Vehicle was referred to this shop after a collision. Aside from inaccurate timelines, once the vehicle was picked up there was very apparent damage still not taken care of; seen below. Two days later, the vehicle wouldnt run. Now in the process of having the claim reopened and see what else has been neglected. Avoid this place at all costs.UPDATE (a month later):The unfinished bodywork and other items missed totaled around $3K or so and much more time lost. Alternator went bad a few weeks after that, too. Hard to tell what the alternator is attributed too, but was told it had been replaced. As mentioned, I would be extremely careful with this place. I would not recommend it.

Just a great top-notch well run facility. Last October our vehicle was involved in a rear-end accident. It was repaired locally. More recently my wife and I were on a road trip 800 miles from home. I noticed a vibration that was not there before the accident. I was referred to Gerber collision in Yuma Arizona. We walked in and met with Eric. After explaining the situation he very quickly took our vehicle into the shop and started working on it. After a few hours his team located the problem and fixed it. I appreciated that Eric and his team took the time to be sympathetic to our situation while we were traveling on vacation. Eric even followed up the next day just to check in to see how things were going with our vehicle. It is not every day you run into GREAT CUSTOMER service like this. I definitely highly recommend the shop.

Front office personnel did an excellent job! Kylene, Vanessa and Eric worked great by communicating with me about the parts and paints being used and when they were going to arrive. Gerber (Jesse and crew) worked on my Toyota Highlander. There was extensive damage done to my car. (It sideswiped a railroad tie). Anyway the workmanship was excellent. My car was perfectly repaired down to the driver side mirror being the exact mirror needed. I am planning on bringing in another car (which ran into a brush pile and pulled off the front bumper et al) for them to repair also. The office staff is friendly. They are very busy which means many people like their work. I really appreciated the office staff’s support during the repairs.

Pretty late to post this, almost a year, I have just been busy. That being said, last year my girlfriend swiped a pole parking in my brand new truck. Every place I got a quote from asked for $600.00–$1100.00 to remove the door, strip and re-paint the entire damaged area. Gerber was the last place I called and I spoke with Erick. He told me he thought he could buff out the damage instead of removing everything, stripping and re-painting the area. He was honest friendly and professional. He buffed the area and only re-painted the handle. He explained how relatively simple of a job it was, and it only took a few hours (paint curing). I was only charged for the paint on the handle so a fraction of a fraction less than anywhere else. I fully believe the other shops had quoted me for the repair how they did knowing that it could simply be buffed. I also believe Erick was the only one honest enough to say that all that work did not need to be done. I will always return to this location so long as Erick works there. 10-10 would recommend.

Work looks to be just fine, had a little confusion in day as to completion, but a few phone calls and it was taken care of by Gerber at no additional expense for my rental.

Driving through town and my mirror came loose. I stopped in at Gerber and spoke with Eric. He was excellent!!They took the time out of their day to see me and quickly and adequately resolve my issue. I have never experienced anything like this.My first experience with Gerber dates to 05/2018. I hit an animal and broke my bumper and the plastic cover underneath the engine. I went with Gerber because they worked with Geico and had decent reviews.Initial timeline for the fix was 4 days, so I decided to drop the car off and get a rental. Three times they postponed the delivery, totaling the number of days in the shop at 9 and me paying for rental the whole time. I was so upset with them that the manager decided to cover my rental for the five days it went over the initial estimate. When I picked up the car I immediately noticed that the bumper was not properly installed and was misaligned almost everywhere. Furthermore, paint had drip lines in several spots. Needless to say, another two days in the shop to get all this fixed. The bumper still did not fit right around the headlights but I just wanted to get my car back so I decided to live with it.Fast forward three months, paints is cracking and peeling. What Jerry Fontes wrote in his comment, same thing happened to Me! Gerber blamed it on the rock chips and said it wasn’t covered by the warranty, but manager decided to hook me up and spot-fix the problem areas. I figured that’s better than nothing so I let them do it. Manager said, 2-3 hours of work tops. I dropped off the car and got a rental cuz I had to go to work. Once again, 2-3 hours of work turned into 3 days! I paid rents again. Throughout the whole time, both first time around and now, no communication whatsoever from the shop. I had to call several times a day to get updates on my vehicle.I just picked up my car, problem areas patched up, but guess what??? There are black spots all over my bumper now, spots that cannot be removed !!!! I have tried several chemicals I had in my car and the spots wouldn’t even budge. They look like oversized fly droppings all over the bumper! I’m hoping a buffet will be able to get it out, but I am not sure.I am beyond furious but I am not taking my car back there ever again and neither should you !!!Very unprofessional and inadequate body shop.A little follow up to my review. Black spots cannot be removed by anything because whatever they are, they’re trapped under the clear coat. So yeah, gotta live with it I guess. I’ve attached a photo so you can see I’m not making this stuff up. Those black spots are all over the right side of my bumper ... Very disappointed...

