My pick up had been out back after 72 hours...who knew? But all was well. The nice gentleman went back in and purchased my items!

Happy 🛍!! Just got a coupon today for 10.00 off 30.00 in the mail. So excited to go shopping although prices are higher then I prefer sometimes you can get a great deal. Look out for the coupon. Staff is friendly and its kept organized. Highly recommend even if youre window shopping!

I went in and started looking around for a neck pillow but I didnt know where to start, so I got ahold of an associate by the name of Jimmy who had my neck lol and took me to the neck pillow and as I was about to head out to the register, he helped me out getting me the price of a neck massager too..i was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Good, respectful, helpful, courteous, and patient....overall....10 out of 10...thank you again..

I’ve never ordered a gift online before and absolutely will never do it again with bed bath beyond. It was supposed to be sent to my nephew and his wife for a wedding gift. Instead it came to me. Two ‘customer service’ geeks, on two separate calls, assured it would be picked up, but it was not. Third one again assured me it would be picked up because she has put a direct pickup order with fedex, but they wouldn’t pick it up because it didn’t have a label; bbb never emailed me one. Fourth guy seemed he had it together. He was ordering it to be repackaged go directly to UPS and delivered promptly. I received an email that the package had been delivered, less half of the placement - who gets just four placemats? Today - five days after receiving a delivery notice, I get an email from ups saying they tried to deliver, but no one’s home; they’ll try one more time. I call a fifth time, not particularly nice, to find the only thing that was being delivered was the four placemats!!! Everything else was back ordered. I immediately told her I wanted a full refund. She took care of it, I asked her where I could write a review, and she reminded me the call was recorded. It didn’t matter; I didn’t say one inappropriate word. bbb is off my list. So I opened the box that was still in my possession, the items were wrapped - if you could call it that. All four items were in this hideous, huge bag wrapped around each other tied with a bow created by someone who was completely inept. I’m so glad they didn’t receive that box. How utterly embarrassing. 🙁

Very helpful employees! Two items I needed were put of stock but they sat me down, ordered what I needed to be delivered to my house and gave ma a discount off of each item for my inconvenience. Excellent service!

My husband and I went in looking for a specific thing that we knew they probably wouldnt have. They got on the computer and found it on the website for us and helped us pick colors and get signed up for the membership that gives you the 20 percent off on your purchases. So helpful and nice! Its been a long time since someone working retail has wanted to spend the time to make sure we were completely satisfied and taken care of.

A wonderful place to visit, the store is well organized and lots of variety. When I wasnt able to find what I was looking for I was able to quickly find some one to help the were very friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately they didnt have one of the items I was looking for in store but where happy to place an order for me and have it delivered asap.

Wild experience with a manager unwilling to check for stock in the store.....not willing to charge the marked on the shelf price. Finally got the needed items at the marked on the shelf price. Took a while.....and my wife still likes the the store....🤔

Clean, well stock store. They have a good collection of kitchen utensils, candles, and cleaning supplies as well as lots of unique nick nacks. Seems like something for everyone. It would be nice if they stocked insta-pot accessories.

Got what I was looking for the most part.

You send me these coupons in email but I click on the link and can not open it to get the barcode at checkout in store. I was just there and couldnt use the 20% off coupon since it would not open. Your staff at the store told me they have been having trouble with it and to download the app or to download it before I enter the store or take a picture of it with my phone, I do not have the option on my phone. Why am I receiving these emails with offers if I can not access them in store? They did nothing to resolve the issue and I paid in full. I am very disappointed in this. I usually love the service there.

Very helpful girl at the counter! I dont know her name she was younger. On mothers day she helped my mom with signing up for bed bath and beyonds yearly subscription and when her phone was acting up she was soo helpful that she let her use her phone to do it and explained the entire process. 👍👍👍

Terrible. You most likely will not find what you came in to buy. Im not sure if the management changed recently but no one had an idea of what it means to be more than a unhelpful zombie. Firstly they bombard you with the overly excited Hi!!!! Like OMG! welcome to our store greeting, so fake. The store itself seems to be losing most of the inventory in the bed portion of the store. The employees have no idea what products they carry or have carried in the past, and look at you with a huuh expression. If you ask about a product they deny that that location even carried it. Oh and dont even plan on trying to use your phone in there, no reception available. Would not recommended this store for buying sheets. Very small selection. Also if you are the type of shopper that likes to browse in peace forget about having any quiet in here.

Hey everyone, it’s crutchgamer...again. Well anyways, I’m sure you’ve seen most of the other reviews on here, which are mostly positive, but I’m here just to let you know that they are all false. Fact, Bed Bath and Beyond does not know what it means to have fun. I was advised to get out of a shopping cart because it’s a “safety hazard”. Fact, it is a safety hazard if I’m not intelligent enough to keep the cart upright. Fact, I had an extra cautious driver who was extremely humiliated by the way they advised me to get out of the cart. I am a firm believer if you can get in a situation, you can get out, however, Mr. Bed Bath and Beyond employee disagreed when after saying to get out 69,000 times, came over to escort me to get out. I am over all disappointed in the way they treat their customers and will not be returning. Crutchgamer is here to give you some real talk about quality living...you’re welcome...Crutchgamer out...fools.
