This place seems to have just about everything. Appreciate the recognition of First Responders, our active and retired military, and school teachers. I think that is fabulous.

Dont bother visiting this store if youre agoraphobic. Its quite a large space, with uncluttered shelves and wide aisles. The staff is personable, and the prices are reasonable. The checkout wait time was negligible. I would certainly shop there in the future. Recommended......

I shop at this store started to mainly because its too far into town to go to home Depot or Lowes but now I shop at this store pretty much strictly all the time. The people in this store are very very friendly always willing to help and never seems to amaze me how nice the people are.

This experience was actually the extra mile customer service promise. I had called due to a busted pipe that was leaking a lot of water. The lady on the phone sounded bothered to even answer my questions. So me being me I decided to go in and look around after she said that they only had a clear pipe ( not what I was looking for, nor could I get further details or suggestions )During my visit I was approached only by Adrian who was very helpful.. I told him my situation and set me up with the proper equipment. Not only that but he broke down the process and also suggested other processes.After further discussion, he then saved me time and effort by recommending 1 piece of equipment for the pipe. This is a very good and well stocked store....much more than hardware but all essential hardware items nonetheless. Very competitive prices, great convenient location and friendly staff. This store is definitely an asset for the Foothills area.I prefer over the big box stores and prices are as good or better.

Very friendly and knowledgeable employees here. Used to love Ace Hardware stores back in the Midwest where I grew up. Was SO glad they finally opened one here in Yuma. Very large store with a wonderful selection of various items. Plenty of employees to help with finding items or just information on specific items. This place is similar to Lowes or Home Depot, just not as big

Went in looking for a hibachi grill...Was almost disappointed, but impulse buy eyes focused in on some compact Webbers they had that were gas feeds... No prices, ofc...Soon to be Employee of the Month was happy to come help price stuff out for me. Thank you so much!They have all the hook up connectors and but Im just not sure my set up will work for that. Will be back is it does 🤫Ended up grabbing the classic Webber Smokey Joe, chimney & some Kingsford.. 😉Goid job guys!! 👍✌️

Great place to get stuff without having to drive into town . Very friendly staff and they have a awesome collection of items. It reminds me.of a old time hardware store where they have anything and everything. Very knowledgeable employees and overall just a great experience

We are not local here just want to get screws for our camper. When we got in, an associate greeted us! Thats great right there! Other associates were same very helpful! If we live here, this is the place to get whatever we need. Dont mind spend our money.

It was apparent from day one that the folks at Fortuna Ace Hardware Store know how to operate a hardware store. The opening was great. There was always someone close at hand to help me find what I was looking for, and that hasnt changed. There is a great selection of merchandise, and so far Ive avoided driving into Yuma to get the hardware Ive needed. This store is definitely a welcome addition to the Foothills area.

First time at this store, had a good experience, from the greeting at the entrance to the exceptional customer service and checkout experience, Juanita was excellent. She knew exactly what I needed and where I could find it, so glad I didnt have to walk all around to find what I was looking for. Will definitely come back.

They are new and really well stocked. Fair prices. Definitely worth shopping there and supporting a locally owned store.

Good to have a hardware store in the foothills. Lots of variety of items. You can solve most of your problems without going into the city, and avoid the big box store. Now are they cheap? No. But having a local store really helps.I have tried to post their hours, but they must not monitor google so the hours cant be updated/posted the until they accept them.

Went in last week w my son. He was in town for honey-dos. Went in to pick up all kinda of parts and pieces. The store was clean. The employees were helpful. I particularly liked finding the Hallmark Cards. Saved a trip into the maddening crowds. Returning tomorrow. Welcome! To the Foothills!

My dad has been to this store twice to get a transformer for his outdoor lights. Both times he was completely ignored and walked out, empty handed. There needs to be more customer service people to help customers.

Went for hardware and all that we needed was in stock, organized and helpful employees. Compared to the big box stores Low..and HD this was a great experience, with no cursing from my hubby who gets extremely frustrated at the other stores.

Ace rewards fail to appear on account. Not sure if employees are putting points on their rewards account or what. Employees are unhelpful and rude when you ask them questions. I like Ace hardware, but this particular store needs to improve upon their customer service. Also, employees seem to think they are exempt from the AZ mandate to wear a mask to reduce the spread of covid.