First time I visited them was in Las vegas. I was so happy to see them here in yuma. we go back and forth from Yuma to LV 3x a month. the first time we hit a jack rabbit the size of a toddler. they got my vw passat back fast and clean. then months later i went in a ditch on the I40 no body damage just underbody damage. over $7000. the insurance stop all repairs because they decided to total it out. the car was a 2017. but some miracle worker talked with nationwide and then they preceded with the repairs. they had my car a good month but for a good reason. I asked them to take the car to lunch, dr appt, take it home so they could figure out what was wrong. they knew that as soon as i got the car out i was back on the road to lv. they put their souls into making sure that car would get across the desert over and over again. since then i have gone back and fourth 8 more times. its awesom. they even loved my VW turbo they think it is awesome and it still is awesome. i feel so safe in that car in the desert. THANKS GERBER WHENEVER I SEE YOUR BUSINESSES AROUND VEGAS I FEEL LIKE I AM HOME AGAIN AND I LOVE YUMA MORE

Took my daughters Corolla to be fixed after a kid on a quad hit it and took off. Friendly and professional staff. They did great work and we couldnt even tell the car had even been damaged!

Gerber collision did not do a full inspection on our insurance quote or a safety inspection before they released my vehicle from their shop. The vehicle came out of the shop pulling to the right and 2 visits later said it was a bent shock and bad tie rod ends when that should’ve been seen in the first inspection. Now we are stuck having to figure it out on our own because they never told the insurance on the appraisal. So I would just stay away from this shop they don’t care enough to do their job the right way!

Amazing customer service. The receptionist was always on the ball with my collision and paint job. She always had answers when I called in and kept up on my vehicle. The guys in the back were super helpful in explaining everything as well. You couldnt even tell a Semi hit my car when it came out!

I took my 2016 Maxima after my daughter damaged the front bumper with her truck. My car was ready in 4 days and looks just like the day I bought it. They replaced the bumper and painted the hood. I was worry about the quality of work, but I am seriously impress! They even washed and detailed my whole car. The staff is very nice and professional.

Ive had to use Gerber on a couple of occasions and both times had a great experience. From the initial estimate to the finished product, they provided great customer service, are very profesional and keep to their word.

I went in to Gerber today and had a little misunderstanding. I was offered a discount but the way it was done made me uneasy about the transaction. Long story short, the gentlemen was doing the right thing. There was just a communication break down and misunderstanding on my part. The General Manager gave me a call within 5 minutes of my email and personally reassured me that the gentlemen that took care of me did the right thing by me and that everything was on the up and up. I would recommend Gerber to anyone. Ive used them for my Bentley, BMW 750LI and my Denali SUV. First Class service!!

This is the 2nd time Ive had to take my new truck in for repair within 1 year... both to Gerber. My only issues have been with Geico and communication. Gerber has stepped up to tackle the jobs to ensure I was taken care of. Between Josh, Kevin and CERTAINLY the front desk gal...
