know that I was coming in to look at their premium plans and I was going to let my wife know how things went with me on the premium plan and was going to ask her to go up there and try it. Well needless to say did I get a premium plan no did I get a regular plan no Instead I got no plan.

This is a great little Sprint store. Staff was extremely helpful in showing me how to use my phone. Asst. Manager showed me how to insert an SD card, and how to clean up space on my phone. Thank you Joshua for your help.

Very lovely workers!!!!!! Didnt mind helping us figure things out and got my boyfriend a new phone that he needed!!!! Was really cool and the music choices were good too!!! Was in there for a good hour or so getting things fixed and it wasnt bothersome, not even the guy seemed bothered!!! Good company!!

This is a great Sprint store to go to if you’re looking for Sprint services or cellular products/accessories. The staff here is kind and helpful.(Just beware that if you’re looking for Sprint service and you live here in Abilene, just make sure that you use their service within Abilene and not anywhere in the surrounding areas. Otherwise you’ll be highly frustrated with your phone not finding any service. I work for a moving company where we go to a lot of the surrounding areas of Abilene and one of my coworkers has Sprint. Every time we venture out of nearby Abilene, his phone hardly ever has service. Hopefully once Sprint and T-Mobile merge, this will help Sprint be a worthy competitor with the other major cellular services in the United States.)

Kristy and Brandon were so helpful! They made my upgrade process quick and efficient and were very thorough in explaining all the features and accessories of the phones I were interested in. They were also able to help me with questions about my bill.

Would rather drive the extra 5 miles to avoid the other sprint store and come her . They got me in and out . After signing in to the sprint on catclaw. Waiting 20 minutes at the catclaw location. Driving to this one. Getting my phone fixed then driving all the way to Sams I get a text Im next in line... glad we went to first

Terrible store. They lost my returned phone. After two months still no refund. Get nowhere with corporate or this store. Changing cell companies and taking 2 others with me. Sprint is the loser.
