Most of the time the people that work there are very kind and helpful. But tonight there was a very rude young man named Esteban. He needs to go to a customer service class to get educated. Yeah, it was almost closing time and I understand everyone wants to close up and go home. But the store was not closed yet. My husband asked him for help locating something so he could go in and get out as soon as possible instead of having to search for the item and taking longer to leave. I know its his age and the lack of education for the position hes in. But the other employee, Summer was very helpful and courteous. He needs to learn from her.

Double check the price posted by item.Clearance item did not ring up correctly at register. Staff did a price change after I confronted them ....it was over a$20 difference. Associates working the floor were helpful and polite.

More or less a typical Harbor Freight, but two things struck me about the Yuma store: 1. They had what I want in stock and 2. The customer service I received at their Yuma location was better than I usually experience (Im not from here, so a store that is stocked and employees are friendly is unusual).

They had what I wanted at a price I wanted to pay. Well stocked store.

Always a good place for inexpensive tool. A little hard on refunds or defective merchandise. I once bought a battery charger it was defective.they wouldnt replace it. So I was out 79.00 it upset me,

They are drastically improving the tool quality without the cost increasing too much. All the employees in Yuma are extremely helpful but both Summer (Manager) and Maygen (Cashier) always go above and beyond, they both are true assets to the company.

Customer service & employees, when you are in store, usually there are a few employees wondering around like they were lost, meanwhile customer line gets longer & longer, when ordering items, no contact is made to let you know status of order, this particular location needs serious attention.

One recommendation go in the morning, the customer service sucks in the afternoon. Me and another customer had to help each other find what we were looking for.

Love the prices, but when certain things on sale ad extra to your inventory! I made two 30 mile round trips, finally Was told check back on Thursday when the truck comes. So I called was told we have 3 of the hardwood benches and its first come first served.They would not hold it for 30 minutes for me and if I want hurry down.Thank goodness they had it, would have been my last time shopping there.Nicer bigger store but very disappointed in inventory control!

Harbor Freight Tools has a nice store in Yuma. Lots of great items for sale. The new location may be easier to find, but parking is a bear. The 99 cent store shares the parking lot and both businesses tend to attract a good number of customers. The result is a crowded parking lot. Also the cutouts to get in are too narrow for two vehicles as one always tends to be a huge pickup in the winter.

Great inexpensive tools and friendly staff. I could wander here for an hour or more but I get tired of wearing the mask and being around people. I always go here when in town just to check out the deals.

Great place to buy tools you will only need once or twice! J/K, as a mechanic, I love the place. Perfext for do it yourself types, and gadget gurus. Since opening the new store on 4th Ave its bigger, and has more junk to browse.

The new store is well stocked and nicely laid out. If you pay attention to the reviews of their product online and use coupons everytime you can get some good product at a great price. Remember to not compare the quality to that of major name brands and accept the lower quality for what it is and you will have a good experience.

Great prices on average quality merchandise.I often go to Harbor Freight to find those Difficult to locate items such as, on this trip, wheels for a filing cabinet. They are decent quality for a great price! Usually, they are offering items but, Ive never had an issue with any of them.

Huge new store, well stocked. Great selection. As with most HF stores, not enough checkouts.

Sometimes it can be very busy so takes a while to go through the till but yesterday I got right through. They have a good selection of inventory including brand names as well as more economical brands. The prices are good. There are some floor workers available to provide assistance as needed. Its location is in a strip mall so it was easy to find with good parking and the option of doing other shopping while there.

Never enough cashiers. The ones they do have are taking care of phones and 3 or more customers. The wait time is long. New location lacks parking spaces. Need to hire more staff.

They had a great deal on Jacks and everyone wanted them. The staff was helpful in locating the few left and made sure they were what I needed . I have always enjoyed shopping at Harbor Freight and that may not change any time soon. I will be back.

Great place to find good deals especially on tarps, which they have all different kinds, colors & sizes plus other stuff at good prices. I usually go here 1st & see if they have what I need. They even have blood pressure cuffs for less than $13, yes they work & last. Ive had mine for a yr or so.

New location, very spacious, friendly staff. Large... shoupd say extra large selection of tools and stuff. I regular this place for items. Specialty tools that you would use once or twice in a lifetime and wont cost you an arm to buy. Look out for sales and coupons. There tools have a lifetime warranty and never give me a problem for one breaking.. if you a rw a professional mech or tech some of the tools are not for you but alley mech this is perfect for cost.
