I went with Fisher Collision ( the shop is actually behind the Chevy dealership) to fix my Chevy Malibu and I am so glad I did! My insurance company sent me to other places...but I figured I was paying my deductible anyway and wanted the best place for my car. Casey up in the front office was so nice each time I came in and made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Juan took care of my car beautifully and went the extra mile to make me happy with my experience. I would recommend anyone to bring their car here for work to be done professionally and by genuinely good people.

First I would like to say that I never met a group of people that was so happy to welcome people into their business.Their work was fantastic, gave us a 3 day repair, but by the second day morning they called and said, Its ready for pickup. and surprised us. We had special paint on our auto, and they matched it perfectly(better than the original maker of the car!)All I can say is it was flawless!!Thank you, all of you inside there.K and F

My entire experience from making an appointment to dropping off & picking up my vehicle was so smooth. The staff were all super friendly & helpful. The quality of the repair was excellent & they returned my vehicle to me all clean & shiny! I definitely recommend Fisher Collision Center if you need any body work done on your vehicle!

So it has been a while since we were in last, thankfully we have not needed them.Our experience was unfortunately not the first with them. Our 2010 traverse has been hit 2 times and someone at AWC rubbed the bumper of their car on our and left for a 3rd time needed the collision center.Our last experience was when someone hit us on the rear driver side door. We were sure it would have been totaled, but it wasnt. To guys and gals at the collision center went above and beyond during this time because the part of the availability our repair ended up taking over 30 days. our insurance covered a rental for as long as the could, but fisher stepped up and took over the rental car knowing we have 5 kids and a compact wasnt going cover it. They made sure we had a rental almost the whole time, the final few days they put us in a demo vehicle. The repair was top notch and the service was above and beyond.

Dont take anything here. When I picked up my truck the park assist wasnt working. I took it back in and they checked it on their computer and said the sensor on the other side was bad. Funny it wasnt bad when I took it in. Also the light on the side they repaired had condensation in it. They told me when i took it back that there was a crack in the light. So they just put a cracked light back in and didnt bother to contact the insurance or let me know so i could.Terrible place. Dont take any business here.P.S. Meg at the front desk is wonderful though.

My husband and I had our 2015 Dodge RAM 3500 at Fisher Collision for repairs from March 13 thru 17. The first thing was that the staff was very helpful working with our insurance company. The work was completed faster than quoted (we are travelling and were on a tight schedule). When we picked up our truck we found the work to be excellent and were pleasantly surprised to see that the truck had been detailed inside and out.We found Fisher Collision excellent in every way: office staff, workmanship, attention to detail. We highly recommend them to anyone needing vehicle repair work in the Yuma area.

Shout out to Fisher Collision Center for all the help with my truck after I got hit. Their close attention to detail is awesome from the parts that needed replacement or repair, to the body work, paint and interior and exterior detailing before I picked it up. And MOST OF ALL for the customer service from start to finish, making the process so smooth and easy for me and staying after work hours to wait for me so I could pick it back up after I got off work. Such positive, friendly and helpful customer service made a stressful incident MUCH easier to deal with. AND MY TRUCK LOOKS BRAND NEW!! Cleanest I’ve seen it in the 6yrs since I bought it! So stoked

I have to dealt with two people in the collision center Juan Pallanes and Eddie Mendivil (Manager). Juan told me my repairs were going to take four days because they were able to find the parts; it took them eight days. That was a lie; they were still waiting on parts on day seven. The work done was careless as parts were inappropriately placed and missing. Took the car back and they fixed the parts. Noticed things that were broken which were fine when I brought the car over, and now I need to pay for them because I cannot prove that they were related to the accident, but they never pointed out they were broken in the eight days they had the vehicle in their care.Eddie told the insurance company that I was a liar right there in front of me, he did not let me defend myself and started yelling at me. I do not know what kind of formal education he has had in his life, but a business person does not do that. He demanded respect from me when I put him in his place….again, if he knew anything about business, management or customer service, he would know that you do not accuse a customer of lying and then demand respect from them. You work with your customer and more than anything, you select your words carefully. This could make all the difference.These employees need some serious training, it is urgent. When a customer tells them that he/she is done with them and/or the situation, that means we are DONE; it does not mean, keep yelling at the customers on your way out.Very disappointed at the very low level of professionalism, customer service and respect for the customer.

They certaninly do have that WOW factor! Josh, Eddie and Meg are always giving excellent customer service to ensure every customer is completed happy from begining to end. They are a one stop shop with a Hertz rental car company on-site. I highly recommend Fisher Collision Center and their staff!
