Would like to give all Star rating but many times Ive waited for parts longer than expected and you pay upfront if you dont have parts in stock or ready to shipped out than I think you should not have to fully pay maybe just a deposit...time is money

Got a roll pan chromed and engraved by these guys. They didnt meet the time frames they said they would. The part looks amazing just wish it could be done within the time frames they talk about. Tried to line this up with a project and it just took too long.

Kray Kutting is out of Arizona they do Chrome Engraving Ive had engraving work done and I am about to order some Plex I havent been to the shop in Arizona but I can see they do good work and you can call and order or goog old mail .

Communication was the worst. Absolutely no eta or update on my order and when asked was told complete lies. No reply to emails or messages for days, weeks or after several attempts.Paid one price for shipping of what i assumed was for the whole order (3x different parts) but parts were sent one at a time obviously to save a bit of cash in their own pocket.Would not recommend to international buyers have heard the same stories from several people who have ordered or are currently awaiting parts from them also.

Had polishing work done. Besides being poor quality, overpriced, and took 2 months for what was promised in 2 weeks, they did not even finish the job. Finally had to go get my parts back, eat the loss, and drive to San Diego to get another shop to do the work as what they did do was entirely unacceptable to my customer or anyone with the ability of vision. The parts that actually were polished were very cloudy, missed whole surfaces, and had bad scratches like they did not sand to a fine enough grit before polishing. Very amateur level of work, nothing that would indicate a professional level quality in work or business practices. If you like paying for work that is halfway done, poor quality, get to pay someone else to do right, take forever and be lied to about the status of your parts, these guys are the ticket.

Plenty other places to get custom work done........nightmare to get your stuff, but dont take my word for it, check reviews, ask people in the lowrider scene how long they waited or are currently waiting still for an item 1st before you place that order......

Great products but small things like cleaning bushing holes after plating would be nice....but overall great place. Shipping is rather slow but they are constantly busy.

I ordered some chrome a arms for my gbody, got them today, ordered them the 16th of September, so took a lil longer than I thought it would but overall satisfied with their product, would use them again and Eddie was helpful when I called.

I ordered something from Krazy Kutting and was quoted a 6 week turn around time it took over 4 months of poor communication and misleading information to receive the item that is only because I stayed on them about my order had I not did that I honestly do not think they would have ever did it because they prioritize the big orders and all the things the prepare for their car show booth sales the item I ordered did not have some details on it like it did in the picture they sent me to approve it and one of the letters looked unfinished. 4 months into this mess Santiago offered me to take the item as is which it looked half finished and give me some of my money back I will never place an order with this company again the only way I would buy something from them is if I can cash and carry it on the spot at a car show. I see all the good work they do but when I got mine I was pretty disappointed especially with their customer service, lies, the runaround and the good old silent treatment.

Hadnt recieve my club plaques yet., but so far the customer service was good. I called, placed my order and they helped my finish my plaque design. They were good about contacting me and following up on the status of my order. They were also friendly.

I went to krazy kutting today. 3/9/20 to have my plaque done I meet Mr. Santiago he was very helpfull very professional...all the people who worked there were respectfull an very professional I highly recommend them... Solid place solid vato.... Gracias from phoenix arizona.

My partner and I placed an order last year and it took almost a year to receive what we ordered unfortunately nothing came as it was ordered to. After calling over and over again finally got an answer about where the rims and accessories. The rims didnt look like how they were supposed to and all didnt match at all. They put logos on the rims which my partner didnt ask for and the spinners were done with thin metal and cracked/broke off. My partner knew that it coming from the states to British Columbia it would take time but Santiago kept giving him the chase around, lied about anything being shipped and now isnt answering any messages or calls. Clearly no customer Service at all.

Iv been dealing with krazy kutting for multiple years and multiple cars.i or a hood emblem in September was told 6 to 8 weeks its not middle February and still havnt received it iv called texted left voicemails and because of that i was sent a picture of a raw cut un chromed piece i will never do business with them ever agian theres other people who wont do this to there customers
