If they cannot fix the problem, they will just not show up or communicate with you. No phone calls returned. Rude customer service.

After the manufacturer of our refrigerator couldn’t get anyone to come check our fridge (after almost two weeks of them trying) I called Abilene Appliance Pros and they came the next day. They quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered the needed part, and updated me on its expected arrival date. Very professional and courteous.

They stole $800 from us! They came for a service call and all they did was disconnected disposal and took parts off. They were supposed to be ordering parts for our dishwasher and ice machine and took money for the service call and the parts to be ordered. They scheduled an appointment for the following Tuesday to come back and fix and never showed. That was 2 weeks ago and they won’t respond to texts or phone messages. $800 later and we have a leaking dishwasher and now a leaking sink from where they disconnected something plus an ice machine that is still not working. I hate to think they are thieves, but at this point, I can’t think of what else they could be.

Have used them for years until recently. Used to be great at responding and even servicing customers in their homes. It has been a month and I have sent multiple texts and have yet to receive a response. I have customers waiting for repairs along with items in my store that need repaired that he claimed he was waiting for parts for. All I asked for was communication and have yet to hear back.

A friend of mine recommended Abilene Appliance Pros because I had issues with my washer and ice maker. Steve arrived on time and so very professional. Little did he know both appliances were from hell, but he persevered and fixed both perfectly. He’s also very reasonable with his prices. Highly recommend for your appliance needs.

We used Abilene Appliance Pros to repair our ice maker. Although, they were prompt and polite, and assured us they guaranteed their work, they have NOT!When we started having issues again we called, emailed, and sent messages but there has NOT been a response.Frankly, we are baffled. We cannot recommend them!

They lied and said my dryer needed a motor when the dryer still worked but would stop because of a clog message EF1. Charged my card $300. Before any work were done. My son told me to get my money back. The owner lied and said he didnt tell me it was a motor. This company tried to scam me. Never will use them again. Or refer their service to ANYONE!!!!!! They refunded me 225.00 back of my 301.54 conveniently keep $75 for absolutely nothing they never pulled out my dryer just look at the error code. I had already given them. They came out in personal cars one waited around the corner while the other one pretended to call Steve the so called owner. He came running with 5 minutes with a credit card machine. Shortly after I ask the first one if they could take a card. Scam for sure. Never pulled the dryer from the wall. Nothing. Never trust an Exconvict!!!!° You go ahead keep the $75.00 if someone has to steal they may need the 💰. SMH

I was hoping to have my washing machine repaired rather than having to replace. These guys came out at exactly the scheduled time to troubleshoot. Ordered the part and scheduled the repair. When he came out to install the new part (very punctual again), he found that there was a much bigger problem. He was very honest, did not charge me for the original part he ordered, and did not charge me a second service call for driving out the second time. I have no doubt that he could have fixed my washer, but the parts alone were going to cost more than a new one. He told me that and apologized. Very professional and honest. Will definitely use them again if I ever need appliance repairs.

Look no where else! These guys will take care of your problem. They are professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and punctual. After a nightmare scenario where another repair person made our fridge worse. The Pros came out and fixed it all. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend.

Steve was very professional, let me look over his shoulder while he was working and taught me about about the unit, and brought over the ordered part immediately upon him receiving it. I called them because my dryer quit drying. Apparently the heating element broke. Steve with Abilene Appliance Pros came out the same day I called and came at the exact time he told me he be would here. He was very professional, reasonably priced and did a great job. He was able to repair it and it only took him about 45 minutes. I will definitely call him again if another appliance breaks.
