The gentleman (I didnt catch his name) at the front counter is such a nice guy with a wonderful attitude! My company had been looking for a hard to find bolt so we called to ask if they had it. 1st awesome thing was they actually called back!! I went to pick up the bolt with no hassles! It was such a pleasant experience from start to finish! Thank you!
